Great landing pad for the last leg of our stay in Florida. Incredibly convenient beach access, on site parking, and functional layout.

We have stayed at this location for a few years now and is also a very nice place! Very clean, well furnished and close to the beach and our favorite places. Thanks Kenneth and Deborah!

My wife and I loved the place, very eclectic in a cool way. If you seen the photos of the interior, you will understand. Everything functioned as it should. There are great neighborhood places to eat of have drinks within a 5 minutes or less walk, even more within 10 minutes. The neighborhood is active and Ybor City has chickens and roosters all over the city, so if you are looking total quiet, not for you but neither is Ybor City. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. We hope we have an excuse to return one day.

Matthews place was the PERFECT place....they have thought of everything anyone could need and have supplied it in this home! It was very peaceful and relaxing. With the park right down the street, it makes for a great place to stay. Lots of places within walking distance, and they have let you know all the walkable places to go.

Great place to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday with family and friends! Spectacular views of the bay and ocean from Rooftop from sunrise to sunset. Very relaxing to end the evening in the hot tub. Once we parked the car we could walk everywhere from the beach to restaurants. We love minimal driving as part of a vacation for us. Pickle ball and bocce courts directly across from Property. Speedway walkable for quick supplies. Property allows for privacy for all. Great beach chairs supplied. We'll be back again!

Great location 2 blocks from the beach. House was clean and had all the essentials, including beach items. Decorated thoughtfully. Layout accommodated three families well, including three kids under 3. The layout also helps you get your steps in! The kids appreciated the playground across the street. The rooftop, and its great amenities, was very enjoyable while the children napped and after bed time.

Beautiful deck and views. Up to date and clean. We will be back next year. 5 star host and home.

Cozy and comfortable cottage. Great location, clean space, and appreciated having the extra space for my family versus a hotel at comparable costs. Basic items like coffee, welcome snacks, dish washing pods, etc, appreciated to make the most out of our short stay.

Perfectly described and nicely situated near downtown Tarpon Springs. Everything was exceptional---kitchen has any amenity you could possibly imagine.

Our stay was fantastic! The house was the perfect size for the three of us. We originally had it reserved for us and both of the kids, so Jeff had the extra bed there waiting for us. We've been coming to St. Pete for 7 years and I love the historic old charm of the houses and streets. Jeff definitely went the extra mile with lining the stove with foil and having every convenience of home. Already going to schedule our next stay with Jeff. Also loved the central A/C!!!! Great private place to stay in St.Pete.

Sophie & Aaron’s place was perfect for our pre-cruise stay. We visited with my nephew, who lives nearby and went to a few escape rooms. Lo and behold, you may even find something similar to an escape room at Sophie & Aaron’s. If you solve the puzzle, you might even find a weee treasure. We loved the decor at the house. It’s beautiful and served as a sign, as we talked about our next adventure being an African safari. The pool is amazing. We will definitely book again for our next pre-cruise stay. Try KeKe’s (nearby restaurant) for breakfast.

I cannot emphasize enough how perfect the facility itself is and how incredibly responsive, kind and helpful Liz is. You will not ever meet a better host.

Aaron's place is very centrally located - most restaurants and attractions were only minutes away. The neighborhood is very nice, felt safe. House was very clean and backyard was private.

Will definitely recommend this spot to others! Very convenient spot in Northeast St. Pete.

Marisa's place was a very comfortable and clean stay steps away from the beach. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the area and Marisa's condo!

We loved our stay at Michael's place! The location was a short drive from the airport, beautiful beaches, and lots of shopping and amenities. Oasis Beach at Honeymoon Island State Park was just gorgeous and only a 10-ish minute drive. The home is lovely, with lots of space and everything we needed to feel at home. The heated pool was definitely our favorite feature. The sun shelf was perfect for our toddler, and we spent a lot of time in the pool even on cooler days. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area. Highly recommend staying at Michael's place!

We had so much fun! Beautiful location and extremely clean property. Best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. They even went the extra mile and decorated the place with Christmas decorations while we were there over the holidays. Thank you for everything, we will definitely be back!!

This place is amazing. Perfect location - 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach and happening Clear Water but also off to the side on a more quiet street. We lived on the balconies and outdoor areas, saw dolphins everyday. Beds are so comfy, place is very clean and management team is super responsive if you need something. Will be back for sure.

Jess was quick to respond to our questions about running the pool. The home was clean upon arrival. Fireplaces were a nice touch <3

Daria was a wonderful host. Very clear and kind instruction and communication. The beds were sooo comfortable! We loved that it was walking distance to beach, putt-putt, Seabird Sanctuary (our favorite), Bay 1 Ice Cream and Sandwich shop, convenience, and more. Perfect for a short getaway for fun in sun.

Very good location and beautiful views of the bay. The accomodations were perfect for two people. Gorgeous pool right off the bay. Friendly condo guests as well whenever we ventured out. Overall it was as advertised. The noise from the road outside was tolerable since you could close the slider to mitigate it.
