We had a wonderful stay! Location was perfect, it was private with not a lot of noise but still walking distance to a lot! Would definitely stay here again!

The space itself was very nice and the back patio was our favorite part. Carrie and her husband were very kind and responded quickly. Would definitely come again on our next trip to Florida!

Once again, we had a great stay at Marc’s place. Everything is updated and modern. There is a spacious walk in closet and bathroom which we love. The outside area is very nice, shade and sun both, along with a gas grill. The location is great, close to beach as well as easy access to shopping, dining, and downtown. Marc is very helpful and responsive. The property is immaculate , inside and out. Highly recommend!

This house was very beautiful. It’s close to the beach and a few shops. The hot tub area is decorated very cute. My teens enjoyed it. We had a few small issues but nothing that would make us not stay again. The host was very responsive to questions and concerns.

If you're looking for a hidden oasis in Tampa, this is it! Dan's unique home is surrounded by a lush tropical backyard with a beautiful pool and ample outdoor seating. We chose Dan's place because it was fairly close to the airport, it's pet friendly and most of all the inviting outdoor space. While we were only there a short time and found the weather a bit too chilly to fully enjoy the pool, I could definitely see spending more time here. Do note however that if you are a light sleeper, noise from the adjacent home and neighborhood could be easily heard at night. Overall though the property is very clean and well stocked, the instructions were very clear with excellent signage provided, and Dan was very quick to respond to any questions we had!

First time in Tampa and picked this place out, it has a great location being in between nice restaurants and local attractions. Rebecca was super responsive and helpful and everything was very smooth.

10/10 highly recommend 5 stars very peaceful and clean ac was amazing and so was the water pressure in the shower would definitely stay again!!!

Paula’s Home is absolutely stunning the location is perfect as we love going to the Tampa Bay. Clearwater is also not far at all which we love. Paula is very responsive and friendly and makes you feel at home. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, a great place to stay! Lily was very kind and responded very quickly. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect distance from the beach. The backyard and pool are amazing. She was able to accommodate 22 of us and it worked out perfectly! I am very happy with how our trip went and would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great time. We would definitely stay here again. Only a short drive to all the stores and restaurants. Our time there flew by and we were sad to have to leave.

Great space for family get away. Pretty close to Busch Gardens. Clean and home feel. Nice patio out back to hang and relaxing, Zip Coffee. We loved our stay.

Had a friend get married on Clearwater Beach, and it was very easy to access from here. Private backyard made it nice and easy for the two small dogs

Beautiful place to stay. Spacious 3 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. This location was very nice and the home was very clean.

Jimmy’s place was perfect, just as described! Super close to everything in Tampa and not too far from beaches in st Pete. Beds were very comfy and the outdoor shower was excellent! Pool and hot tub were pristine and the outdoor tv was so great. Would come back!

Great place, across road from the beautiful beach. Stacey was really responsive and answered any questions. Would highly recommend and would stay in future.

Bev's place was perfect for our family of 4 winter getaway. It honestly felt like we were at home. The boys (who are teenagers) had their own beds in the second bedroom, their own bathroom and the best part - it was all on one side of the condo separate from our master bedroom/bathroom side. Perfect for privacy and having our own spaces. The kitchen, dining and living area was beautiful and spacious, and allowed us to have my parents and brother spend part of the day with us. The sunset views are amazing and the beach is just steps away. Everything we needed was somewhere in the condo. Access to beach chairs and a cooler bag was an added bonus! Thanks so much Bev!

We really did not have much in the way of expectations for our rental unit. We were at Paradise Lakes to visit friends whose place was too small for another couple. All we wanted was a room over our head and a place to sleep at a reasonable price. You can imagine our surprise when we stayed at this place. Better than some fine hotels in terms of service and amenities. Fully stocked bath and plenty of snacks in the refrigerator. Complete use of two bikes. Extremely clean and quiet. Perhaps too quiet, making us feel guilty that our hosts may be cloistered silently in their bedroom. We would definitely return to this place.

The condo was very clean and well organized. Very spacious. The rep for Al was helpful, responded to questions quickly, very pleasant. The location was perfect for our purposes. Would recommend.
