Cutest little place with plenty of space!!!!

Perfect spot to walk to the beach

We loved our stay at this wonderful home on Jekyll Island. We were close to everything — the beach, restaurants, wetlands, music, the conference center, downtown, and the historical district. The place is well designed with all the amenities and plenty of room to stretch out. We highly recommend this home on Jekyll Island and would not hesitate to stay here again. The hosts were gracious and responsive.

We had a lovely long weekend with our family. The house worked out well for 4 adults and 4 children. The walk to the beach was just a short one on a board walk. The neighborhood was quiet. There is a small pool available for use. The weather was not quite warm enough for the adults but the kids enjoyed a splash in the pool. One thing that would have been nice to have would be several kitchen towels. One towel and one wash cloth in the kitchen for 8 people is not enough.

Beautiful home, very clean. We had everything we needed and more. Decorated very nice but not overly done. We loved the simplicity of the space. We loved the screened in back porch area. Loved that their were coverings on the outdoor furniture. Even that space was clean. And the master and master bath wow. Shower space was something! Very hospitable and would certainly book this house again! So much also to do in the area. It is so beautiful there. Thanks for being a great host Marilyn!

Parker Kaufman does a great job with this property. The house is well located and an easy walk to the beach. The house was delivered spotless and well appointed. It feels like it has been recently refurbished and was just a delight. Our visit had to be cut short in dramatic fashion with the threatening hurricane surge bearing down, but the process they gave us to leave in a hurry was well appreciated. They were responsive by text and call, and overall just could not have been a better stay.

House is lovely, clean and comfortable. Great location. We enjoyed going to the beach at around low tide; very private. Beautiful setting.

The house was big and beautifully decorated. The living area and kitchen was as nice as any we’ve ever stayed at (we go for a similar beach stay every year). The first floor master is huge and exquisite. There were enough beds in the house for us (4 adults, 7 kids) without using the built in bunk beds that are located in the second floor hallway. The showers were big and the hot water was plentiful. The walk to the beach was easy, even for my elderly mother with hip issues; there are steps up and over the dunes, but she had no issues. Also, despite some negative commets about the Jekyll beaches on Google, we found the beach to be great! Shallow for a long distance, warm water, and enough waves to be fun without too much danger. High tide is definitely better than low tide, but we loved it. Minor issues: Owner does not use in app messages well, but was reachable. Also there were no beach chairs at this house which we often find with beach rentals. Overall, we would stay here again!

The place was very cozy, and Ben did a great job of communicating with me during the stay. He even helped me with a delivery while I was there.

Wonderful apartment unit just minutes from the beach. Perfect for a family getaway, with comfortable bedrooms and living space.

I normally do not take the time to write reviews. However, this condo exceeded expectations. The condo was very nicely updated and extremely clean. The bed was super comfortable and the location was great. I will definitely be staying here again. Five star all the way.

Nice condo that had been newly painted with nice touches. The bed was very comfortable with great linens. Kitchen was stocked for cooking . It is located near the causeway, which made it easy to get to other areas for exploring. St Simon's has a lot of different restaurant's & just walking around Neptune Park is always a highlight too! So glad this is a pet friendly area !!!

We found this unit as we were searching for a place to evacuate during Hurrican Milton. Very nice area with shopping and restaurants nearby. This unit was everything we could ask for during our situation. Enough space, clean, and had everything we needed to go through our daily routines without any issues. I would definitely recommend Theresa's place to anyone looking to vacation or explore the area.
