Lauren's place was exactly as described with a great location being within walking distance to the train and local cafes and groceries, a quick drive to the beach and restaurants and and easy ride on the train to the city. The house was spotless with lots of creature comforts to make you feel at home (including a lovely welcome pack). Lauren was very responsive and helpful, providing a great booklet with all the information needed for a comfortable stay. We have a young family and would definitely recommend The Palms to families looking for a home away from home feel.

Wow ... Amazing. Such a beautiful home with everything at your fingertips. The house was spotless. Sitting out on the deck surrounded by a beautiful garden was so relaxing. Very private surrounds and very peaceful. Barbara was an amazing host and I was so glad to get the chance of meeting with her. We stayed for 2 weeks which allowed us to enjoy the property fully. I have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Our group had a great experience at this Airbnb! Tevy was really helpful and was flexible in supporting a rather big group. Tevy was accommodating with our check-in time and provided clear, thoughtful instructions throughout. The space itself was peaceful and quiet, making it a great place for relaxation. It was also very clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed.

The perfect stay. Gorgeous modern house with a deck looking out onto beautiful expansive lawns with a tennis court and play ground. Suitable for families with pets. We held a small intimate wedding ceremony on the deck in the afternoon sun. Just magical.

House is absolutely stunning. Great house for a weekend getaway. Annie was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Amazing house with fantastic amenities. Hotel standards with bed linen and bath towels. Very spacious, spotless and great house to hang out with friends. We spent the weekend between the pool, spa and sauna. Finished the days with a movie on the big screen. Great bbq set up, and the beers stayed extra cold with a commercial ice machine. Definitely be back for another weekend getaway.

We had a great stay! The house was as described and David was very responsive, kind and accommodating. The easter eggs and cookies were also a nice touch. Would stay again.

Cosy welcoming space that is super clean and well equiped with everything we needed. Still felt we had our privacy even though it’s just sectioned off from the main house. Meredith was very accomodating and very on top of her communication. Although the area is small it’s well designed and furnished that there was plenty of space for the two of us and our one year old daughter. Just to note there is no aircon and the weather was hot all weekend but we still felt cool despite the heat within the home. Ceiling fan in the bedroom was sufficient for us. Area is peaceful but not walking distance to shops and beaches but a very short drive away. Would definitely recommend.

Little Retreat is relaxing and in a great location. We didn’t use the spa but it looked inviting. The bathroom was fresh and clean and I appreciated the Turkish towels. To me it felt like bush meets beach. It is bushy all around the accommodation and the lake. It felt relaxing and private. I really appreciated the electric barbecue to cook on. Suzy and Rick were easy to communicate with. They obviously love sharing their property.

This place is so unique , a little slice of heaven Such a Peaceful and picturesque place , perfect spot to get away from it all .. indoor pool was amazing ,, terry was amazing super helpful and always quick to respond absolutely loved everything about it

We stayed at Christine's place for 3 weeks with our 3 year old & 4 month old baby - it is a wonderful place to stay & I'm so glad we found it! The apartment is in a fantastic location, opposite St Kilda Botanical Gardens, close to Acland St restaurants & shops, & a short walk to the beach & many other parks and playgrounds. It has lots of space & is very well equipped for a family. The many toys & books were especially helpful to have & meant we didn't have to bring much with us. Christine is a wonderful host, so accomodating with our last minute changes, & very attentive throughout our stay. I would highly recommend staying here - a real gem! The only thing worth noting is the appartment is on the first floor & has wooden floors throughout - sound travels very easily to the apartment below. Making sure our early-rising & active 3 year old didn't run & jump inside kept us on our toes while we were in the apartment. Definitely not a deal breaker but worth being aware of!

Stayed to attend the Melbourne Formula One race in 2025 Was super easy to walk to the track everyday, super close to the beach with lots of good restaurants around and the fence along the outside makes the house a lot more private. House was super clean, beds were soft, and had all the pots and pans and spices to cook pretty much anything. And the gas fire place was so cozy. Adam and Claudia had super clear instructions on how to get in and even let us check super early at 10am instead of 3pm. Overall had an awesome weekend with an awesome place to rest for the night. Thanks so much to Adam and & Claudia for letting us stay!!!

Liana's place makes you happy and peaceful. The place is decorated with so much taste and the many thriving plants give the place an amazing vibe. We enjoyed our stay in Ocean's Grove: the beach, the river and the many other attractions of the Bellarine. Thank you Liana!

The location was perfect for us. Some might find the weekend noise a bit much. The apartment was great with a mix of period features and modern appliances. Plenty of pots and pans if you wanted to cook. Bed was comfy although we prefer firmer pillows. It was very windy for our stay which gave some interesting rattles in the air vents and windows - but that’s what you get with an older building! Overall an excellent stay.

Incredibly peaceful surrounds with rolling hills, pond with ducks and access to a tennis court and a basketball ring. The cottage is perfectly basic with a great selection of board games and a TV without Netflix/streaming. We enjoyed sunset on the back porch, games of tennis and the close proximity to beaches and wineries. Thank you Anastasia for sharing this slice of summer paradise

The animals at the ranch were amazing, so well behaved and friendly. We didn’t get to the horses but the dogs and cats sat on our knees and we could give them a cuddle. Ranch is really relaxed with lots of chilled out horses so that tells you a lot. Everything was comfortable and we really did enjoy the magpies in the morning. Chrissie was very nice as well and it was great watching her get the horses ready for a trail ride with people. Nice place!

This place far exceeded my already high expectations! The cottage was beautiful and so full of character, and Wayne is a friendly and proactive host who supplied our group with an incredibly generous amount of breakfast supplies and treats. Being on the Barrabool Maze Estate was simultaneously peaceful and exciting. Having a gorgeous cafe with a great menu on the other side of the cottage gate was a huge bonus, and with the maze and the gardens and the views on all sides, there was no lack of things to do and ways to stay engaged. We stayed there for 2 nights and it was just an excellent time all around!

I’m so glad I found this place - it’s cosy and clean and Bill and Jude went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after, Jude was lovely to deal with, very kind and easygoing. The place had everything I needed and the garden is gorgeous, great spot for a cuppa.

Kate’s place is exceptional and has many unique offerings that can’t be found elsewhere. Devastatingly beautiful views, of the ocean, a farm environment with heritage plantings and landscape. Rare historical buildings in their original setting and a salt water pool that looks over a vineyard with renovated tennis court. Receiving fresh figs and eggs from Kate was a great experience that we all really appreciated. We all felt that once we entered the gates of Soho Estate, we were in another world that we happily stayed immersed in for a few days. Thanks so much Kate and Evan!

the Protea Cottage is amazing! clean, spacious and unique. The host was very responsive and was able to accommodate our requests. The airbnb itself is in Barabool Maze Estate so that’s a plus! Will definitely stay here again!

We spent 6 nights at Phar Lap Tree Cottage and found it to be a relaxing, private , quiet and cosy place to stay. Kevin is a very thoughtful and caring host and welcomed us with chocolate Easter bunnies and a nice bottle of wine. There were also generous breakfast provisions. The queen size bed is probably the most comfortable one we've experienced on our airbnb stays. Looking out over the lovely garden, listening to the birds and watching the sunsets from the verandah was a special highlight. The cottage is in a great position for easy driving access to the Bellarine Peninsula and Great Ocean Road. We plan to stay at Phar Lap Tree Cottage again.
