This house in a nice, quiet neighborhood, was perfect for our needs. We were in town to visit family and 9 of us stayed in the house, 4 adults and 5 teenagers. The kids loved having their own space and hanging out in the basement, watching movies and playing games. Us adults loved having the upstairs to ourselves. We also had 7 other family members over to visit, and there was plenty of room. The kitchen was clean and stocked with the essentials. Bathrooms were clean and modern. We especially liked having the garage and basement to protect our car and ourselves when some bad weather came through. Par was so nice and helpful, checking in on us to make sure we were ok during the storm. I highly recommend this house for families. Thanks Par!

1: They provide very instructive touring plan. 2: They react our problem very quickly, solve the problem perfectly. 3: Very clean, has plants in bedroom. I will select it if I traveled to St.Louis.

Ana & Nathan are great hosts! They responded quickly, were friendly, and provided everything needed for a stay. Their property was perfect for our needs; it was just as described and very clean! We appreciated the quiet neighborhood with a driveway for parking and the proximity to the city without feeling like you are in the city. When in the area again, we plan to stay at this location :)

Comfortable and well-furnished house convenient to everything in Creve Coeur and surrounding communities. I appreciated the added benefits of the treadmill, the well-stocked kitchen, and the ample linens and bath supplies. This house was great to find, and the hosts made everything as easy as could be.

This apartment was as advertised. The owners were proactive and responsive. I love staying in interesting old buildings and this definitely one. And the part I was most surprised by is how great the neighborhood is. Not that I expected it to bad, but that wasn't why I picked the rental. It was a great experience overall.

For being a studio it definitely is bigger and more spacious than any studio I seen or stayed in before. Would highly recommend and stay again
