We had a wonderful time visiting our son and his girlfriend and it was a very good location and place to have our dog. The only issues we had were troubles getting the rear door to the patio open and our dog getting out of the yard because of the gap between the side and back fence. We left the back door slightly open for convenience, but forgot to close it once our 8 month old cavapoo got out and through the gap of the fence while we were out at breakfast. Our hearts dropped when we returned to find him standing in the driveway. We got lucky. Other than that and the bike tires needing air we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Beautifully well kept home in an outstanding location with a beautiful peaceful beach, just steps away. Every part of this process was easy and smooth. We were very excited to find when we arrived that an outdoor patio area with a fire pit had just been completed. We enjoyed s’mores almost each night and had a wonderful time with family. Kitchen was well appointed and bedrooms were large and thoughtfully put together. This is a very nice quiet location but just a short 10 minute drive to a grocery store or restaurants. Host is highly responsive and able to answer any and all questions we had. We would recommend and hope to stay again soon!

The home was quaint and clean, in a quiet neighborhood. Short drive to Atlantic and Neptune Beaches. Overall very nice. We enjoyed the home, while in town. The host was very kind and responsive to all of our questions. We will definitely use this airbnb again.

Our 3rd stay here! My family of 6 (2 adults, 2 preteens, & 2 toddlers) loves it. It’s a 10 min walk down to the beach. Windswept Park (playground) is a 5 min walk away. It’s a brief drive to all the fun attractions downtown, but a nice, quiet, and peaceful place to wind down at the end of a busy day. The neighborhood is quiet, and everyone we encountered was nice and polite. There is a DG around the corner and WinnDixie just up the road. Restaurants galore. You can eat out, order in, or cook at home with their cookware. The screened-in lanai was nice for parents to sit and chill while the kids played in the private backyard. The host/homeowner was easy to reach and quick to respond. Check in/out was a breeze. Once again, we didn’t want to leave!

Nancy's place was perfect for an overnight stay with my daughter while heading home after the holidays. We wanted to go see the Christmas lights that St. Augustine is known for. We took Uber and I thought that was a bit expensive (appx $15 one way). However, due to it being the Friday after Christmas, they were VERY busy. She was not at her house during our stay, so we had plenty of privacy, but she would respond right away if we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again.;

SeaBliss is a beautiful home! I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s and I must say this one was the cleanest I have seen. Immaculate! Beds, couches, blankets, and all seating was very comfortable. Sliding glass doors out to the pool open all the way and the breeze was lovely. Kitchen was well stocked and there were basics like salt and pepper, other spices, oil, sugar, tin foil and dishwasher tablets. The coffee maker had both full pot and pod options. The walk to the beach is about 260 steps from driveway end to the top of the dune. SO close! Loved that there were boogie boards, a cooler with wheels, wagon, fishing poles, umbrellas, etc. which made walking to the beach very easy. It is a shelly beach so would recommend water shoes. Having the pool heated during Spring Break is a must. It was a little chilly a couple of days, so we were very glad to have that warm water! Both check in and check out were simple and clear. We love this area and would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. It’s very spacious and the beds were comfortable. We utilized the heated pool, hot tub and the beach several times. Matthew responded quickly to any questions we had. A perfect vacation. Thank you!!

Definitely a case of even better than what I thought it would be. Absolutely idyllic setting with an ocean view and quiet space from the back to the ocean. The condo was so comfortable. We had five adults and cooked most of our meals there. The patio was an oasis, the pool just a few steps away and the private beach so close. And beautiful. We tried to book more time while we were there but most dates have been booked up. We want to return as soon as possible!!!

Great condo at a nice price. Cozy balcony to just sit and enjoy the shore view which had easy access. Comfortable to rest in and easy access to outside needs and amenities. Responsive management team. Would stay again.

This place is Great! Right on the beach, short walk across the bridge to the sand. Great view of the ocean from inside. Nice patio. Was clean and beds were so comfy. We had an issue with the ice maker and they sent a repair man right away. Pool was so nice and not crowded. Is about a 15 min drive to downtown but the peacefulness we had at this location was worth it. Beach was not crowded either. Everyone was very friendly. We will be back.

Condo was great! Kitchen was well stocked. Living room area was spacious and comfortable. Everything was as described and views from deck and master bedroom were beautiful. Easy access to area attractions. Quiet beach.
