Diane’s place was great! We were in town for the weekend and the place was just like the pictures. It had everything we needed and we loved using the grill! It is walkable to everything and we didn’t use our car once after we got here. The beach is right across the street and a lot of good restaurants and ice cream. Diane was such a great host! She answered all of our questions. We plan to come back soon and rent Diane’s place again in the next couple months! We loved it here!

This was so perfect for my husband and I. We stayed for a music festival and was walking distance to Vinoy Park where the event was being held. Lots to do around there and great night life. The place was very cozy and it was so peaceful ☺️ we very much enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to stay again!!

Though it’s been a few years this was our fifth time staying at The Roost. We love the decor, location, amenities, coziness, and all there is to do within walking distance . This is a quirky little place with a deluxe feel. It is our favorite place to stay when visiting local family in the Tampa area ! The back patio has a delightful new hot tub jacuzzi surrounded by a pergola of blooming bougainvillea! It is in a super location within walking distance to several famous restaurants ! Ybor is worth a visit and the Roost is perfect for a couple !

Lauren was nothing short of amazing. Every detail was spot on. Arriving at the boathouse, we had no trouble entering and feeling welcomed. The house had everything we needed from clean linens to cutting boards. The dock was our favorite. The view was gorgeous, especially at night. We spent much of our time enjoying the sun, drinking coffee, and eating meals outside. Lauren even provided a binder with local places and fun things to try. I couldn’t be happier with our stay. I would definitely book with Lauren again!

We had the pleasure of staying in this cozy tiny home for two nights, and it was absolutely wonderful. The space was thoughtfully designed, making excellent use of every inch, and it truly had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The attention to detail was impressive, and it was clear that a lot of care went into creating a welcoming atmosphere. The location added to the charm, as the town was delightfully quaint and made exploring a joy. Whether we were relaxing indoors or discovering the area, the experience was memorable from start to finish. Walkable to lots of local gems. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone seeking a unique and charming getaway. We would definitely love to return in the future!

Absolutely amazing stay, I had a wonderful time for a little getaway and this is conveniently close to a lot of great places! Jeremy was a great host and I could ask for anything better!

My 9 year old daughter, my 50 lb dog and I all stayed in this little slice of paradise. The mini house is very well-appointed with no small detail left untouched. It was private, very close driving distance to all of the attractions we wanted to do. The patio is perfect sized to have a coffee and breakfast on. There’s a small turfed area for your dog to do their business. Instructions for everything were very clear - from where to park, where to place the trash, the used linens, a huge stack of fliers for places to eat and things to do. I felt very safe walking my dog throughout the neighborhood, neighbors I did see were friendly and waved. I can’t say enough great things about this adorable property. We CANNOT wait to come back!! Super clean, quaint, and quiet for a nice little weekend getaway. Great distance from lots of different things to do and very clean place. I do agree with it feeling a bit damp in there especially after showering I recommend having the door closed, window open, and exhaust fan on when showering to help. Loved the black out curtains and the tiny home had a very private and peaceful spot of its own. Host was very communicative and easy to reach if needed. Great stay!

My next visit to Tampa,I will definitely try to get this same Airbnb..I loved everything about it.

Everything was as advertised, very easy check in and check out and in a great location a short drive away from several things to do. Would definitely recommend!

Jeanas tiny home is a fantastic place for 2 people, adjacent to her own home and buisness. She is super friendly and attentive to her guests. It is a quiet location close to many interesting places. Jeana is a barber and she found time to give my son an amazing haircut 💇 thank you Jeana!!! We will be back!!!

Great place to stay , very clean and modern. Very comfortable bed. The common space with the tables and the grill was very nice. Had my coffee in the morning on the hammock listening to the birds ! Will definitely come back!

I had a very enjoyable five week stay and enjoyed every minute. The apartment is so well thought out, clean and quiet. The split unit air conditioner is effective and quiet. And has heat and dry modes too. Cable TV was excellent also. The back yard is a splendid bonus. And Leslee is a great host! Additionally there are numerous restaurants, coffee shops, even a CVS within walking distance.

Our stay was perfect. We were attending a music festival nearby and the accommodations had everything needed for a wonderful stay . The bed was super comfortable and we appreciated the water bottles and doggie treats left for us . Brittany was an amazing host . So sweet and accommodating. She even let us borrow a blanket to sit at the festival . She gave us great local restaurants that we were able to walk too . The backyard was fabulous and so relaxing. Total tropical vibe . The guest house was well appointed and very clean and private . Parking on the street was not an issue whatsoever and a space was always available. We wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you again Brittany for being so warm and friendly. I felt like we were almost life long friends :) hope to return and see you soon

A very sweet, quiet place within walking distance of the musical Gulfport main drag. Everything was clean, neat and in good order. The unit sits on a lovely pool deck with toys and everything you need.

Julie was very friendly. If there were any issues, her response time was great. I really liked the place. It's perfect for one person or a couple. It was decorated nice. My only complaints were it needs a thorough deep cleaning. Wall hangings, base boards, knick knacks etc, were dusty. But the location was great & I would stay there again because of all of her amenities, her response time & the price was good.

This was a good play for a short stay, the area was perfect and we felt at home. Loved the close beaches for sunrise and sunset. Only problem was the shower head stuck pointed at the shower wall. But it was worth dealing with.
