Excellent stay at Amelia Island! We loved the location of the unit, and it was so wonderful to be surrounded by nature. We rented a golf cart for our family of five, and we spent time at the beach and in the town of Fernandina Beach. Chip was very responsive and the unit was lovely! We hope to return someday.

The house was outstanding with nice beds and towels. The kitchen was very nice and full of everything that we needed. Very nice furniture and lots of games to play. The house was very clean and appliance were up to date. Overall very nice and would recommend to anyone. Prior tenant attempted to over stay their rental so the host had to remove them so getting in was a slight delay. I can see why they wanted to stay be I also had ideas of extending our stay because the house was so nice.

We've stayed in vacation rentals in St. Simons a number of times. This one was by far the best we've found. It was clean, spacious, welcoming, and comfortable. Next time we go we'll look to book here first.

We were very pleased with the accommodations. Nicely decorated, spacious and clean. Well stocked kitchen which made the stay very comfortable. Washer and dryer. Beach umbrella, chairs, and towels. Other extras that were very considerate. We brought our dog and enjoyed going for walks in the friendly neighborhood. Jon is quick to respond to any questions. We are looking forward to returning next year. We would highly recommend this house.

Great place to stay. Close to lots of restaurants and parks for kids. 30ish minutes from Jax stadium. Fantastic view, very relaxing. House was clean and had everything you could need. Kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, silverware, etc. Upstairs bedrooms were great as well. Very comfortable beds. We had 4 young kids in our group and place was mostly kid friendly, just need to keep extra eyes on stairs while inside the house. Definetely one of the best airbnbs we have stayed at. Would most definitely return if we need another airbnb in Jax.

We had the most amazing stay! This place was exactly what we were looking for, and everything matched the description perfectly. The location was fantastic—right near DeMere and Frederica Road, with many great restaurants just steps away or a short drive away. Nights were incredibly peaceful, and we couldn’t have asked for better hosts! This week was all about relaxation, and it exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you for being such gracious hosts and allowing us to stay at your beautiful home.

Parrot’s Landing was perfect for getting our kids & grandkids together. The little ones were so entranced by all the features of the house we had trouble getting them to the beach at first. But the beach was so handy we did get them there at least twice a day. The house is laid out so as to give everyone privacy when they want, but several great common areas for play, conversation or watching video. And Jekyll Island itself is a great place for walking and biking.

Amazing please! Located in the town of San Marcos beautiful sunsets down the block and close to everything!! The space was clean! Super comfy beds and everything was perfect!

Marisa has had been great to communicate with and responsive. She was a great advocate for making sure our packing space was for us. The room was wonderfully decorated and very welcoming!

Had a great experience ! close to so many great restaurants. They were very helpful with giving us advice on where to go eat and what is around. House was very clean and neat. loved the decor! Response as well,and such an easy check in. We were able to check in early which was super helpful! I had a great time.

This is a beautiful apartment, really comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. Lots of restaurants near the complex and located close to a mayor highway which makes it very accessible and centric! I felt right at home, Nakita was very responsive and friendly! I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful place! Great location, easy parking and precisely how it was described by the owner. It is very quiet and private with an extra comfortable bed and nice shower. I was very pleased.

Perfect location for the yearly gate river run. We have stayed multiple times and it's always clean and easy to access. Walkable to downtown and restaurants. We hope to enjoy for years to come!

With 4 adults, 1 child, 1 infant and 1 small dog -- everything was amazing. From the booking - to check in - had everything we needed and completely outfitted as described. The space was fantastic for our stay and highly recommend to book this stay!

Wonderful historic home and beautiful property. We had the pool heated for our entire stay to fully enjoy the tropical back yard which is every bit as good as in the photos. Walking distance to shops and restaurants in Avondale makes it quick to grab a bite to eat. The master has a lovely little veranda although the French doors and proximity to the street can let road noise in. The home is furnished with everything you need plus extra touches like fruit, coffee and fresh flowers from Angela. The house was especially clean upon arrival. We enjoyed our stay.

Kimano’s place was a great stay for myself, my partner and our pups! I’ve stayed at many homes and this is the only one I can say is nicer than the photos portray! The master bedroom is home to the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in; and the home is in a quiet area at the end of a road surrounded by trees. It was well worth the cost to stay here, and if ever in the area, I will absolutely stay again.
