This sweet little apartment was everything I hoped for—quiet, cozy, and full of charm. It had such a peaceful vibe, with lovely natural light and thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The neighborhood was safe and serene, perfect for slow strolls and just minutes from historic downtown. What made the stay truly special, though, was the kindness of the hosts. They were incredibly warm and understanding, which made all the difference and left me feeling genuinely cared for. I’m so grateful for their hospitality and would absolutely stay again the next time I’m in town!

Like most other reviews say, the location is perfect in that you can walk to pretty much everything from restaurants to historical places to museums and other attractions yet it's tucked enough out of the way from the crowds and noise to peacefully recover from all your sightseeing. The place was easy to find, great that you get a dedicated parking spot off the street and check in was simple. Inside was clean, looked like the posted pictures & felt very comfortable with the furnishings and decor. Bed was comfortable, linens clean, good quality towels and kitchenette was well equipped. Only two things to mention - it's a downstairs unit and you will hear the movements of anyone directly upstairs (walking around and toilet flushes) and neither window A/C produced any heat despite both having heat settings. This isn't a problem for the majority of the year in St. Augustine but my visit just happened to have two nights in the upper 40's/low 50's. At least the shower was nice & hot!

This place has soul and a certain something special: a vibe that we absolutely loved it and genuinely struggled to leave. Read the description carefully to make sure you know what you are selecting. It’s an older building with slanted floors and a narrow toilet, and the place next door next door plays music. For us, that was part of the magic. We could run down and grab great kombucha from the bodega or amazing food from the food truck. We could sit down at the bar for a great local beer and listen to music, or we could run over to Tiger Mart to buy some beers and then sit on the front porch to listen like VIPs. We miss it already.

Honestly nothing bad to say about this place. Was incredibly close to everything. Great host and great location. I will be staying here again if I am in the area!

This apartment is perfectly located to everything. Not an exaggeration. Take a left and walk for 8-10 minutes and you are in the heart of downtown St. George where so much is going on. Take a right and walk 8-10 minutes and you are at the Old Jail and Fountain of Youth. Drive 8 minutes and you are at one of the most beautiful and spacious beaches I’ve ever seen. And no charge to park right near the beach. The apartment was well stocked with everything we would have ever needed and more. The beds (even the sofa bed) were very comfortable. The outdoor deck was a great option at night to wind down. Highly recommend Val’s place!

I had a great time! Thank you for such ease to get in and out. This is a great and safe, especially if you travel solo. Everything is close by, walking. Do consider the weather and come prepared. I watched some good movies in the room while it rained and was happy it was available.

This place is perfect for anyone looking to be close to downtown St. Augustine. It is the perfect walking distance so there is no need for parking or an Uber. Gabriel, the host, is also extremely responsive and helpful. 10/10 would stay here again!

Very nice place , close to historic center. Kelly was nice and helpful. We would like to stay longer. We suggest the door shower in the master bathroom should open outward . We enjoyed our stay, thank you Kelly!

This home provided my husband and me a terrific beach vacation for the entire month. The two decks offer diverse, beautiful views, the neighborhood is lovely, and the beach access is great. Also, the private tiered back yard is a pup paradise. Nolan provides wonderful, warm communication.

Erik was a great host who was very responsive. Me my wife & father all stayed for 4 nights and we enjoyed our stay. Peaceful neighborhood and easy access to shopping and eating locations. SUPER close to Historic St Augustine

This house exceeded all our expectations! The property has such a welcoming, homey feel - like staying at your favorite relative's carefully maintained home. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The amenities were comprehensive and thoughtfully provided. The location is unbeatable - we could easily walk to the Historic District, and every attraction in St. Augustine was within a quick 15-minute drive. Our children absolutely loved the house and kept calling it our "vacation home." Whether you're looking for a family-friendly base for exploring St. Augustine or a comfortable home away from home, this property delivers on all fronts. We would absolutely stay here again!

My family and I had a great time! We love how convenient it is to get on the beach. It is located on the south end of St.Augustine and less crowded. The unit itself was located on the first floor close to the pool and parking lot making it easy to get to. We love the area and this place. We will definitely be back!!!

This was an amazing stay and I can’t possibly recommend this host more. We were originally booked in a 2 floor townhouse with stairs up even to the first floor. When my wife unexpectedly broke her leg the day before our trip, the host found us another one of her properties with availability and ground floor access to switch to! Something totally above and beyond which made all the difference in our stay. The property was great- just a few steps to the pool/hot tub and a beautiful short walk to the beach. The condo is amazing, super welcoming and with every amenity you could need- especially the kitchen and beach closet! One other thing I loved was that the furniture was all SO COMFORTABLE! Beds and couch- amazing! We also loved the huge assortment of board games available to play. We had an amazing time and I am so grateful to have booked with this host and have the opportunity to stay at Hibiscus!

What a great place! Even better than the pictures, perfect location, lots of space, super comfortable, and spotlessly clean. It's a very pleasant walk through the complex to the beach, not an issue at all. Holly was so nice and a pleasure to deal with. Was very impressed by and thankful for all the essentials that were provided - more than we've had in any other place we've stayed. The check-out procedure was also the easiest we've ever experienced; we're used to a long list of things we're asked to do and this was basically nothing. We really felt spoiled from start to finish. Would absolutely stay here again - can't recommend highly enough!

We absolutely loved our stay and plan to come back soon. The view is breathtaking. The condo is very close to Saint Augustine. The hosts were extremely accommodating and pleasant. They always responded quickly. Can’t wait to book this place again and have another relaxing vacation!

Great choice if you are thinking of inviting guests with second bedroom and bathroom across the hallway. First floor patio makes for easy access from parking lot with groceries and unpacking. Nice private area to sit out in the sun and read. We appreciated this every day. Comfortable Good kitchen amenities like, coffee makers, crockpot, pots and pans. The fridge is a beautiful large model with 2 freezer drawers. Receptive host responds to all texts promptly. We really enjoyed staying here and have booked again next year for 2 months!!!

We had a great stay at Kurt and Courtney’s place. The location was wonderful, with the beautiful ocean beach and tennis courts, just steps from the condo. The space was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Kurt and Courtney were extremely helpful and responsive. We had a small problem with a smoke detector and they had it taken care of immediately. We recommend Kurt and Courtney’s place for any one who plans on staying in St. Augustine Beach!
