Was a great place to stay when visiting, nice and quiet, with everything you need to feel right at home.

Beth was so pleasant and attentive. Her place was very cozy and such a beautiful area. We came to visit our son at school and had a wonderful time just hanging out and relaxing. We would love to stay again on our next trip out.

This is a beautiful, hidden gem in the Village of Waddington, NY. The apartment has a beautiful view of the St. Lawrence River a gorgeous patio and access to the river. It is beautifully decorated, everything inside is new, we felt we were the first to visit! Finally I can't say enough great things about our hostess, Michele, she made our stay very comfortable! Thank you, we'll be back!

I have stayed here at Nancy's place 4-5 times. I travel to the north country for work a lot. It is a great place to stay, always clean. Host is very caring and responsive, even making sure to clear the drive and sidewalks as soon as it snows. The host and I were kidding back and forth about me writing a review(I generally don't write reviews).... I told her no because I wanted to keep this gem for myself! It really is a home away from home and the Host's make the beautiful stay even better.

Laura‘s place was perfect! You cannot beat the view or the private location. The apartment is immaculate and we appreciated the little touches like the snacks on the kitchen counter and the teas and coffees for us to use. The linens and the towels were really lush and the beds were super comfortable. It was a great landing pad for my family while we were viewing schools in the area. We will definitely be back.

We felt so comfortable and the house had everything we needed. We got in late and getting in was very easy. The beds were comfortable and the whole house spotless. The host even tried to help us out with another location once our stay ended. She was so easy to get in touch with, responded right away and was so pleasant.

We had an amazing stay at the Boathouse. The house is situated right on the water in a very quiet area with gorgeous views. The house was very welcoming, very clean and stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. We had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to stay here again. We loved the extra towels, the extra supplies in the medicine cabinet and the cooking supplies like oil and spices and coffee and filters. We liked that there were ice trays, games, extra outdoor seating, kayaks to use and laundry on site. We were happy to have some blankies for the couch, loved the space in the bathroom with the extra racks, the storage cart and the bench, and it was a plus to have the shelving and extra space to unpack in the bedrooms! The storage area at front door was also a plus for coats, purses, shoes, etc., allowing the space to stay neat and organized.

The space was cozy and very comfortable. The owners responded quickly to us and the house guide made it easy to find things and close up properly. I would definitely stay here again.

Our recent stay was incredibly comfortable & exceeded our expectations! The place was clean and felt like a home away from home. The games in the basement were a highlight- I played ping pong for the first time! The karaoke machine kept us entertained for hours, and the large TV was perfect for movie nights. This stay definitely had everything we needed, and we will definitely be back in the future. I highly recommend Melissa and Brian's house to anyone looking for a clean, fun, and relaxing getaway!

I don't even know where to start! This is incredible! The house is really clean! Cozy! Light! Warm! Friends work in construction business and they checked the house with a special black light!Everything is perfectly clean! This is the house i would like to rent in the future! Had a great stay with family here. We attended snowmobile races and we needed parking for our 28’ trailer and we fit in the driveway with no issues. Beautiful old home that has been updated very nicely.

A group of us just stayed for a snowmobile trip and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Christopher and Dean were super helpful making sure we could get our trucks and trailers parked and were quick to answer any questions we had. The house was beautiful, clean, and just as described. It had everything we needed and then some. Would definitely stay again!
