Our stay was great! It was very comfortable and very well stocked with absolutely everything we needed, plus extra! The location was peaceful and perfect. A very short one block walk to the beach. We would definitely recommend Susan's apartment and would love to stay there again!

Jorge’s place was super cozy and beautiful. I stayed here for a tournament I had going on that weekend and felt very much at home. The area is super pretty and there’s lots to do. I would for sure come back and stay again.

I have stayed at Aletha’s place many times. It’s a great value. The location is great, one block off historic Union Street for walking. Quick drive or walk to downtown for dining. The bedding is very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need.

Amy’s house was perfect for the wedding wknd I attended at the Cummer Museum. Its location was close to everything and she was both friendly and available for any and all things! Thanks again for everything!

Beautiful new condo! Close to shopping, restaurants and movie theater. Would stay here again!

If you love / vibe with apartment living "feel", you will feel right at home in this cute, spacious, two bedroom, two full bath apartment steps away from the swimming pool/hot tub/gym. ...and the sheets on the beds..... soooooo soft. Oh, and depending on traffic you're anywhere from 5 to 11 minutes away from the Mayo Clinic. Super convenient for us since we were visiting Jacksonville specifically for the Mayo Clinic. 🤗

Great spot in downtown Jacksonville if you were headed to an event downtown. There isn’t a lot of restaurants that are really close by but the area looks like it’s transitioning. Most restaurants and things to do are about a 15 to 20 minute walk.

My sister got married nearby so we stayed at the place for the week. It was amazing from start to finish. Firstly, the beds were so comfortable. Secondly, this place is really private and quiet. It was so relaxing to sit outside in the enclosed porch. This place looks even better in person. Very well maintained and probably one of the nicest houses on the street. I would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend this place to other people.

Pleasant stay! Everything was as described. Home was in great shape and beds were comfy!

We are very thankful for Sammy and all that he did for us! We had some issues with our travel orders and he was very understanding and extremely helpful. The house is perfect for those traveling for work and with small kids. We LOVED being able to utilize the pool also.

Tori was a great host! She recognized & communicated an issue with the property in plenty of time for me to have the choice of keeping or canceling the reservation. I am so glad that I kept it! The house is nicely decorated and felt very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet & very pretty. I will definitely keep this listing to visit again.

We had such a lovely few days at Deborah and Ginny's place! It is such a peaceful home, with three bedrooms and bathrooms and a lovely backyard. Despite being on the main road it is actually quite quiet - we slept so well during our stay. We loved that the house was walkable to the beach and many great restaurants, and there is a bike rental place about a block away. We rode bikes every day all throughout the island. Deborah was amazing to communicate with, she was very flexible with check-in and check-out (we came early and left late!) and she made sure all of our needs were taken care of. We hope to come back again next year!

What an amazing stay we had here! This is a peaceful & very clean home in a safe neighborhood, walking distance from the beach & any store or restaurant you’d need are a quick drive. There’s an incredible playground/park called South Beach Park & Sunshine Playground just a few mins drive away! The beds & furniture were all so comfortable, the house is thoughtfully stocked well-kitchen, bathroom & laundry had all we needed including soaps, shampoos & conditioner. There are plenty of beach towels, pool & beach gear (chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc). If you have small children, there’s a few games & packnplays too! The backyard is beautiful-a great space to hang out, have a meal, relax & swim. The pool is heated-we could even get in on the cool & rainy days & still be warm! This was such a huge bonus for us! The hosts are AMAZING-very quick to respond to any questions, great communication, the check-in/out process is super simple. Will DEFINITELY stay here again!!

Tina was thoughtful and easy to work with. The space was impeccably clean, safe, very pleasant, had excellent amenities, and the location was outstanding. It truly felt like home. Thank you, Tina, for allowing us to stay there!

This place was absolutely amazing! This was a personal vacation I took by myself. I have an emotional attachment to Amelia Island, and I haven’t been since I was a teenager. I’m thankful that this place was available for me to stay in! The pictures are just like how it is in person. Christina was also very helpful and responsive! The WiFi was down my first day there, and she responded pretty quickly to let me know I could reset the modem. It was fixed instantly! The patio is also beautiful! It was pretty private too. The sound of the beach waves was so peaceful, and the view was beautiful. The only downside for the patio was that the employees for the complex were working on fixing it. But that can’t be helped by anyone. Just bad timing! Overall, this was an amazing experience! The price is also very reasonable compared to other places listed on the island. I’ll definitely be wanting to come back!

Great location close to everything very clean and comfortable

This condo is perfection. Everything seems brand new. It looks exactly like the pictures, immaculately clean, 2 jacuzzi tubs, a clean kitchen plus a kitchenette for the second bedroom and 2 washer/dryers! The walk to the private Omni beach access is only a half mile and is lovely. It’s a ground floor so we were able to walk our pup outside easily. The tennis courts are nearby providing more paths to walk & the courts are not noisy, the condo must have good sound blocking because we never heard them. We were there in February so we didn’t go in the pool but it was lovely to sit by in the Florida sunshine. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The living room TV is enormous and provided all of our channels and streaming apps. The security gate was ready when we arrived and the check in was easy. The code was provided and the door lock worked easily for our self check in. We loved staying at the property as we love to bike . The trails are right there

We had a great time at a beautiful place for our very first rental! Lots to do just within the little community for different age ranges. Short distance to multiple things to do. Great host and would stay again!

We had another fantastic spring break at the Beachcomber. I was reading different reviews to get a sense of what to write, and I was struck that so many people have stayed at this location multiple times and continue to choose to come back. I think that speaks a lot to how great this place is. And we have already reserved a return trip!

Kristi’s beachfront condo is perfect. Private walkway over a small dune to the white sandy beach. Chairs, towel’s and boogie boards on the balcony. Sunrises from the balcony - amazing. Spotted many Dolphins and 1 whale. The bed is super comfortable and plenty of places to sit. Very quiet inside. So many restaurant options close by. The perfect beach getaway!

The condo was exactly as shown in the pictures. Communication with Breanna was great. Beds and furniture were all very comfortable, condo was clean and decorated nicely. Very short walk to the beach, near lots of restaurants and shopping. I was looking at hotel rooms and this was a fraction of the cost with a much cozier experience.
