We were very happy staying here! It was as described and very spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the friendliness and communication! The private yard was wonderful for us to hang out as a family and include our dogs!! The location was unbeatable- the beach only blocks away was the best!

This place was a DREAM! You know when you're at the beach and you see some condos and you think, "I wish I was staying there..." THIS IS THAT PLACE! My kids AND my husband were pumped that it had a Monopoly theme so of course, we played. :) This place is super charming...also, everything you need is there...we didn't buy charcoal or even a lighter. Kitchen stocked great, excellent spot for the kids to hang out...and this condo is right in the middle of everything...walk everywhere! Yay! My boy played basketball every day (30 steps from the condo) grocery 3-4 minute walk, the lighthouse, the shopping, the food, I parked when we got there and never got in my car again! Note, if you have an electric car there is a spot to charge less than1/4 mile walk at the buccaneer inn. My husband drove separate, EV no problem! We had a great time! It was clean and perfect and right on the beach, the BEST!

We came for our yearly family vacation. House was great as well as the location. House is as described. We had everything you could need. The elevator is great for getting luggage into the house. The rooms are spacious and the living areas were great for our family to just hang out. The location is beautiful. We felt we had seclusion and privacy. We will definitely we back.

Perfect stay for our son’s baseball tournament. Close to everything and a 5 min walk to the beach. A plus was they have everything you need for the beach including chairs and towels. Great memories made with our family. We would definitely stay again!

Great house! We brought our dogs they had all things they needed to make them feel at home. Pool and hot tub were clean as well as the rest of the house.

We stayed for 5 weeks and couldn’t have been happier with Kelly’s place! The view is beautiful, we saw dolphins often and the kayaks were a great addition to enjoy the water. If we ever come back to the Carrabelle area we definitely would love to stay again!

Wonderful place! Great location and price! Though it was under construction it was still amazing and very clean! Host was very friendly and responsive!

Mark is definitely a super host. This is the 7th place I've stayed at in PCB, and let me tell you, it is my absolute favorite! Beautifully decorated, clean, everything you could need in the kitchen, very nice floors, and I must say again, CLEAN. Loved the beachy vibes. Breathtaking view, watch for the dolphins when you stay here. I look forward to staying here again.

This was the perfect beach house for large families / groups. We especially loved it being right on the beach, having a small pool, the priceless view from the 4th floor main living space, and each bedroom having a full bathroom. The neighborhood /area seemed a little run down but the house and beach views made up for it. If you are looking for a house suitable for large groups that is beach front with a pool, this is a perfect house!

So Clean! Beautiful house, very private, so close to the beach! We had an amazing time! I looked at so many different places before choosing where to stay. I would highly recommend this house, lots of room, a 1 minute walk to the beach, and the private pool was so great! They allowed our dog to come with us, and there was a nice side yard of grass for him to explore while we hung out in the pool! Great parking spots included, fenced on both sides from the neighbors! Even though were were around other rentals, it felt like there was nobody near us! The neighborhood was very nice, and an extra plus was to have the gas store within walking distance when you forgot to bring sunscreen! Lisa was super helpful and very quick to respond! I will be using them again for sure!

We enjoyed a wonderful week at St George. The house was updated and clean as well as close to everything that SGI has to offer. The kitchen is large with a lovely island and loads of counter and cabinet space. We loved drinking coffee (and wine!) on the deck while watching the waves roll onto shore. The beach was easy to access via a path directly across the street. The pool, hot tub and under the house areas were awesome as well. The home is well stocked and functional. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom plus an extra, full bathroom off of the common area. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. We’ve spent several weeks per year at SGI over the past 20+ years, and this house was one of the best we’ve stayed in. Definitely recommend this home!

What a wonderful place to create lifelong memories with family and friends! The home was very spacious and was furnished with almost everything you need for your stay! Our family throughly enjoyed our time!

We had a great time staying in Port St Joe. Great local restaurants and lovely local people and tourists alike. The beach was not crowded and a short walk away though off of a fairly busy road. A golf cart rental would make that journey a lot easier if traveling with young kids. We would definitely come back.

I usually do reviews after a week but I have to admit, Jessica was very responsive!!! There were just 2 of us and the space was just right for us!! I will try my best to always get this unit when I visit. Felt at home

Darin’s place was great! It looked exactly like the pictures and the view and location were great. It was close enough to the Pier Park area that we could go but far enough away that you aren’t in the middle of the madness. Darin was a great host and checked on us throughout the stay and quickly answered any questions we had!

Cristine and Hannah were great hosts. Very responsive and accommodating. House is in a quiet neighborhood and is the perfect distance from the beach and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking to book in the area!

This was the perfect location for us. We had our wedding at Shell point Beach. The house was absolutely beautiful. We had guest from New York. The house had the perfect amount of space for everyone. The view from both decks was outstanding. At this time of the year we were able to see both the sunrise and the sunset.

Book Carrie's place now! We stayed for a month and it was so fabulous, we have already booked again for next year. You can see the beach from the kitchen window, and it took literally two minutes to get there. We have traveled to beaches around the world, and this one was easily in our top 3. Even during spring break, you could find a spot with no one nearby and an unobstructed view of the water. The place was tucked away, yet within walking distance to Buster's Beer and Bait, which has cheap beer and live music -- much of it really good. The beds were super comfortable. The washer and dryer got a lot of use and worked great. Carrie was immediately responsive. Just amazing all around.

Debbie’s house was everything we expected and more. The house was very clean, had comfortable beds, and the kitchen had plenty of dishes. The view of the ocean was incredible! We were able to spot a dolphin and go running to the beach to watch it. Debbie provided beach chairs, towels, toys and even kayaks. Debbie was a kind and responsive host! We had a wonderful stay and hope to return!
