This place totally matched my dream house for a Bequia vaction (this was my second trip to Bequia, so I "get" the island's quiet, low-key charms.) A few steps from a quiet beach; private, beautifully landscaped grounds, yet in the middle of a friendly local community that kept a quiet and supportive watch over me. An easy half-hour walk into the bustle and vibe of town, yet a century away in ambience, recalling the classic vacation living of a bygone year. The house is an absolute classic, beautifully furnished with tasteful furniture (gorgeous antique beds!), easy care surfaces, and a sweeping veranda for eating and lounging...and yes, the hummingbirds are for real. This is not a house for those who demand high-tech facilities. No microwave or dishwasher; simple, functional double beds, adequate but not state-of-the-art internet. But for those who treasure "real" island life, the intentional simplicity is a plus, not a minus. Can't wait to go back!

Great place, near Sandals and local restaurants and super market. Like, others mentioned it can be a bit noisy since it’s on a main road but it gets quiet at night. Would recommend.

Sarah was very responsive and helpful. It is a great location, with easy walk to restaurants and the beautiful Princess Margaret beach. We played hard during the day, so the nice comfortable king size bed was a huge plus. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was my first time staying at Nyasha’s place, and I really liked it. It’s a very safe and calm place, just a few minutes to the main road to catch the public transport (vans), the taxis can pick and drop right in front the house. I will recommend anyone to stay at Nyasha’s place.

Cleo was amazing! Quick responses and very helpful! The place is amazing, 2 minute walk to the beach, a pool, lovely rooms, well air conditioned, lovely roof top seating, a fabulous housekeeper who you can message and helps with anything! Honestly, if you want a gorgeous place, right by the beach, and restaurants in walking distance, and wonderful hosts, this is the place!

This property could not have been more perfect. We were looking for a private little getaway for some rest and relaxatio,, and found exactly what we were looking for right here. The views from the pool, and every room were amazing. The property is very secluded, but yet still close to everything. The set up of this home could not have been more perfect. It was perfect for just the two of us, but I could see how it would be amazing for a large family as well leaving more than enough space for a large group. The Check In process was very easy and the communication was amazing. we look forward to visiting again, and if you are considering visiting, do not hesitate, this property is truly amazing and as described!

Lovely place, great views, quiet and just a few minutes from town.

My husband , my 8 year old daughter and myself just had an amazing week at Ohana house. So worth what you pay for. It is stunning , well decorated with everything you need . The special attentions from the complimentary ride from the ferry, to the basic food in the fridge were so appreciated. We happen to stay while no one was there that week but there is only 3 units and there is plenty of privacy. The location was the best, still walkable to the beaches , and the board walks to town are so cool, plus it’s so fun to take an open taxi cab home . We just loved about everything on the island except the food at the store , well you have to want to be creative, it’s pricey and very mediocre, however there is a lot of restaurants to try. Finally the locals are absolutely wonderful, never felt unsafe or not welcome anywhere. We want to come back with friends for sure. Where do I start? The visit to the Cottage was absolutely perfect! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful beachfront home. The view was something you see in magazines. Beds were soft, kitchen was well appointed, and response time to any questions or concerns was very quick. We had an amazing time and will definitely return for another vacation in the future.

Really good stay with Mark, super new please, large room with multiple beds. in a calm part of the country. AC + Wifi + hot water all there I also booked the transfer with Mark, and his staff made sure i got supplies from the supermarket before arriving at the room. Recommended.

This is an incredible place to stay. Off the beaten track, up in the tropical rainforest it feels very special. The house is well equipped and comfortable. The host is super friendly and her local help team (she was overseas during our stay) were fantastic. Recommend hiring a 4WD as the roads are tricky in places, but don’t let that put you off if you really fancy an adventure in beautiful, peaceful surroundings. We would definitely recommend it.

Die Unterkunft war super geräumig und hatte alles was man brauchte. Der Ausblick war wunderschön. Leider war das Airbnb oben auf dem Berg, sodass man ein Auto benötigt. Trotzdem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt und die Kommunikation mit Darel war super. Gerne wieder.

Mark was a great host. he arranged a ride to get us to the airbnb after the hurricane. I had a pleasant stay. I would recommend this place as well stay again

Our stay at the White House was nothing short of amazing. Heather felt like an old time friend rather than a host. She was very very warm and welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The location was peaceful with a beautiful view, and the amenities upstairs (pool, darts, table tennis) made the stay 10/10. M We will definitely stay at the White House when we return this year :)
