I was very satisfied with my stay at Enid's condo. Any time I had to contact Enid she was always available and pleasant to converse with. I would definitly recommend her condo to anyone who wants an excellant place to stay.

Our stay at Frans exceeded our expectations. The home was cozy for our family of five and had an awesome beach theme (the pullout couch wasn't super comfortable it worked). The community was full of fun activities that could keep your family busy for weeks. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything you might need. Also Fran had all the beach gear including a umbrella and beach chairs and toys as well. Fran was super friendly and accommodating. She was able to suggest a neighbor who rented a personal golf cart which was brand new and litterally saved us hundreds of dollars. The neighborhood is quite large and the ocean is across the road (not a long walk) and I would suggest a golf cart to get the best out of the experience. Unfortunately our kids came down with a nasty cold at the beginning of the trip but Fran allowed us to extend our stay another night to allow us to recover a bit for the long trip home. 10/10 we would absolutely stay here again when we return. This was our second stay and it was just as nice as the first time. This place was very clean and welcoming. Mr. Kurt replied to my questions immediately and was a great host. We found everything we could have needed and felt just at home. We will be back.

The stay at Darryl’s condo was perfect. The beds were soft and comfortable and the screen porch was sunny and bright in the morning. The heated pool was the icing on the cake.

Perfect place to stay while vacationing in Nettles Island. Very clean and quaint little home. Bed is very comfortable. Full kitchen and supplies were on hand as well. Beach bag, towels and best of all the golf cart! Golf cart is a must and we appreciated having it to get around the island. Everyone is very friendly and helpful! We certainly will be back. I give 5 stars out of 5 stars : )

Oscar and Nikki's place was so clean and welcoming! Everything you need is right there in the condo. The lanai was so amazing to start your day listening to the fountain outside and frogs in the evening. Just a short walk to beautiful beaches for great shell finding and a pool right outside the front door! Couldn't ask for anything more relaxing. Thank you!

The unit was very clean and had lots of windows for daylight. Everyone one we met on the island was very friendly and helpful. There were plenty of things to do for entertainment. Loved having access to the ocean.

Carmen est une hôte parfaite. Elle a répondu à nos demandes rapidement et a toujours été disponible pour nous. Le condo est très agréable et bien équipé. On peut se concocter des repas sans problème, tout est là, épices et autres, vaisselle, ustensiles et chaudrons. Parasol, Chaises et serviettes de plage à disposition . Le lit est confortable. Ce condo est Parfait pour des joueurs de golf, premier plancher directement sur le départ du trou no.8. On nous a dit que la piscine principale sera ouverte en janvier. D’autres piscines plus petites st accessibles pas très loin.

We absolutey enjoyed our stay in may 2023. The house is a gem, so colorful and perfect to stay with children. You have everything you need and the kitchen is very well equiped. The communication with Trish was great and we'd come back anytime.

would definately like to stay again, very comfortable, had everything we needed, fenced in back very nice and private

The home was clean, confortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the area.

I loved Cliff's place. It was peaceful, quiet and cozy. The garden was beautiful and reminded me of Costa Rica. There was a short walk to a private beach. I would go back.

I’ve stayed at Castle Pines close to a dozen times and I’ve always had great hosts… Chris was easily the best. Amazing instructions from when you 1st arrive to local recommendations to who to call in emergency. He had everything down to a tee and was proactive in his communication with me, that was a first for me.. top notch host.

Our stay at Lullaby was wonderful. The house felt like a home: clean and cozy. Plenty of love has clearly been put into caring for this charming home, and it is only minutes away from all manor of amenities while still being situated on a quiet street. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you could need for cooking during the holidays and the beds were super comfy. A pleasant surprise: the primary bedroom has a king bed, not a queen! Lastly, Colin and Andrea were prompt with a response when we communicated with them, and look forward to staying at one of their properties when we return to the area in the future. Highest recommendation!

We loved the place, which was cozy, the beach which was beautiful, and the area which offered lots to do.

What a beautiful location and lovely Condominium! We enjoyed hearing the Ocean and the majestic views. We were very comfortable here. The owner Linda was especially nice and accommodating! Highly recommend this property!

Très bel appartement avec vue directement sur la mer du balcon. Couché du soleil magnifique sur l’Indian River à l’arrière de l’appartement. Le personnel était très sympathique et Igor super gentil!

Lisa's home helped to make our trip a great Florida stay. It is well kept and fully stocked . My family and I enjoyed the personality in the home decor and how cozy the home was. Lisa was quick to respond to our questions and provided clear instructions/requests for the stay. A quick 10 minutes to grocery stores/restaurants and 15 minutes to Hutchinson Island beaches.

I’ve stayed at other condos in this development .. this by far was my favorite, for the view and its much more peaceful in the pelican building

Kaylee was such a great host! She greeted us upon arrival and everything in her guest house was as described - extremely clean and comfortable and the perfect spot for a long weekend away (and the backyard and pool were lovely). Definitely recommend Kaylee’s place for a stay in the area!

The place was absolutely fabulous. Exactly how it was represented and expertly. Very clean and comfortable. Great balcony. 2 separate doors was great. The pool is very close by. Would definitely stay again and recommend to everyone. Kevin was awesome!
