Would come back to Coconut Cottage in a heartbeat! We loved the access to the beach, the amazing hot tub and the comfortable beds. My husband and I especially enjoyed the adjustable bed in the master as that is what we sleep on at home and I seldom sleep well on vacation…slept like a baby here! We also really appreciated the laundry facilities. All in all, a great relaxing stay and a wonderful place to unplug!

My husband and I had a great time staying at Stephen’s place. He was so nice and considerate making sure we had everything we needed for our trip. His place is clean, cozy, and super cute! We arrived to a surprise Christmas tree and Christmas card, a nice touch for home away from home during the Holidays. The location is great with easy beach access, walkable restaurant locations, nearby grocery stores, and everyone we met was so nice. We will definitely check on the availability of this place again for our return trips to St. Augustine!

What a great house. The description was exact. The house is in a cul-de-sac sorry it was a quiet street. The beach was a 5 minute walk and a water front restaurant just a 2 minute walk. Holly answered all of our questions, including my son’s Xbox question we didn’t know he was asking. She was great with it all. The bikes and all the beach supplies worked out perfect for us. The home was spotless and the hot tub was a hit. Thanks again holly and we will be back again.

The location was charming. We enjoyed the walk to the river view and it was very comfortable. Courtyard was relaxing and picturesque.

We loved this Airbnb! The beds were very comfortable and cozy. There were fans next to the bed which was a nice touch. We loved the front and back porch areas! It was so nice to be able to lounge outside in the morning and evenings after the beach. Very close to grocery, restaurants and downtown! About 15 min drive to the St. Augustine Amphitheater.

Blue heaven was the perfect spot for our couples getaway to St. Augustine. Truly felt like home away from home. We loved everything about our stay. The house was well equipped and was in the perfect location for all the sights of the historic downtown. Valerie is a great host and was able to answer all our questions, give us some great local recommendations and made our stay truly memorable. We can’t wait to return!

My husband and 2 of our friends stayed for the weekend. We really enjoyed that we could easily walk to downtown and all of the local attractions. I only had to contact Elizabeth about a question I had about parking, but she was very friendly and quick to respond. The house was clean and easy to find. Overall, we had no complaints about our stay and would recommend this property!

What a wonderful hidden treasure. So peaceful and quiet with a private yard for your pup to run. The house is nicely decorated and perfect in every way. I would definitely stay there again.

Loved the cute cottage with a lot of personality. Only a short walk to the visitors center and the historic district. Parking in the back was nice rather than on the street. Would stay again!

Our stay at the Pink Peony completely met our expectations. We were looking for a place to stay that we would enjoy and would feel was comfortable and nice, but also met our budget needs. The property was exactly what we expected: comfortable and practical, quiet, easy to access, and well priced. We weren’t expecting luxury accommodations, and this property didn’t provide that, as we were looking for something in a tighter budget, but this property provided us with exactly what we wanted and expected and our host was wonderful. Extremely accommodating and responsive. Helpful with anything we needed. I could tell that Huyen wanted to ensure our stay was perfect and that our expectations were met and exceeded. That is a wonderful feeling! I will save this listing and plan to use it again when I am in need of a great but budget friendly stay!

The cottage on Bayview was perfect for a couple of snowbirds wanting to get some sun. My daughter & I loved it and immediately felt right at home.

Julie was an amazing host! Her home, landscaping and property with river views was absolutely gorgeous!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our time meeting her and walking the grounds together. Her home was well equipped and extremely clean. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Her restaurant recommendations were perfect for our time and celebration during our visit. We look forward to another stay and visit with Julie!!

Have stayed here multiple times and it’s always perfect. Great location, easy parking, convenient to the historic district. Hosts are always pleasant and place is always clean.

Casa verde was a fantastic place, right near all of the great things to do in St. Augustine, we were able to walk everywhere The house was beautiful, perfect for our family, very comfortable, we enjoy coffee in the backyard every morning We will definitely be back, when we are in the area.

This cottage was absolutely beautiful! Loved all the high-end cooking ware and thought the design was very intentional. It was perfect for the girls bridal party trip. The location was also great. A very strategic position if you are trying to have easy access to town. Also so close to some very nice spots (coffee, food, and activities) Would definitely recommend staying at this cottage. Maite & Andrew are very accommodating and great hosts.

The Carriage House was such a nice place! Great location, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted. Getting in/out was so easy. If we had questions, Stacey responded immediately. Loved this place, highly recommend!
