We had a lovely stay and couldn't fault anything. The welcome was very friendly and the setting was stunning with the most amazing sea view. Great accommodation and we enjoyed talking to John about his sculpture and the history of the area. Nothing was too much trouble and the room was very comfortable. It was a great base to explore a fascinating part of the English coastline. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend wholeheartedly. We will definitely revisit.

Our stay was perfect, the home was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and more! You are within walking distance to Hastings and there a plenty of restaurants nearby.

No. 83 at St. Leonard’s on sea is a very lovely apartment in the London Rd/Kings Rd area of St. Leonard’s. I recently spent a 2 week stay there and had everything I needed for the stay. It’s a short 2-minute walk to the train station; I took the train daily to visit other towns in the area. Kings Rd has many shops, pubs, and restaurants. Just down the road from the apartment are several bakery’s and grocery stores for all your needs if you decide to eat in the apartment. The Old London pub is only 1 minute walk from the apartment was my favorite place for a daily afternoon pint. Fortes Pizzeria is a great place for Italian food and is a short walk to the corner of Warrior Square Gardens facing the sea. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for either short- or long-term stays. Chris and Sam have provided a great list of places to eat and visit in the area. The check in/out process was very smooth. I highly recommend staying at Chris and Sam's apartment.

We had a lovely relaxing stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The only issue I had was the strange noise the shower made, the first time I used it I wondered what was going on, also as the noise calmed the water got cooler and one side if the shower door came off it's runner. It didn't impact my stay and is easily fixed.

Magdelana is a fabulous host and her coastal hideaway is lovely, magdelana was one of the most responsive hosts , she gave us recommendations of local amenities , we had a great stay and can highly recommend . Thank you Magdelana xx

Nice, fairly spacious flat in the centre of Rye. Good kitchen facilities with lots of utensils for cooking. Nice views over the countryside. Very comfortable bed, but not so comfy sofa. Overall, a lovely stay and would recommend.

Was a great surprise and thoroughly enjoyed staying in Katie’s place for the short time we were here. Felt like home and all the little extras was greatly appreciated. Perfect for our family of 5. Location in centre of town was great too!

Stayed here for 3 days with my partner and we had such a lovely stay! Hosts went above and beyond to provide a space that felt like home and the space was so cosy and beautiful 😍 the view was stunning and just a relaxing way to escape from reality for a while. We really appreciated the little things like snacks / food / beverages available, as well as the easy to connect WiFi and Netflix availability. There are a lot of restaurants and bars around however we mostly just went to the gym / leisure centre and made use of the sauna and steam room 😂 highly recommended if you want an easy-going host and a peaceful retreat for you and your partner

I’m incredibly grateful to have found this gem, especially during a time when I had to move out of my previous rental unexpectedly. Sam & Andy were so kind and flexible, offering me a long-term stay that made all the difference. The apartment itself has been perfect - peaceful, comfortable and exactly what I needed to feel settled and take care of myself during a slightly unsettling period. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I look forward to returning soon :) Highly recommended!

A lovely and recently refurbished flat perfect for a couple. Paul made us welcome and gave us all the information required to settle in, including maps of the area. The location is convenient to explore St Leonards and Hastings and the neighbourhood has a lot of shops and restaurants two minutes from the flat. The walk to the beach takes under ten minutes.

Great location, sea front and easy walk to the town and other ares. Spacious and well appointed apartment. Bright and cheerful decoration, with some quirky touches! Well stocked with all necessary implements. Carole kept in touch with instructions and assistance. Only downsides - watch your step, there are quite a few! and the parking is a bit of a lottery. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Feeling really pleased that I found Nicola’s place. It was perfect for a relaxing break from London with my wife to enjoy the delights of St Leonard’s and the Hastings area. The place itself was really great. So much thought and care put into the interior and excellent touches to make our stay feel special. The view of the sea and proximity to great restaurants and bars and train stations made it so convenient, especially if you don’t have a car. Thanks for a great stay.

Lovely bolthole for exploring central St Leonard's. Easy walk to station, sea and shops. Sits right on a grassy park, quiet and friendly for dog walkers. All amenities there for basic meals in the kitchen. Confirm the coffee and tea supplies when you arrive. it felt like what other guests leave is your starting point. There are also more coffee places in town than you could possibly sample in a weekend, so you may not even need your own! Clean home, comfortable sofa for some tele, good bed and pillows.

I don’t know where to start. From the minute I opened the door, the warmth and passion of this place hit me right away. Kat and Gary have literally done everything and more to ensure their guests want for nothing. The first thing that hit us was the cosy warmth of the apartment. It was the best greeting. The beautiful and tasteful atmosphere of the ENTIRE APARTMENT was a welcome treat. It was better than a home away from home. It was a haven of bliss. From The dog bowls, blankets, toys and treats, to the high spec cleanliness of the entire apartment, to the beautiful kitchen with everything anyone would need , to the lovely TV and cosy furniture . Then the bedroom. Wow , what a stylish room with such care to detail. The patio was yet another treat to discover. There were hidden cupboards containing books and dvds and board games. You wouldn’t miss anything in this apartment. I have never stayed at a place so considerate of their guests . I am amazed and truly grateful for the experienc

Beautiful stay in Hastings. The apartment was so quaint, with a lovely balcony which is such a sun trap and great for a little morning yoga. Breakfast was such a bonus too. Thank you PollyAnna :)

Myself and two friends booked Alison’s place for just a night but would very happily have stayed much longer. The property itself was perfect; comfortable, peaceful and in gorgeous surroundings. The shared areas (kitchen, dining/living room and bathroom) had everything required for an stress-free stay and were roomy and relaxing and beds were comfortable, spotless and cozy. The outlook from the property is beautiful in all directions and incredibly peaceful - we also had access to a charming patio and fire pit, with wood/matches kindly provided. Alison was a friendly and warm host, communication was excellent throughout the experience and her additional thoughtful touches were very much appreciated. I would recommend this property wholeheartedly!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in Rye. The location was so central and convenient, it couldn't have been better placed for the local shops and restaurants. Michael and Camilla were very helpful and the place was exactly as described and represented in the photos. We would love to visit again one day and would highly recommend to our friends and family!

This is a top notch airbnb. the friendly care of the owner comes over through all elements. It is spacious and the patio is a fantastic suntrap. I cannot recommend it enough. Do not be put off by parking as long as you can walk for 5 mins. We found free parking in Gordon Road every time.

Staying at Patrick and Nina's apartment was great. The view to the west over Hastings was amazing and we loved spending time in the back garden. Everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived. It is a great location for walking through the park to the Old Town and for dropping into the center for supplies. Highly recommended!

I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It was very clean quiet and I especially enjoyed the large garden. A bottle of prosecco and quality chocolate was left for the guests in the fridge which was a very nice touch. Slept very well and the bed linen was of very good quality and brand new. I struggled a bit with the lack of porch light when first checking in. I think it might have been motion sensored but was intermittent which made operating the key safe a little bit tricky! Beautiful period door and windows. Very good sized flat and excellent value for money given the location.
