This home is a hidden gem. It is cozy and quiet and pristine clean. Jennifer was always incredibly responsive to messages and had very clear instructions laid out. You absolutely have to stay here if you are visiting the area, we will absolutely be back to stay here again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay at The Birch House! We had another fantastic stay at The Birch House by Nichole & Steffan! This place is everything you could want in an Airbnb—clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxing between adventures. The neighborhood is peaceful, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. The home is well-stocked with everything needed to cook a couple of meals, and the master bath shower is amazing—a perfect way to refresh after a long day. It's also a short drive to Ely, which made it super convenient since most of our trip was planned around that area. We've stayed here a few times now, and the hosts are always incredibly organized and thoughtful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained, and welcoming home base. Eric was very easy to work with and accommodated an earlier check-in and the later checkout. The house was very clean. It was perfect for myself, my daughter and our dog. Easy access to freeway and downtown Duluth. Would have loved to use the fireplace, but the weather did not cooperate. Everything you need is there. We enjoyed our stay!! Thank you!

My family had a great stay here to celebrate a milestone birthday. Lots of information from the host, we knew what to expect and the house had everything we needed. Would stay again!

Our stay was VERY peaceful and comfortable. The house had so much to offer for amenities. Lots of extra blankets and pillows, lots of kitchen stuff to make homemade meals, huge back porch, very spacious, & just all around perfect for us. We even finished a puzzle that was at the house in the board game cubby while staying haha Super nice, helpful, easy to get ahold of Host! Great deal for how much the home and host has to offer for a great comfortable stay! Thank You!

The Duluth House is a gem! The location is unbelievable, right at the foot of the lift bridge, then walkable to all Canal Park has to offer. The views of the lighthouses and Superior are breathtaking - with one room having 3 sides of windows to take in an uninterrupted view. We enjoyed watching huge ships coming into the harbor, right from the dining room. The weather was very “March like” but the home was cozy, clean and comfortable so we didn’t mind. We still enjoyed the easy beach access and walking to shopping and restaurants. A bonus for us was the kid items - coloring, books, play kitchen, dolls, blocks and more - a unique amenity that kept our kids entertained! We hope to return in the summer for more outdoors time. 10/10

The home is easy to find with a lit address sign on the street. the interior design and layout of the house is unique and would have accommodated the guests we anticipated but who had to bow out. Very close to UMD, Bagley Nature Area. Every place we wanted to go was easy to drive and park. We had no need to communicate with our host during the trip. Even snow was anticipated with a shovel to help us get out of the driveway Sunday morning.

This is either our 2nd or third time staying at Greg's place and it is perfect for us. Located in a very peaceful area and near much of what Duluth has to offer us. Greg was always quick to respond to any questions we had and a super host. We would definitely book there again!!

This was a beautiful location for a relaxing vacation. The property manager was very responsive and friendly. I recommend that you reach out to him before your visit since you will be interacting with him rather than Evolve.

This is the best place to stay in Duluth. Right next to Fitgers, near the walking trail, and easy access to everything. The place was super clean and quiet.

We (couple) came to ski the Pepsi Challenge race and this unit was perfect for our needs. You are about 7 minutes from Giants Ridge and close to a grocery store and eating options. I would say for a couple this unit is a great fit. The kitchen is solid and the eating bar is the sole spot to eat so would be tight for more than 2 people.

We booked for two nights. It was very clean and had everything we needed or could think of. The location was great and Maria responded very quickly. We would stay at any of Maria’s homes, as I’m confident she thinks to include all the small details!

Kelly’s family’s cozy Airbnb was perfect for an overnight getaway to Duluth. It’s well-situated maybe 5-10 mins from downtown Duluth but nestled in a quiet, peaceful wooded area right outside Proctor. Airbnb was well-heated and had an electric or gas fireplace for extra warmth if needed. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and utensils - I made an entire Valentine’s Day dinner with what they had available! Bathroom was large and comfortable as well with lots of towels and some shower supplies available as well. This spot is well-decorated and has a binder with clear instructions for check-in / check-out, as well as local recommendations for food & activities nearby for people newer to the area. Would give it 10 stars if I could! I’ll be back anytime I’m in the Duluth area. Thank you! 😌💕
