Bruce’s home was exceptionally clean and quiet. The space was perfect for our family of 4, including teenagers, plus guests. The front porch, backyard and yard games he made available were an added bonus. Bruce was quick to respond to questions. I would definitely stay here again when in the area and recommend to others.

This spot is exactly as the listing describes. It’s not ultra fancy but it is very cozy and was perfect for my monthlong stay for me and my cat. What’s more is Aislin was an exceptional host and made me feel so at home. She was flexible with my check in and even got a litter box for my cat since my plane delay had me getting in too late to find one. I was greeted with fresh cut flowers and a fridge stocked with the essentials. She was very responsive and gave great neighborhood recommendations. The airbnb is just down the street from the river and Aislin’s partner Mike fixed up one of their bikes for me to use to go for a couple rides along the bike path. Definitely recommend a stay at any of Aislin’s properties!

Everything was as advertised, and clean. Family is super friendly.

I had a very relaxing night here. The hostess was great and the accommodations comfortable and very clean. Only wish I could have checked in earlier so I could have had more time but my schedule would not allow me to. I would definitely recommend to others and stay again myself!

We booked the whole the house and cottage for our out-of-town family that were coming in for a big party at our home and they loved it. Beautiful inside and out. They all want to stay at the Inn again. It has rolling hills, big sky, old barns wildlife and privacy. They loved the decks and the fire pit, and the interior remodel is top notch. Great quiet location surrounded by nature in my opinion it is the best place to stay in Three Rivers/ Jones area. On top of all that Karen is the perfect chill host. Why stay at a hotel when you can stay here!

We had a great stay. Place is cute and very clean. The location is fantastic, pretty much in the middle of both directions, close to everything. Would definitely stay again.

Had an amazing stay! The place was cozy and beautiful, with peaceful vibes and gorgeous surroundings. The only minor miss was the lack of WiFi, as I was working remotely one of the days. Overall, it was a great stay!

We booked Fir Acres at the last-minute for an unexpected death in the family. We drove all day to get to Niles in time for the funeral the following day, and Fir Acres could not have been more welcoming at the end of a long day of travel. The space was clean, peaceful, easy to find. Lindi communicated promptly, was so flexible with our check out date (we didn't know how long we'd be staying to help my aunt), and always addressed our needs. The bedrooms were comfortably cool for sleeping, and nice and dark in the early summer mornings, since they're partially below ground, but the clean lines and ample windows kept it sunny and bright when we were up in the living area. Very comfy beds and linens and bathroom. Helpful labels around the house. We did hear some upstairs noise that unfortunately kept us up a little late one night; I let Lindi know, and she promised to address it in the future. That's truly the only negative of this lovely, welcoming place.

Lovely place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Super convenient to Elkhart aquatics center. Only had 1 night but will definitely stay again when in the area. Went twice to the iechyd Da brewery down the road for fresh salads be because it was so good. Highly recommend.

This place was perfect for my kids and me. Very comfortable and welcoming. I even used the home gym equipment to get my workouts. We enjoyed hanging out on the pit after a long day at the lake. Kelly and Steve were very welcoming and accommodating.

We absolutely loved the fact that it was an old farmhouse in the countryside. Our whole experience there was wonderful. Anna and Wesley are the most beautiful amazing helpful people I have ever met, always very respectful and responsive to any needs we had. We have 3 dachshund’s and they loved exploring the countryside and they felt safe in the house and around Anna and Wesley. We will definitely always stay there again when we are in the area.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great place, location, and host. Definitely would recommend to anyone headed to South Bend. Neighborhood was quiet with great views, and within 15 minutes to Notre Dame.

Loved this cute little guest house! It’s attached to Ana’s home but it’s totally private. It was actually more spacious than I thought it would be. It was very clean, very comfortable, and in a good location for a small town. I was walking distance from a few places to eat, gas station, and just a 3 minute drive from dollar general. I forgot my little round fan so Ana lent me one of her own. I loved the little gestures Ana laid out. Extra snacks, some free toiletries, and some seasonings she had helped save a flavorless meal I prepared myself. Lol. I’d stay here again for sure.
