Bekki gave very clear instructions which made our late night arrival after a long ride smooth. We were immediately comfortable and pictures and descriptions were exactly as advertised. Bekki was very responsive to ensure a comfortable and easy stay. We will definitely rent with Bekki next time we are in South Bend!

Came in to town with a large group for an ND Football game. The house was cozy, comfortable, and clean. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out as well. We did uber up to campus most of the time because we had some older family members with us, and weren’t sure if they could do the walk …but we didn’t mind! Thanks again, Carey!

House was exactly as described - warm, clean, family focused, well furnished, great amenities, safe neighborhood. We were able to enjoy the big tv room downstairs, the hot tub, the big backyard, and the spacious kitchen, along with all the clean and comfortable bedrooms. It was the perfect size for 9 of us from 3 x generations (1 x grandparent, 4 x parents, 4 x teenage grandchildren) to enjoy a wonderful Notre Dame fall football weekend together. Kimberlie could not have been nicer or more communicative. We'd recommend this home to others and would definitely stay there again.

This place was as advertised. Great kitchen, spacious seating areas, nice bedrooms and a nice garage. Lisa was a great host. Super responsive and very helpful with clear instructions. Walking distance to Notre Dame. Great for families or couples. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

We had a great stay at Elviras place! The Place was exactly as described with everything we needed and more! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had a great stay and Ashleigh was very responsive with several messages during our stay. We loved the location and place on the river. The hot tub was great. So much space in this home. The only thing I would caution would be the number of beds. We had 3 adults that had to sleep on couches. The big room in the basement had 6 beds, bedroom #1 had sleeping space for 2, bedroom #2 had sleeping space for 2, and bedroom #3 had sleeping space for 2. That is 12 sleeping spaces. We had a group of 15. We made it work. Also there were lots of pillows but not much extra bedding and blankets. Overall a lovely experience and would go back again. Thank you.

We had an amazing stay at Sarah's place. Place was very clean just the why it was described. Best part of our stay was of course the hot tub. We will definitely be coming back again.

Great stay! We had a wonderful weekend celebrating my mom’s birthday. Since we went in the middle of January, most everything was closed down for the season. That didn’t bother us since we just wanted to hang out at the house but it was challenging to find anywhere to eat. Otherwise the house was absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful time! We would definitely like to come back another time of the year to experience more of the town. Sarah was a great host!

OMG… didn’t not disappoint. The house is so cute and perfect. It was exactly what my husband and I needed for a one night stay in Michigan. We had a beautiful 60 degree day and loved hanging out in the screened porch and hot tub was enjoyable to use later in the evening. Super comfy bed as well. We will be back!

Very relaxing cabin and quiet/quaint neighborhood. Even though you are in a neighborhood, you have privacy. We enjoyed the views and nature sounds. The private beaches are beautiful. Great place to relax. Cabin was cozy. The bed and bedding were sooooo comfy.

Brian is a fantastic host and the home and property are absolutely beautiful. My family and I are extremely happy that we were able to host our wedding at the venue and would not change a thing. For anyone looking at wedding venues or just a weekend getaway, I would HIGHLY recommend this location! Thank you so much to Brian for his hospitality and clear communication leading up to our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Hosts were friendly and responsive, and came to help with the TV when we couldn't figure it out. Hot tub was awesome. We'd come back!

We had a great stay at Julia's place. It was exactly what was described and shown in the pictures. Beautiful and very quiet neighborhood. The home was older but you could only tell because of the original floors which had the charming creaks of original wood floors. Everything else has been upgraded and in great shape. Would be a great place anytime of year. Pool was closed obviously but the hot tub was perfect and the steam shower was nice. Only suggestion is that if you are arriving late definitely take a flashlight...it is very dark after the sun goes down. It was exactly what we needed. Julia was great with communication and available for anything we needed! Already have had discussions about coming back in the summer!
