The beds were comfortable, the home was tidy, and the location was close to everything I needed on this trip. The living room furniture is adequate but not very comfortable, and there is no dishwasher, but since it was just me, that was not a problem: just facts, no complaints. I'd definitely request a stay again if needed.

My wife and I have been very grateful for the time at Brook’s place. Brook is very accommodating and flexible. Our family needed this so much and Brook didn’t disappoint us. From extending our time to making adjustments to provide a safe area, as to accommodate our toddler’s exploration phase, Brook didn’t hesitate to take steps that would make us feel comfortably and at home. Her place is as good as all of the reviews say, no one exaggerated when expressing how good they felt about staying at Brook’s place. We are blessed to be one of those to have found her. Thank you Brook (and John). We are beyond grateful for your hosting services.

Quiet location, clean and comfortable house. Patti provided great information and was very responsive. Kitchen was stocked including drip coffee, tea (thank you!), sugar, flavorings (thanks!), creamer, and house had hand wash, tissues, plenty of clean towels, shampoo/conditioner, bath wash, washer/dryer, and a hairdryer. Easy to get to and back from University of Notre Dame, with plenty of restaurants within driving distance. Hangars were included in the closets, but only one closet had a shelf. The TV is an older model and would hiccup a bit when casting streaming services to the TV. House was in a nice location with easy access to get around. Great place to stay!

Perfect house for a game day weekend! 20-minute walk to campus, parking available, and all the family friendly amenities for a relaxing game weekend!!

We had a wonderful winter stay at Huddle House. It was pristine and spacious with a well-appointed kitchen -- as described in the listing, but also with several games available, and it is no exaggeration to call the backyard "huge." We appreciated having everything on a single level with just a half-step up to get in the front door. Comfortably slept our group of 7.

I stayed here with a few friends and had a wonderful time! Everything in the Airbnb was very clean and well-maintained. The hosts were very responsive and gave clear and simple check-in and check-out instructions, which I really appreciated! I think the bed I slept in had a memory foam topper as well, which was extra nice after a long day of traveling. The kitchen was also stocked with snacks, coffee and tea, and water bottles, which was a thoughtful touch. The proximity to Notre Dame’s campus was also perfect! The next time I come back to South Bend, I would check here first to see if it was available before looking anywhere else!

David was a great host, very responsive and helpful. The location was close to campus, which was great since my family was visiting me. The only difficulty was that Ubers cannot find the location for some reason. However, other than that our stay was great!

Beautiful location right on the river with lovely terrace and seating overlooking the river. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The space is small but feels large because it is well designed and well appointed. I wish we had more time here to enjoy the location. The host was very quick to answer all our questions.

Great location with all of downtown South Bend easily within a short walk. Extremely affordable, especially on such short notice (as I needed.) Theresa is a very proactive host and unsolicited provided me with clear instructions. She has a quaint apartment unit that was a pleasure to sleep in, very "homey" feel with positive, uplifting appointments. Very recommended!

Convenient to ND campus. Very clean setup. Host provided great instructions entrance and use of shower. Enjoyed the brief stay would definitely consider again! Host was very responsive and readily available. Thanks Kristina!

The space is just big enough for us. It’s clean and cozy. The hosts were quick to respond to questions. It’s conveniently located for our purposes, i.e. our family and friends. We look forward to staying there again!

Maggie’s studio is compact, manageable, and well maintained. Maggie always responded very quickly, which was much appreciated!

Marilyn’s place was a great place to stay for a Notre Dame home football game. In terms of location, it’s quiet and secluded yet close to the action. And Ubers in South Bend are generally cheap. The house itself is great as well. It has a number of beds to accommodate larger groups, and the house is decked out in Notre Dame decorations. There’s also plenty of parking, making parking stress free. Marilyn was also a great host. She was timely and responsive, and she had simple, clear check-in and check-out instructions. My friends and I had a great time. Would recommend staying here!

The condo is just steps from University of Notre Dame and the decor keeps you in the Irish mood from the moment you arrive! It was perfectly situated to pop “home” for lunch or dinner and get right back to ND activities without missing a beat. The extra beds were perfect for our small group and we could stretch out and choose our preferred mattress type! Kitchen stocked with pots and pans and dishes for making a full dinner. We had difficulty getting the dishwasher started, but communication was very good and prompt and not much of an inconvenience for us. My guess it will be a non-issue for the next guests. Lived having the big closet in the master bedroom and lots of empty drawers to use to keep things looking neat during our stay. Perfect ND decor! Go Irish! We’d love to stay there again.

This is the second of Vik's property I've stayed in and it's just as beautiful/amazing as the first one. I always hate leaving. Great Location! Great Host! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ 5 stars all around.

Katie’s place was perfect for our trip to visit Notre Dame. It was clean and comfortable. Katie was super easy to deal with and answered all our questions quickly.

We would like to thank Vik for his kindness in working with our situation which caused us to relocate from our house for a few weeks. He was easy to work with, and prompt in responding to questions we had. We found the condo to be a pleasant and comfortable place to stay, with a very pleasing environment and up-to-date furnishings.

2nd time we have rented this spot and it has been a perfect location for our family to visit our daughter at st Mary's. Julie is super nice and accommodating. Thanks again!
