Thank you so much for the beautiful, clean home for us to use while on our vacation. we enjoyed it very much!

Cute, clean, and cozy - small but very well equipped and lots of storage. The bathroom was huge and the shower is amazing! The bed was super comfy! Two of us stayed for six days and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is very quiet and was easy to navigate to the beach. Gulfport has some really cool bars and the Tuesday morning market was fun!

Jeff was exceptional. Very friendly and responsive. His home was gorgeous- just as the photos depicted. Beautiful fireplace in the living room (to take the chill off this year’s cold snap) and one in each bedroom. Such a nice touch. The unit and building met our needs perfectly. Great for two couples or a family that wants gathering space and also privacy. The condo was stocked with all the basic things you’d need! We’d highly recommend Jeff and this condo.

Stayed for 1 month in Jan '25. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. Everything in kitchen and bathroom and wifi worked as advertised. The neighborhood is residential and mostly quiet including at night. Alicia, the host, was responsive and helpful when needed. The apartment does not have a lot of light, no windows in the kitchen, and the bedroom window is covered by the beds headboard. The kitchen table and office 'desk' feel child-size and too small for regular people.

we booked this location for a work relat3d trip. everything was as expected and the environment was perfect for our purposes! Kainen is a flexible answer courteous host. highly recommended.

The views and tranquility of this home was absolutely breath taking. You’re able to see the sun rise and sunset from the dock as well as dolphin, manatees, and more beautiful wildlife. Linda, is a great host and extremely responsive. Thankful for all her recommendations. Anna Maria island is a beautiful clear water beach close by, we loved! Inside of the home can use some love but nothing that can’t be cleaned or bought during your stay. Thank you Linda!

We absolutely loved our stay at Cam’s place! Quiet, peaceful neighborhood, minutes to our favorite beach, well-stocked kitchen, beautiful rooftop views, and the elevator was awesome for one of our group who has a bad knee. We would love to stay here again, especially during a warmer season.

Great stay! The 4 apartments made it great to have privacy but there was enough room in the common area for everyone to hang out. I stayed in March and the pool was warm. There was one issue with A/C in one apartment but the host responded immediately and solved it.

We had a great stay! The home was comfortable for a large number of guests, had a well stocked kitchen, pool was great and access to kayaks and golf cart was a huge plus. Location was awesome.

Karie and Chris were fabulous hosts. Communication was extremely easy, and responses were prompt if ever we had a question. The property itself was perfect for travelling with two young kids, and three generations all in one house. All of the small details were covered for the kids including baby gates throughout the house for safety, and a variety of toys and books to keep them occupied. The adults also greatly enjoyed the stay, a beautiful house with ample room and amenities to vacation comfortably, and a spacious backyard with heated pool to kick back, relax and enjoy the sun. Thank you Karie, Chris, and Megan for a memorable vacation.

We had a great time here! We were pleased with how convenient the location was. The pool area is amazing, right on the water! Keith was great with all questions we had. Although it was a duplex set-up, we did not see the host at all. It felt completely private. I highly recommend this location to anyone visiting the area. We will be back!

This was our first trip with our little one (6 months old) to visit Grandma for the holidays. Biljana made the whole trip so easy! The place is beautiful and had everything to make traveling with a baby easy including a crib, high chair & stroller. Biljana even provided a brand new baby bath when we arrived! The kitchen was so well equipped we actually hosted Christmas dinner. Biljana was so accommodating and responsive. The host event provided special touches to make it feel like a homey Christmas. We were so impressed. We will definitely stay again when visiting the grandparents:)

The place was nice. I think it was best suited for a family. However, if you’re looking for more of a night life it wasn’t too far from Tampa. There were also a lot of stores near the location for shopping. We had an issue with the dryer, they were fast with responding and sent someone out immediately. Overall it was a nice location and I enjoyed my stay.

This was our second stay at this location. The location was close (10 minute drive) to easy beach access and all the local activities. It was so great to have the pool for the kids when we got home in the evenings. Such a great way to relax and finish the day with fun.

I’ve stayed in a lot of airbnbs, but this may be my favorite. The pool and backyard are peaceful and beautiful, it’s wonderful to grill out there. The kitchen is wonderful and fully stocked. The home itself is exactly as pictured and we loved it. Isabella was a great host and you’ll love the home!

Our girls' beach trip was amazing because of this place! It is extremely spacious and accommodates many comfortably. The pool was very refreshing and the outdoor shower was a nice plus. The grill was also very useful and there is plenty of outdoor seating. I would recommend bringing your own beach equipment as the chairs provided were rather rusted but still got the job done. Would recommend it and stay again!

Angel was very responsive and extremely helpful! Beautiful home and would definitely stay there again if we are in the Tampa area!
