Perfect for a relaxing stay in Malta. The villa was spotless, Kathleen could not have been more helpful including earlier check in, and the pool area and bbq was ideal for spending the day and evening with the family all together. Of note, the pool area is so undisturbed and private it’s like an oasis of tranquility, and it is an easy stroll to at least two supermarkets, a bakery and a fish shop which provide everything you need during your stay. It really was a perfect getaway for 3 generations of my family. Thank you Kathleen.

Staying in this cosy home is like stepping back in time to a traditional Gozitan farmhouse, complete with original tiles and outdoor terraces, with many original features. Well furnished and stocked up, walking distance to the village. Wish I could have stayed longer and walked the 20mins to the beach.

The villa was everything we hoped for with unbelievable views and great facilities in the villa which were so much fun especially for our large group. The bedrooms were so clean and spacious and the villa had more than enough room for everyone. The villa is in a lovely location only a short taxi ride from Valletta and Marsaskala which is a lovely town. Chris was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed and gave great instructions. Look forward to coming back!!

We had a wonderful time here. The area is peaceful and the kids enjoyed the pool. David was helpful and kind with anything we needed.

Our stay at this 500-year-old palazzo in Mdina was nothing short of magical. We were warmly greeted and exceptionally well looked after throughout the week. The house is steeped in history, yet offers all the modern conveniences we could need. It was spotlessly clean and perfectly maintained. The location is superb, allowing us to explore Mdina effortlessly. Staying here truly felt like being royalty for a week. We were there with my husband, parents, daughter, and son-in-law, and it was a memorable experience for all of us. Highly recommend!

Great stay at this maltese home. The villa comes exactly as described and nothing was missed. Especially the roof is perfect for a relaxing nightcap or the first coffee in the morning. Expect to make a lot of hard decisions about where to have lunch or dinner during your stay since there are a lot of great restaurants, bars & cafés in the neighborhood to choose from. But the best part of the stay has definitely been the amazing hosts Warren and Mariella. They proactively offered their help at any time and always made sure that we didn’t miss anything. If you need a transfer from or to the airport - don‘t worry, Mariella will take care of it and book everything for you. Thank you so much! We will definitely try and return to Villa Joseph one day.

Rachel and her father, Joseph, were excellent hosts who responded quickly and clarified everything we needed. The property is private with walled gardens and no neighbours looking in, so you feel comfortable and secluded although everything you need is only a few minutes, by car, away. There is plenty of space, we are a family of five, and it was spotless upon arrival. Thoroughly recommend this rental to anyone looking for their own space and some peace and quiet. Additionally we found Gozo, despite the ferry rides back and forth, to be the more relaxed of the two main islands and would recommend also for those looking for life a little slower than what Malta has to offer. Many thanks again to Rachel and her father for making our stay uncomplicated and memorable!

Eddie was great, looked after us and made us feel at home. As a group of 11 boys looking for a relaxing weekend, this villa was perfect! Bolt/uber is so cheap, it’s never an issue getting around

The house was great and the pool was beautiful! The place was in a great location as well. Antoine was a proactive and responsive host. It was such a pleasant experience!

Grest stay. Everything matched the description. The host gave us a really good tour and explanatiln prior to our stay and made it very easy to feel at home. Would recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay in Zebbug. The pretty town is central in Malta and we found getting anywhere by car really easy. We arrived during the feast of St. Joseph and the celebrations were immense, accompanied by fireworks which resembled explosions similar to an A-bomb! We were a party of 5 adults and 2 children, which the villa held comfortably. Its layout and space gave privacy while also providing communal areas in the courtyard and dining area. We loved the pool, enjoyed the use of the BBQ and needed the air con! However, the room with two single beds had no air-con so we had to abandon the idea of the kids sleeping in that room with 38c heat. This meant they had to sleep in the lounge for the week. The only other niggle was some kitchen equipment could do with a refresh. The villa is a naturally dusty place, but there was no broom or usable dust pan and brush, and the cooking utensils are at the end of their useful life.

Bonjour, le logement proposé par Andréa pour mon groupe d'amis a su répondre à toutes nos attentes. La maison est encore plus grande en vrai et la propreté était au rendez-vous ! L'ensemble des pièces est climatisé. L'arrivée et le départ se font en autonomie, point positif. Andréa est un hôte très réactif. Le quartier est très calme et, l'île étant petite, tout est accessible à 15-20 minutes en voiture. N'hésitez pas si vous êtes un groupe et que vous cherchez à visiter Malte :)

We have just returned from a 5 day trip at Casa San Rocco and it has been AMAZING!! There were 16 of us celebrating my daughter’s 30th birthday and we all loved it , the photos on here are beautiful but it’s even better in real life, its huge, and truly enchanting. The kitchen is short of nothing, loads of crockery, glasses , pots & pans and the bbq area is great! Bedrooms are fabulous, all en suite, pool area is gorgeous with plenty of seating and sunbeds. Can’t say enough good things about this palace , don’t hesitate to book, you wont regret it!! And the hosts of this property are so helpful and friendly. Thank you , we will be back x

One of the best airbnbs I have ever stayed in! Margaret's place was absolutely huge (much bigger than pics made it look) with great views. We had three whole apartments between the 14 of us and plenty of space, as well as private use of the pool including loungers, parasols and a bbq. The kitchens were well stocked with the basics, beach towels were provided and the apartments were very clean with great air con. It is also within walking distance of a supermarket and restaurants as well as a bus stop with great connections across the island. Margaret was super helpful, providing recommendations for local restaurants and activities, as well as booking airport transfers for us ahead of our arrival.

Chociaż nie spotkaliśmy się z Gabrielem, zawsze był pomocny i szybko odpowiadał na wiadomości, a nasz pobyt był jak najbardziej bezproblemowy. Sam dom jest przestronny i klimatyczny. Zdjęcia z oferty są dokładne. Basen raczej pod dzieci, które umieją pływać (1,5m-2,3m).

Great place. Lots of room and very nice Villa overall. Lino was great houst. Helped as with everything and even took us to supermarket with his own car. Everything was just like promised and we did have great week at the Villa Buddha.

My family and I were lucky enough to stay at Kelly's beautiful villa for two weeks. Kelly and her father couldn't have been more helpful to us. They were on-hand for any questions we had, and Kelly's father not only gave us fresh pomegranate from his garden, but also drove us to Mdina, stopping at various spots for pictures on the way. The villa is in a great location, ten minutes walk from bus stops, grocery shops and restaurants, and it was even more beautiful in person. We used the pool every day, and loved the outdoor area, which was kept clean for the duration of our holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and I would recommend staying at the villa to anyone going on a trip to Malta. Beyond grateful to Kelly and her father for giving us a space to make memories with our grandparents that will last a lifetime!

Good villa for group stays, great location near the paceville (for clubbing), great common area and outdoor pools.

Il y a un bus qui s'arrête juste devant la porte. La maison est très jolie comme sur les photos. A cette époque la piscine et le jacuzzi ne servent à rien, le soleil ne donne pas dessus et donc tout est très froid.

Un logement magnifique avec une super vue, une belle piscine et tout le nécessaire à l’intérieur pour que le séjour se passe bien. C’est une grande maison sur plusieurs étages avec plusieurs chambres et salle de bain. Le tout très propre est très confortable ! Je suis belle, situation géographique légèrement éloigné du village (15 minutes à pied), où vous trouverez des supermarchés, restaurant et bar ! Haut disponible et très réactif et souple sur les demandes c’est qui nous a été très agréable pour notre séjour. Seul petit point négatif : il y a une quantité impressionnante de règles à suivre et de messages d’avertissement collés sur tous les murs… pas très cool pour des vacances ! attention aussi, ce qui n’est pas habituel , sur Airbnb : l’hôte demande une empreinte de carte bleue avec le paiement de la taxe de séjour ainsi qu’une caution de 200€
