We were remodeling our home and needed a place to stay for over a month and this place did not disappoint. The home is welcoming and super clean and neat. There were plenty of amenities for cooking and it was well stocked with paper products and a few toiletries as well as plenty of linens. It is so close to many great businesses and walkable to an excellent Gluten free bakery. The host was extremely kind and responsive to our needs- my son (7) said this home felt just like our own home. His favorite part was the “fancy fridge” that we could play music on and see different pictures according to the weather haha. Definitely a great place.

This is a great place to stay don’t even hesitate to book this place. The place looks more better in person I am not exaggerating and Katy is a great host she records everyone’s experiences in a book which is someone unique I have seen until now. She’s responsive, helpful and very understanding host. Thank you ! For this wonderful stay we started out new year 2025 at Katy’s place and it was amazing

Beautiful restored farm house with enough room for 4 adults and 3 kids for a family getaway! We were able to cook dinners with a very well equipped kitchen and enjoy the fire pit in the backyard with incredible sunsets. Our kids loved the hike to the river on the property and our family really enjoyed spending a day at the Coastal botanical gardens which was only a few minutes drive away from the house!

Our family had the best time at Lura’s place. The beds were comfortable, the house was spacious and the accommodations were incredible. I would love to visit again!

We had an amazing time over valentines day weekend. There was a snow storm and Kent snow blowed around our vehicle to make sure we could get out. The house is very comfortable and peaceful, amazing view of the river and just off the road enough to not be bothered by passing traffic. Definitely recommend!!!!

The home was very welcoming and accommodating for our family of 5. The views were spectacular at sunrise, sunset and during the snowstorm. Bald Eagles and hawks would land in the trees right in front of the house. Also, there was a skating pond down the street my family love to visit almost each evening. There was an alarm going off as soon as we arrived, Debbi was incredibly fast responding and sending someone to check it out clear it up. On the plus someone came and plowed the driveway after the snowstorm it was great. She left a basket of local food and my family ate it up. We are so thankful for our relaxing week and would love to return.

This was our second stay here, and it was just as great as the first! Super clean, well-appointed, and equipped with everything we needed for our 16-month-old. Jennifer even had the high chair and pack ’n play set up when we arrived—a fantastic home base for exploring Portland!

Susan’s place was great! Just as described, clean, quaint, and easily walkable to lots of places in Portland. She was very friendly, responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay at Susan’s place again. Really enjoyed everything!

Delightful place to stay in Portlands West end. It is easy walking distance to everywhere…. downtown and even the East side. Great restaurants in the neighborhood from breakfast to dinner. The apartment was immaculate and was stocked with just about everything you’d need. The shared yard was charming and felt very private. We have family in the area and I hope we can stay there again and again. It was much more comfortable than a B & B. Lorie was very responsive to anything you might need.

We loved the common areas and the walkability, and would come back. The living room and dining room are spacious and very nicely furnished, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. The selection of kids toys and baby books is great. The beds are not a selling point, but on the whole we found the full package more than worth it. If you're traveling with kids, I'd recommend bringing an eyeglass repair kit just in case they accidentally lock the twist-lock bedroom doors behind them (as ours did).

Super fun place. Great for 1-3 People. I thought this place was perfect… no washer and dryer on site but there is a place down the street. Also no freezer which for me wasn’t a huge deal. I really loved the place great location. I would definitely book again.

Julie is a wonderful host, extremely helpful and catered to all our needs. The place itself is very cozy, modern and very clean! I would highly recommend this place to guests looking to stay in Maine!

This gem of an apartment gave us so much peace and joy on our quick getaway to Portland. The interior reminds me of beautiful homes in Denmark and Norway - humble, functional, cozy, and lovingly designed. Both bedrooms and the washroom were spacious, comfortable, and clean. Loved watching the sunset over the amazing view in the living room, and the cute park/sunset spot just a quick walk away (perfect for bringing our puppy). Sadie was a gracious host and made us feel so at home. Would definitely visit again!

Adliah's place was right on the eastern prom, making it easy to enjoy the ocean views and get out for a walk/run while still having access to restaurants, coffee shops etc. She left detailed instructions about the place and helped to return an item left inside the apartment with clear communication and timeliness. Would definitely recommend!

Unit was very clean, situated in a quiet residential area and within walking distance to many of Portland's best bars, restaurants and attractions. Host was communicative and provided clear guidance on check-in/-out procedures and offered up suggestions to local attractions. On my recommended list - dinner at Twelve (one of the best restaurants in the US, IMHO); on-site food truck tacos washed down with a Hazy IPA at Bellflower or Austin Street Brewery; an everything bagel with lox & morning latte at Forage; the East Promenade for a food truck lunch, then a stroll along the waterfront trail to the port area for an ice cream cone at Gorgeous gelato; afternoon coffee at Double Great Coffee; and a post-dinner whiskey @ Independence Ice. Only downside on my visit was the upstairs neighbor. Dude clearly isn't a principal dancer in the Portland Ballet, as light on his feet wouldn't describe him. Not a stereo or TV issue - you can just hear the noise from him walking (8AM-10PM when there)

Love this Condo. Superb location in Blue Hill Village, easily walkable to everything downtown. Modern and updated making it very comfortable. Well equipped with cleaning/cooking supplies so you can "live normally". The hosts are super responsive and helpful as well. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed staying at this place for three comfortable nights. Scratch bakery across the street is a must!

We had a wonderful stay at Heather's condo. It was cozy, clean and the location was perfect! I would definitely recommend Heather's place to anyone looking to stay in Boothbay Harbor.

Julia’s place is very pleasant, comfortable clean and quiet, and we enjoyed our stay. She was very communicative and responsive to our questions. A couple of very small inconveniences: The small bedroom could use a bedside lamp; also, there were no coffee “pods” for the Keurig coffee maker, and there was no other coffee maker for our ground coffee.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, even in the snow storm he made sure we were able to travel in and out of the home. The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would love to stay again. Highly recommend!

This was our second stay at Dave’s place and we were not disappointed! Very comfortable apartment with great amenities and Dave generously provided toiletries. The recent kitchen upgrade completes the well-thought out homey appeal. The dog-friendly beach is a short walk and there is a nice local bakery across the street. We will definitely be back!

Such an adorable place that is so “Old Portland” the hosts were very communicative and respectful and the place was very clean and surprisingly quiet for being downtown. We loved it!
