This house was great! Our group consisted of two couples, and it had all of the amenities to make our stay an amazing time. The walk to the beach was super close and it was also in walking distance to shops and restaurants in town. We had a slight issue with the bathroom, but Logan was very responsive. We left for the day and he had everything back in order by the time we returned. We would definitely return to this house!

Colleen was on-point, friendly, and communicated every detail we needed to check in and when we checked out. The place was beautiful, modern appliances, clean, TV's everywhere, three bedrooms, and very firm mattresses, which suited me perfectly. Place was immaculate. Though located near the river in a somewhat industrial area, it's a nice 15 minute walk to the lake, and less to the restaurants and stores. Will come back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great - right across the street from the river, with a river view from the apartment. The place was well stocked. Every room had a power strip with multiple plugs, so it was very easy access for charging devices, etc. It is the 2nd floor of an early 20th century building with nice, historical character. The furniture suits the period, there are plenty of beds and a TV in each room. The place was well stocked with plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Tom was very helpful and accommodating for our stay.

We just returned from a wonderful stay! The place was spotless with a great view. You were able to walk to everything. The hosts stocked it with plush bath towels, make up towels, sample size toiletries, coffee, etc. We hope to return in the summer!

Patty's place was GREAT! My 3 sisters and I had a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The Condo was exactly as pictured. It was very clean, had everything we needed in the living room, bathrooms and in the kitchen to cook meals. All 3 beds were very comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. We were able to drive North, South & East less than 30 minutes to visit wineries, shops, antique malls and fine restaurants. There are lots of things to do close to Coloma for 4 retired ladies. We loved walking down to the beach every evening to watch the sunset and waves as they rolled in.

Great stay as usual! We’re regulars staying at Stephaney’s place and will continue to come back each year. Beautiful sunsets, picturesque and peaceful area. Nothing not to love at Stephaney’s!

We had a great time at the river house. My sons really enjoyed fishing from the dock, Lake Michigan was a super short, pretty drive, restaurants were walkable, and Saugatuck was a short drive too. Recommend hiking to Mount Baldhead and beyond to Oval Beach. Thanks so much for hosting us!

Beautiful house, well-stocked with all the necessities. Prime location on the water and close to downtown Saugatuck and Holland. Would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, waterfront retreat!

This was a lovely beachfront rental with many amenities that was very clean and comfortable.. The townhouse has an array of nice decorative touches in addition to nice quality bedding and lots of fluffy towels. There are also 3 TVs, 32 balconies including a roof top outdoor area with ample seating, plus 2 ground floor sitting areas and fire pit. Multiple floors ensure quiet in the bedrooms. The unit fronts a very nice wide beach area which is only steps away. It is within a short drive of multiple restaurants, parks, wineries, and breweries. We had a last minute power outage at our regularly scheduled rental. The owner of this unit was very flexible regarding check in terms when we needed to find another rental with no advance notice.

This was a great house for my family weekend get together. Beautifully decorated, large bedrooms and plenty of room to hang out. View of the lake was gorgeous even in the winter. Would like to try it again in the summer when we can enjoy all the amenities.

Jo was a wonderful host, and her Airbnb was an amazing find. We have young children, and it was a great benefit to be able to stay in such an accessible location. Downtown South Haven has a trove of restaurants and shops, and was only a block away. The beach was a five-minute walk, if that. Lastly, for being in such a central location, Jo’s place still felt private and peaceful. The house is beautiful and very well-kept. Kitchen was extremely well-stocked and the beds were very comfortable. One of our favorite things was having coffee on the back patio and taking in the lovely views of Lake Michigan and the marina. We were so glad to have found this rental, and made many great memories!

This was a perfect location for a weekend getaway for the whole family. Check-in was easy and the host was super communicative. There was plenty of parking for everyone. The pool table and ping pong table were a hit with the family. We even had a friendly family pool tournament! We didn't get to enjoy the patio, screened in porch, and beach since we visited in the off-season and it was pretty chilly out, but the lake looked beautiful and the water was clear, and I'm sure it's just lovely in warm weather!

We love this property! Cozy, restful and beautiful are an acurate description. I appreciate being right on the water. It is a gorgeous retreat and beautifully appointed for a lake house. Beautifully updated home with an expansive stretch of private beach at the bottom of the steps. Lake Michigan can be seen from all the back rooms in the house as well as the back deck. Light and bright kitchen is well-stocked with all the cookware and amenities you need for meals. Two dishwashers a plus for large groups. House, location, and view cannot be beat. Also a shout out to Bluefish, the management company with whom we dealt. Extremely responsive, and instructions exactly as described. Bluefish provided a wonderful binder at the home full of helpful information on restaurants, grocery stores, antique shops, equipment rental companies, boat charter companies, and other things to do.

We are from West Michigan, but had never spent the night in Saugatuck. We always went home after a visit. That was such a mistake. After staying at Holiday Hill, we realized that this small communityvof Saugatuck is so wonderful that it is best to stay long enough to enjoy everything. Holiday Hill is across the river from downtown Saugatuck with a beautiful view of the river, the sunrise, and the city shoreline. Nick's place was immaculate, and secured up a hill from the small resort that services it, so that it is very private. We may make it an annual event to visit the city and stay at Holiday Hill in one of Nick's units.

Great location. Very clean and had all the amenities needed and listed. Only concern was how small the 3rd bedroom was upstairs . Only room for the one twin bed which we could not even sleep in (Mattress kept sliding ). Very tight space with no dresser or place to store your clothing in this tiny room. We used the pull out couch downstairs as our third bed which made it difficult for sleeping since located next to the main kitchen and family room area (all one large open space). Would not recommend this location if you need three separate bedrooms. Otherwise it was lovely, clean and very centrally located.

What an outstanding spot to enjoy the beauty of Saugatuck/Douglas! This charming condo, right on the river, offers a beautiful deck where you can watch the boats sail by and see some of the fun and music across the river, but still have your own private and quiet space. It's conveniently located next to the ferry, which runs every 15 minutes, making it easy to explore both sides of the river. The condo is fully equipped and also includes access to all the amenities and services of the adjacent Beachway Resort hotel. We actually worked remotely from the condo each day and then headed out for the day - wifi and seating was perfect for working remote, though perhaps only 1 zoom call at a time unless you can take one from the bedroom. The resort staff were excellent, but Kim's welcoming, proactive and responsive communication made us feel safe and right at home. We highly recommend this rental to anyone and look forward to returning soon!

Alexa was an awesome host. Her location is even nicer than the photos show. The indoor parking was a great amenity and the living room had great views of the river. Easy drive/walk to downtown with lots of restaurants and breweries. Alexa is very responsive and made check in/out very easy.

My family of 4 that included a 1 year old and 3 year old loved staying here. The location was right by everything you would need and very walkable. The apartment itself had everything our family needed with this apartment being right on the water so we didn’t have to haul things back and forth. The beach was amazing and the warm salt water pool was a great break when we didn’t want to stay on the beach. What topped it off were the sunsets from the patio area which was HUGE and had plenty of chairs and tables for us to sit and watch. The 3 year old had a great time running and burning the last of her energy while the sun went down. Overall I would recommend this place for anyone that has kids and the location is hard to beat. We will definitely stay here again!!!

My husband & I rented this gem for a week. The condo is spotless, kitchen has many amenities, tastefully decorated, very comfortable and we loved it! We loved being right on the water/ beach and close to town. Highly recommend this adorable condo.

The place is super cute and cozy, the bed is comfy and the area is quiet and peaceful. I felt safe and right at home as I was here for an extended stay! I 100% recommend!

Great place for a girls weekend! Nice and spacious perfect place for family as well. Would definitely rent again!
