This was a wonderful place to stay and explore. The garden was absolutely wonderful and much appreciated by all guests of two and four legs. Wonderfully clean, bright and spacious rooms. We had a wonderful time and are very grateful for the stay. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed a weeks stay at this beautiful flat and were all super sad to leave. The views and balcony are incredible, and such an amazing bonus to have. The flat is incredibly well kitted out and very comfortable. We loved the location, walkable to Hastings but loads of more local options too. Steven is a fab host, couldn’t ask for better. Helpful, flexible and proactive - this place is a real gem!

Great to find somewhere to relax in, especially in the back garden when it was warm and sunny. Much quieter than I anticipated, as the accommodation is at the back of the property. Note that this is quite a hilly area! Waitrose is a 3 minute walk, so great for food in a hurry! Nice hosts, which makes everything so much nicer!

A stylish,charming apartment with a lovely outside seating area, bathroom with great showers, the bedroom is spacious with the most comfortable bed , and the lounge was comfy and spacious. Walking distance to the best road in town,Kings road, and walking distance to Hastings town ce tre

Great location in old town. Flat well equipped and comfortable. Alleyway entrance to flat is a bit dirty with bins which is a bit off putting when you arrive however flat more than makes up for it and Jane great host providing recommendations on where to eat. Went to the Crown and enjoyed the food and ambience.

A very cute flat full of vibes. Antique style furniture, french style posters, well decorated, quirky, comfy, clean. It is right in the heart of the old city, next to restaurants, pubs, shops and bars, and next to the seaside so seagulls. It is not exactly a quiet place to stay, but you are here because you have the city and sea on your doorstep, not because you want a quiet getaway. Parking is in a public car park in front of the sea. We had no trouble finding parking, but if you arrive in the morning/day it might be more tricky. Its not right outside the flat, so you may have to make a couple trips if you have a lot of luggage. We met Jane on the doorstep, her friendly nature shines through all communication. Good instructions for using the space, all easy to use. Nice welcome touches as well. An all around great stay.

Tim's place is lovely very close to rye town centre and the parking space is next to the fish market and food bar.The bed was comfortable and loads of hot water in a well fitted shower room.Steps to bedrooms are very steep ,but we managed fine.Its a cottage so limited storage but enough for a short stay.Have already recommended to others and would definitely book again.

Such a cozy and welcoming place! The host was super responsive and made everything easy. Loved the little touches around the space—would definitely stay here again.

This was my first AirBnB experience and it was excellent. The cottage was a perfect home from home for us as we enjoyed a relaxing weekend exploring everything that Rye has to offer. Our hosts were super helpful and made the stay relaxing and stress free.

Another wonderful stay at this beautiful house. The house has everything you need - from kitchen equipment and kids plates etc to better appliances than my own home! We always enjoy coming here. It's such an immaculate and comfortable house in a brilliant location. We love the local cafes (esp Goat Ledge) and restaurants and so easy to get to the station or walk to Hastings. Not too far to walk for free parking either.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. You can see how much time and thought has gone into decorating the house. The kitchen was practical with a wide range of equipment. Everything is provided for an easy stay with a dog. Would definitely stay again.

Figuring out all the electronics was fun. The Dyson hairdryer was fantastic! Comfy bed and couch. Very clean, spotless carpet. We liked the wall projector as well.

I’m incredibly grateful to have found this gem, especially during a time when I had to move out of my previous rental unexpectedly. Sam & Andy were so kind and flexible, offering me a long-term stay that made all the difference. The apartment itself has been perfect - peaceful, comfortable and exactly what I needed to feel settled and take care of myself during a slightly unsettling period. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I look forward to returning soon :) Highly recommended!

Had the most wonderful weekend here with friends. Was brilliant for 2 tween girls to go off shopping and to get food. Accommodation was like home from home, we loved it so much we extended our stay. Will definitely be back!!

Myself and two friends booked Alison’s place for just a night but would very happily have stayed much longer. The property itself was perfect; comfortable, peaceful and in gorgeous surroundings. The shared areas (kitchen, dining/living room and bathroom) had everything required for an stress-free stay and were roomy and relaxing and beds were comfortable, spotless and cozy. The outlook from the property is beautiful in all directions and incredibly peaceful - we also had access to a charming patio and fire pit, with wood/matches kindly provided. Alison was a friendly and warm host, communication was excellent throughout the experience and her additional thoughtful touches were very much appreciated. I would recommend this property wholeheartedly!

I don’t know where to start. From the minute I opened the door, the warmth and passion of this place hit me right away. Kat and Gary have literally done everything and more to ensure their guests want for nothing. The first thing that hit us was the cosy warmth of the apartment. It was the best greeting. The beautiful and tasteful atmosphere of the ENTIRE APARTMENT was a welcome treat. It was better than a home away from home. It was a haven of bliss. From The dog bowls, blankets, toys and treats, to the high spec cleanliness of the entire apartment, to the beautiful kitchen with everything anyone would need , to the lovely TV and cosy furniture . Then the bedroom. Wow , what a stylish room with such care to detail. The patio was yet another treat to discover. There were hidden cupboards containing books and dvds and board games. You wouldn’t miss anything in this apartment. I have never stayed at a place so considerate of their guests . I am amazed and truly grateful for the experienc

Stayed here for 3 days with my partner and we had such a lovely stay! Hosts went above and beyond to provide a space that felt like home and the space was so cosy and beautiful 😍 the view was stunning and just a relaxing way to escape from reality for a while. We really appreciated the little things like snacks / food / beverages available, as well as the easy to connect WiFi and Netflix availability. There are a lot of restaurants and bars around however we mostly just went to the gym / leisure centre and made use of the sauna and steam room 😂 highly recommended if you want an easy-going host and a peaceful retreat for you and your partner

A fantastic apartment in a great location - beautifully and stylishly decorated, immaculately clean and with everything you could need, and some great mod cons like Bluetooth connection to a speaker system. Fabulous balcony with sea view, very quiet and lovely walks from the door - we walked along the cliffs through Fairlight to Hastings - about 3 hours - and got a taxi back. Warren was really kind and helpful, even arranging for some fizz to be put in the fridge for our arrival (it was my friend’s 60th birthday). Great place - highly recommended.
