This is our third visit with Nancy as our host. Always very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. We loved the unit and will stay again soon!!

This was a last minute booking for a funeral. I couldn't believe the level of assistance and accommodation. They went well out of the way to make sure we and our pets felt at home. I would absolutely stay again. There was a ton of space with a very well stocked kitchen (plates, pans, glassware, cooking utensils). Having 2 bedrooms and 2 baths was also a huge bonus. 100% plan to stay here again next visit.

Home for a funeral. Big family coming in (16). Not a lot of options in Massena so I was so thankful to discover these BnB’s. We are familiar with the area as my parents lived at Kaneb’s apartments for many years. The apartments (all 4 that we rented) were just as advertised and comfortable and spacious. Our stay was wonderful as well as a bit nostalgic. Highly recommend. Our go-to from now on.

We are repeat customers! The cleanliness is outstanding, it’s relaxing, peaceful and safe. There is a lot to do no matter what time of year it is. We will be staying here again!

Wonderful place to stay. The apartment was clean and very convenient for us. Elizabeth and Nancy were in touch with us the entire time in case we needed anything. We would recommend staying here if you intend to visit the area.

I have stayed here numerous times, each time has been great. my host has always been very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The 9lace is always spotless, comfortable, peaceful. this site is well worth the price.

Fantastic! Large apartment close to town, convenient to everything. Wide hallways Make it perfect for traveling with elderly parents. The en-suite bathroom has a step-in shower with grab rail and seat built in. Overall it's very nicely appointed and laid out beautifully. We will be back!

This home was spacious, beautiful and had everything we needed to enjoy a peaceful weekend at the lake. Peilin and Denise were both responsive and accommodating. Denise gifted us some of her fresh produce for us to enjoy. We would definitely stay at this location again if we visit in the future!

Pictures just don't do this setting justice. Definitely an experience worth seeing for yourself. Breathtaking view of the Saint Lawrence. Hospitable, communicative and friendly hosts. Stayed here on a travel assignment and I can't recommend this place enough and would certainly come back during the on-season to fully appreciate it for what it is. Cozy and squeaky clean. 👌

Our recent stay was incredibly comfortable & exceeded our expectations! The place was clean and felt like a home away from home. The games in the basement were a highlight- I played ping pong for the first time! The karaoke machine kept us entertained for hours, and the large TV was perfect for movie nights. This stay definitely had everything we needed, and we will definitely be back in the future. I highly recommend Melissa and Brian's house to anyone looking for a clean, fun, and relaxing getaway!
