Great family house, exactly as pictured and discribed. Centrally located. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Had 3 generations including a baby. There was a stroller and beach wagon. Lots of beachchairs, sun umbrellas, coolers, everything you needed. Lots of beach towels. This stay may be costing us more than we were planning as the brand new induction range was so cool, hard to come home to our old range ;) There really wasnt any thing missing. Great communication and very resonsive. If you have kids dont miss Central Park in Largo. The best playground ever.

Beautiful Tarpon Lake Escapes perfectly fitted our needs for a family Christmas break in the sun away from the grey skies of the UK! Julie's communication extremely friendly, helpful and timely throughout. The place itself is very well equipped -kitchen-everything you need to self cater; bathrooms - all types of toiletry provided; entertainment from board games to table tennis and kayaks, if you're brave enough to venture onto the water! Lovely big decking area to watch the world go by. Our relatives live in Tampa so this was an ideal spot for getting to them as well as trips out to Clearwater, Busch etc. & handy for airport. Nearest area was Tarpon Springs which had an abundance of restaurants - we recommend Hellas (Greek)and Rusty Bellies by the water. We also took a lovely sunset dolphin cruise, direct from Tarpon Springs. These ideas recommended by Julie in her extremely informative online guidebook. All together a fantastic Christmas break. I highly recommend it.

Dafran's house was one the best places we have used. He is a great host and his responses were in timely manner. Place was sparkling clean and spacious. We already referred his place to our friends. He is very well organized and thoughtful. His house is on the water front with beautiful view. I can go on and on praising him and his place since it was so nice. He also has bunch of games for kids to play. Keep up the good work Dafran.

Simply an amazing place. The house on the lake was gorgeous!!! Honestly is more amazing than it looks in the photos. Nice location just outside of the noise of downtown, but so close of a drive as well. A beautiful retreat home for friends, family gathering, whatever it needs to be. Lastly, Mo is a nice host. I really hope you return —- if you are considering a trip to Tampa and don’t mind being 20 minutes from downtown, book it!!! It’s amazing.

The owners were very proactive and eager to make our stay as wonderful as possible. They made sure that we had the right size life jackets for our children to be able to use the kayaks. We asked if they had beach toys anywhere for us to use. The next day the toys were on the front porch, complete with towels, beach chairs, and a cart to carry them all.

The house was lovely, clean and comfortable. I could cook all day in the kitchen with that view. Brought our bikes and rode to town to shop and eat. Great location. Joey was very responsive and helpful and Incredibly accommodating. We enjoyed all the amenities. Thanks Joey for everything!

My family and I really enjoyed our peaceful stay here. We were in town to do Busch Gardens and some other touristy stuff. It was so nice to relax in this tranquil location that was close enough to everything, yet far enough away from the noise. The house was the perfect size for our family of four. We so enjoyed sitting on the pleasant back patio overlooking the lake. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Hosts were very responsive. We hope to stay again next time we’re in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at Taylor’s home. A lot of thought has been put into the furniture, the interior decor, and the landscaping. It was calming to be able to sit at the back window and look at the pool. There was a nice variety of couches and chairs and a high-quality sound system for watching TV or movies. The location allowed good access to Largo, Indian Rocks Beach, Clearwater and the surrounding areas. Taylor was very friendly and eager to help with any needs that we had. Would recommend to other renters.

Maikel’s place is in a very safe area. No worries at all. Near a nice park with a great walking path. Perfect for Steinbrenner Field & Raymond James Stadium.

Chris & Nella were responsive and the location was perfect. The rental was clean and modern and the beds were COMFY! It was a tad difficult to get into initially, due to several units being connected, but once we got in the first time there were no issues - it was just a matter of knowing which door/gate to use. I might suggest figuring out the alley address for guests to use for Uber, etc. as it is much easier to access the property from the back, at the garage/parking area. Uber used the main street address so we were dropped at the front street and had to maneuver through a few gates and courtyards to make our way into the correct unit.

This was a great little place. Super nice location next to the pools and the restaurants .The only issue we ran into was a drip from the bathroom tube.

Had a great stay here ! There is lots to do in the area and local to plenty of beaches. Has many great kitchen amenities and a huge closet if you are traveling…. I would definitely recommend

This condo was such a great little getaway spot. The pool was right there and Gulf right across the street. It was stocked with everything needed for a beach trip. We appreciated little details like laundry soap/cleaning supplies and plastic dish-ware for kids. There was plenty of space to spread out and everything needed to cook meals. We played lots of family games at the dining table. Some things we look for in our stays are quiet neighborhoods, easy parking and bathtubs. So we were happy to have all 3!

Thank you Hey Vacay! The space was beautiful, fit the needs for our wedding prep, and we all around had an AMAZING experience. The Hey Vacay team was also incredibly accommodating and communicative. Would highly recommend for anyone else looking for a beautiful spot in a gorgeous, quiet neighborhood that's very central and close to downtown. We had an absolutely PERFECT wedding week.

Our stay was great. The location and view was just what we had hoped for. Loved watching the birds and other wildlife in the canal. The dock was an excellent place to relax.

We can’t say enough about how great Krista’s listing is…the home was perfectly laid out, clean, modern, and so many small details that made our stay easy, fun, and relaxing. We didn’t bring our kids, but noticed how kid-friendly the home was with so many thoughtful additions like a high chair, pack n play, toys, and swings. I want to find an excuse to come back to stay again!

Whether sitting on the front porch/patio or on the private dock, nature’s sights and sounds served up a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. If you got away in a car, access to beaches, other nature areas, restaurants and shopping areas too were all easily accessible.

Tim and Jeannie are the best hosts ever! Communication and local recommendations are top notch! If you are like us, you’ll be on the go because Saint Petersburg offers so much with arts, culture and outdoor recreation that most of the time was being out and about. However, when you get back, you’ll feel like you’re at home and everything you need is right there! Sleep in and eat breakfast at the cottage, come back early and watch a movie or hit the hot tub or just do another load of laundry and hit the beach one more time! It’s so convenient and the best location ever! Thank you Tim and Jeannie :)

This was our second stay at this cottage and we are already looking forward to booking again! My husband and I appreciate the attention to detail with every aspect of our stay. Kristen is a fantastic host. We didn’t have to bother her during our stay because the cottage is stocked with everything we needed. Another awesome stay.

Kevin and Kelly were wonderful hosts and incredibly friendly (including their two pups, which you may see on the property). The little cottage was cute and quaint, complete with everything we needed. A special shout-out to the incredibly comfortable king bed. The dock was peaceful for sipping coffee and reading a good book or watching the wildlife wander around. My favorite part of the place was the covered porch. The home's location was perfect for our weekend, conveniently located near Tampa, a casino, and plenty of options for shopping and dining. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will certainly return.
