Amazing and receptive hosts with great recommendations. On the beach in minutes with private beach access. Close proximity to TPC Sawgrass one of the top golf courses in the country. The BnB itself had everything we needed and more to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable! 10/10 would recommend!

Great location for beachgoers. Simple, easy going cottage with beach access steps away. Beach wasn't busy, but it was also very cold when we visited. TV has cable w/DVDs and selection of books for anyone looking to stay in. Hot shower, lots of towels and a comfy bed. Less than a mile from Publix if you prefer to cook. Plenty of pots, pans, plates, cups and cutlery. Dish soap supplied. Iron and full length mirror for those needing to get ready. Close to restaurants on Vilano strip. 10 minutes to downtown. Thanks so much Bruce! Would definitely stay again.

This is a great location with a very short walk to the beach and a 20 to 25 minute drive downtown. There are lots of restaurants in the area with a good variety of food. We love to walk and found a lot of places to do so. Kathe was a great host.

This place was great for my sister and me! We needed a spot close to the Florida Theatre downtown and we were about fifteen minutes away staying here. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, and it was quiet at night. We crossed paths with the host and chatted briefly and he was very friendly and welcoming!

This place was perfect! I booked this for me and my partner for a staycation. The bed is amazing and I want it!! I will book for another staycation.

Stayed here for a tournament. Close to everything we needed or wanted. Quiet neighborhood with friendly residents and close to the beach.

We absolutely loved this place…we were traveling home and just wanted to stop for a couple days in St. Augustine and this was the PERFECT place to stay!! VERY NICE and CLEAN!!!! It was behind a house ( that is a business) but was very quiet as we needed a down day from traveling but close enough for us to walk to downtown with all the stores and restaurants . It was nicely stocked with everything we needed!!!! We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND and we will DEFINATELY stay again if we can make it back to St.Augustine!!!!!

Very clean and very close to downtown. Just what we needed! Said check out was at 11 but she knocked at 10am and said the cleaning lady was coming in 20 mins. But other than that everything was perfect!!

We really enjoyed our time. Shanti is a great host. The location is great for going to the beach! The space is relaxing and has everything you need.

Location was beautiful very accessible to work- which was extremely important in the decision to book. Clean and as described. Host was responsive and easy to communicate with. If I had complaints, they were about the weather the first day and people speeding down the road when I’d walk my dog- neither of which is within their control!!

Tim was awesome! Very helpful and responsive. Home was beautiful. Parking for this specific location is as described, one space. The main house on the property is also rented out, so only space for one small or midsized vehicle. Free bikes were a huge plus! Can bike almost anywhere from this location! Overall very happy with the home and the host!

Jamie's place was as described. Clean, quiet and bed was comfortable. Quick drive to attractions so that was convenient..

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and just a short walk from the beach, which made our trip even better. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We loved it so much that we even extended our trip! The host was great and made everything super easy. Highly recommend. I absolutely loved this little lake getaway house. If you enjoy the water fishing or just being off the grid this is the place to go I loved everything!

The irie inn with Kyle is top rated on air bnb for a reason!! My partner and I celebrated our anniversary and Kyle’s guest house was perfect, private & close to everything. Would 10/10 stay here again.

We could not have asked for a lovelier stay at the Guest House! Everything we needed for our stay was provided upon entering and throughout the week. Raquel corresponded several times to make sure our needs were being met and gave great recommendations. Not only do Cristina and Raquel provide wonderful indoor amenities, but also outdoor and beach amenities. We will definitely be back for a longer stay and can't thank Raquel and Cristina for hosting a 5 star place!

I am very glad that I stayed here, it is clean and comfortable inside the house, very close to Downtown. If you do not want to take a car, the distance is 15 minutes on foot. Convenient place for parking. Peaceful and quiet, there were no problems. Thank you very much ☺️
