The flat was homely and cosy with everything you need. Caroline was a great host, she is very friendly, honest and attentive. She even gave some fresh hydrangeas which were lovely and nice to have on the windowsill. Me and my partner came down for my birthday to explore and get some peace and quite. Highly recommended the hike up to the top of Beachy Head cliff and the local Thai restaurant was divine. The walk to the beach front is just round the corner, town centre is also walking distance with lots of shops, restaurants and bars/pubs.

We had a lovely time staying here. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom were very clean. We spent most of our time sat in the chairs by the window looking at to sea. Good location as close to hastings old town and st leonards

Our stay at Cassie's studio was great. The location is perfect for a weekend at Rye and surroundings. Cassie was a great host, very responsive and accommodating. We would recommend her flat and woul definitely stay again.

perfect place to stay, I know we stayed out of season and I'm sure plenty of places were closed so all in all a very enjoyable stay the man downstairs was very helpful went beyond what he needed to do thank you all very much

We loved our stay here! Amazing location, beautiful building and so stylishly decorated. Everything in the apartment felt so well thought out and clean. The apartment and area is so peaceful and quiet, we loved staying in for the evening there and in the morning loved waking up and looking our at the trees and the sea in the distance. Everything was so comfortable, the bed was lovely and big. We loved it so much we wanted to extend our stay. Really hope to come back and stay again!

This apartment is superbly located in a lovely town full of charming pubs, cafes, bakeries, boutique shops, and restaurants—all just a short walk away. We enjoyed being able to pop down the road for delicious coffees to bring back and savour. The apartment itself had great exposed beams, and we found the bathroom and kitchen excellent. The bedrooms were a bit smaller than we expected, with limited storage and slightly compact beds, but the premium location and historic charm of the building made up for it. If you're heading to the beach, we recommend Winchelsea over Camber.

Had a lovely time, well situated for parking and amenities, superb building, friendly, helpful and conscientious staff. Room was fantastic and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this venue.

A lovely place to stay- very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. Tea, milk, bread etc was a nice touch, and very welcome after a long drive. Close to the seafront, and a short walk to shops and a good variety of restaurants. Anthony was helpful and friendly, and easy to get hold of- we had a great stay and would love to return!

An absolutely stunning place. With an amazing view of the sea, we felt so relaxed looking out of the window every day. The property is beautifully designed and styled and extremely ambient with lovely interior design features. The beds are very comfy and the communal space is very light refreshing with an amazing view of the sea. Check-in was so easy with our host kindly meeting us checkout was even better as we were very kindly given a flexible option so didn’t have to rush out which was very much appreciated. With free parking nearby it is a great location to walk to nearby shops and restaurants and Hastings isn’t too far away either. We spent so much time lounging and relaxing in the apartment we didn’t want to leave fantastic property if you are looking to get away and look out at the sea every morning - highly recommend this place.

Paula and Simon were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. The little extra touches they left for us made the stay even more comfortable (especially with children!). The house is also absolutely gorgeous! Thanks for a very easy and lovely stay.

This place was better than the photos. The location was very close to the station, the centre and a quick walk down to the seafront. Everything was in order. We stayed in the bedroom nearest the front door, very comfy bed and although you could hear the bar downstairs, it didn't disturb us one bit. The seagulls in the morning was another thing! But being by the sea you get used to them. Sophie's place and hospitality was great! Definitely check out the bar below - great cocktails!

Our stay was perfect. We slept so well as the bed was so very comfortable and big. Although we didn’t meet our hosts they were at hand to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Very kind and thoughtful hosts with everything you would ever need for your stay supplied. We will definitely book again! Thank you both

We LOVED staying at Jane’s place in Hastings and would happily come back or recommend to other renters. It is a gorgeous place with tons of character. Well stocked kitchen (both food items and cookware). Fantastic bathtub. Comfy beds. Excellent location. Jane was friendly and communicative the whole time. So helpful.

Very helpful and responsive host. The flat was also in the town centre and a short 15 minute walk to the outlet too! Would recommend!

A huge flat in a great location. Clear instructions on how to get in. The flat was clean and had everything we needed. all very easy. The location is a big plus for this flat.

Me and my husband enjoyed are 1 night , stay at the hide away. Jude welcomed us when we arrived at hideaway. The property unique and very well decorated I m very relaxed and peaceful. We will be returning to the hideaway.Because we enjoyed ourselves so much. Would definitely recommend for a romantic weekend or week. Thank you jude 😊

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights as we were celebrating his birthday. The stay was amazing! Location is brilliant and the airbnb has everything you need to feel at home. We were not very lucky with the weather, so the hot tub made all the difference as were still able to enjoy a luxurious get away. Both Izabela and Adrian were extremely responsive and very friendly. We are 100% coming back!

Zainab and Ciara were both really responsive and friendly. The property was nicely decorated and spacious. Only thing I would mention is that if the Dentist is open, you can hear a lot of what’s going on upstairs, but we stayed on Fri-Sun so as soon as the dentist closed it was very nice and quiet.
