We’ve been visiting st Ives at new years for about 15 years now and this stay is in the perfect location, stunning views in every bedroom out to the sea, 5 mins max walk to all the restaurants and even a spotless lovely gym in the house! Faz and his family were staying in st Ives at the same time as us and they were super friendly, helpful with everything and even treated us to a bottle of wine! Couldn’t recommend staying there more we definitely hope to be back!

Great location, great set up with lovely rooms. Easy to walk into the main town or down to the local beaches. Parking close by. Martin was very helpful and provided a lot of good instructions with quick responses.

Had a lovely long weekend stay in Richard's place. lovely bungalow in a superb location overlooking the sea. Views were truly stunning. Place was clean and tidy and exactly how described. Richard was a top host and even contacted us to say we could enter property early on arrival which was a real bonus for us. Would highly recommend this properly and would definitely like to revisit at some point in the future.

From before booking the host was fast answering my questions which was hugely reassuring having never used AirBnB before. On arrival everything was as expected and somethings beyond expected such as the built in kitchen has a washing machine and dishwasher. This was massively helpful for our family. Our little boy said wowwwwww when we first entered :) The beds are comfortable and our boys enjoyed watching rabbits from their bedroom window first thing. When we were cleaning and tidying up to leave, we noticed the drawer with some books in under the TV. Might be of interest to someone…. We would definitely make use of this host and accomodation again in the future. The boys loved Treyarnon Bay beach and learned to body board with their dad whilst being watched over by life guards. It was also lovely to have a little BBQ on the beach one night and S’mores on another night. Take Glow Sticks! And a bucket of Water. There are also ample bins and recycling bins. Jennifer is a great host and very responsive. The house is beautiful and very thoughtfully furnished. It's in an absolutely stunning location. Every room offers sea views, which we loved. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the living room which was really cosy and the big TV made nights in all the more fun. The beds are very comfortable and we slept really well throughout our stay. The instructions book was very informative. The house is right by the beach and has plenty of scenic walking routes on your doorstep. We loved our stay and would happily return in the future and recommend to others.

Ideal location for our long stay during winter. The sunrises over the bay were beautiful. Three coffee shops and a supermarket within in a short walk. Super comfortable bed, luxurious bed linen. Fast and easy communications with the host. Everything you could need in an AirBnB. Would highly recommend.

No 10 was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with all mod cons. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us, making use of all bedrooms and bathrooms. A nice touch to have toiletries, kitchen roll, tinfoil, tea bags, coffee etc provided and some milk, chocolate, cider and cereal were kindly left for us too. Rachel and Howard were responsive and helpful. The house was in a great location to explore the beaches and town centre, which were 2 minutes and 10 minutes walk respectively. There is only room for one car on the drive but parking on the road was usually available. A nice garden space is available too although sadly we didn’t have the weather to make use of it!

Realy nice holiday home. Lovely holiday park even better home. Nice and modern. Host was really nice and was really responsive to any queries we had.

The house is fully equipped with everything you might need and Melanie also kindly arranged some decorations as we were staying over Christmas. The balcony has a fantastic view of the beach which was only 5 mins walk away. The swimming pool and other facilities were excellent, very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's great for a family holiday with lots to do nearby and on site.

Had a lovely holiday with two families in Louise’s property - great size and location and games room was such a winner with six children Very easy booking and check in and Louise really helpful and easy to book with.

We’re so glad we chose to stay at Halula Beach House for my hen do weekend, it was the perfect pad! Pool, hot tub, silent disco, huge table we could all sit round… and just a few minutes walk to the gorgeous beach. Would highly recommend it!

This property was absolutely stunning. We were delighted as soon as we checked in. High end kitchen appliances. Quality modern furniture. The outside space was incredible. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and the bed linen extremely high quality. I would highly recommend this property. It’s better than the photos and we are now planning to book it again. This is a luxury property but well worth the price. Lots of space and easily accommodated our party of 8. Can’t fault one thing

Just got home after a lovely stay at Jane’s caravan, the caravan was spotlessly clean and had everything you could ever need! Lots of bedding and cooking utensils also some games to keep you entertained! The location is perfect for Newquay town, padstow and Crantock which is where we always like to go. Being out of Season the sites cafe and shop wasn’t open so I couldn’t comment on those things but that’s useful to have in season! Jane left us clear instructions and the communication was great. We would happily stay here again! Thanks Jane.

Fabulous house. So much space for our family of 7 adults & 1 dog to enjoy my husband’s surprise 60th birthday celebrations. A meal in the Mariners restaurant which is a 2 minute walk away was a perfect start to our stay. The location & views from the house are amazing. Walks on the beach every morning and the ferry crossing to Padstow are high lights of our stay. Many happy memories were made in your fantastic house. Thank you for the use of it William.

We booked our stay with Marcus and Lucy to celebrate a special family birthday. Eight of us (6 adults and 2 children) stayed for 4 nights and we were BLOWN away by the house and location, it was a real treat!! The house was beautifully designed, well equipped with everything you could need, plus lots of extra lovely and useful touches / amenities. The living area was great for spending time together, but the house was also spacious enough for your own quiet time to admire the beautiful beach views! Beds were comfy, showers were amazing, and the whole place spotless. We usually stay in Mawgan Porth, but loved staying in Porth so close to the beach, pub and walks nearby. Lucy was so responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We didn't want to leave, and would love to return again! Thank you! x

Such a lovely stay over the Christmas period with our family. 8 of us stayed, the home is so spacious we never felt on top of each other. Everything we needed and more was in the home, very well looked after. We even arrived to the home decorated for Christmas. The home was very clean to a high standard. We are already thinking about booking again for the summer months.

What an absolutely lovely property, perfect for eight adults and dogs! Well laid out, comfortable beds and it was lovely to find a really well equipped kitchen. The dogs in particular loved the underfloor heating!! The house is a lovely 10 minute walk to the stunning Daymer Bay and if you continue walking along the coastal path towards Rock you can catch the ferry to Padstow. Rachael was really responsive and provided recommendations for places to eat. Would 💯 recommend!

A very cosy and comfortable place to stay and good access to St Ives and the coast.

We had an excellent stay. Sarah's place was pristine and exactly as the photos showed. Communication was above and beyond. The beach is a few minutes walk away, the hill back is quite steep but very doable with dogs, pushchairs, beach trolley if you have one in the summer. Rear access to the garden if you need to keep beach equipment out of the house. Lovely welcome pack too. Thank you Sarah

We booked and stayed for 5 nights in February, Having stayed before we knew what to expect and how to get to the lovely cottage. Communication leading up to visit with Heather and Graham was excellent. The Cottage was ready for our stay and clean with everything you need to make a lovely stay, easy parking, it's within walking distance of 2 nice restaurants and Polkerris bay the cottage is ideally situated for visits to Fowey, Looe, Charleston and Mevagissy to name but a few. Hot tub and views are fantastic, great walking routes on the door step. Highly recommend a visit.

Great stay in Newquay. Off street parking and great family space inside with the option of toddler/ baby bed. Great instructions from the host. Overall lovely and would stay again.
