Fantastic. Place was great and had a real home like feel. Another thing albeit small, the bath towels were large and soft. We had some rough weather the day before we left and Beth proactively reached out and offered us a later check out which we took advantage of. Would most definitely stay again!!

We stayed here for the second time when visiting my family and it was just as great as the last time. The apartment was clean and well stocked. I would definitely book from this host again. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Loved how clean it was! Spotless! I was so grateful for the coffee being available and plenty of towels. This place has everything you need.

Whether you have the opportunity to work with Edward, Elizabeth, or Nancy you will not regret booking a property with them. I cannot begin to say enough good things about my entire experience with not only the apartment, but the aforementioned hosts as well. They were not only extremely responsive, they also checked in with us as well, during our stay to make sure we were doing okay, an did not need anything else, other than all the wonderful amenities the apartment came with. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, extremely spacious apartment was the perfect home away from home, an to also be pet-friendly was a tremendous benefit for our last minute plans to upstate New York. The apartment has beautiful hardwood floors, with carpets in the bedrooms, an a vacuum to use to clean up any messes. The location as a whole is within a very quiet building, which only made this trip more enjoyable. I highly recommiend both working with Edward, Elizabeth, & Nancy an also booking this apartment.

I have stayed here numerous times, each time has been great. my host has always been very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The 9lace is always spotless, comfortable, peaceful. this site is well worth the price.

Jess's place was the perfect place to lay our head after visiting some colleges. The best part was the communication and willingness to truly go above and beyond for us. I realized I forgot my hairdryer, but there wasn't one on the listing, so I inquired if maybe they had one that they didn't list and they were kind enough to let me borrow theirs. We also had a very minor issue with the heat, and they went above and beyond to try to get it fixed for us that night despite me saying several times that they really didn't have to. If you're looking to stay with somebody very friendly, very available, and very accommodating, look no further.

Beth was so pleasant and attentive. Her place was very cozy and such a beautiful area. We came to visit our son at school and had a wonderful time just hanging out and relaxing. We would love to stay again on our next trip out.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was comfortable (comfy beds), clean and had a very cozy atmosphere. The location was perfect - convenient yet peaceful. The porch was a perfect spot for morning coffee looking out at the water. Cassidy was great to work with - flexible and responsive. I look forward to staying here again!

Extremely accommodating for last minute reservation. Description was accurate. Well maintained, clean and comfortable. It is obvious he and his co-host Heather take pride in the property and the service they provide. Received inclement weather (icy conditions) while there and was morning of our check out. They reached out to let us know they had put down salt to our vehicle and to not rush/worry about check out time. Very kind gestures that went beyond being a good host, but clearly demonstrated good and kind people!! We would highly recommend.

The house is outstanding. Everything you need for a perfect stay. Beds are very comfortable and we all slept well. Kitchen fully equipped. Super clean and beautifully decorated. The views are incredible. Hosts were very responsive plus gave us tips of places to eat and told us things that are going on in the area. Super friendly. We will definitely be back to stay again. Highly recommend you visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I have stayed here at Nancy's place 4-5 times. I travel to the north country for work a lot. It is a great place to stay, always clean. Host is very caring and responsive, even making sure to clear the drive and sidewalks as soon as it snows. The host and I were kidding back and forth about me writing a review(I generally don't write reviews).... I told her no because I wanted to keep this gem for myself! It really is a home away from home and the Host's make the beautiful stay even better.
