My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay at The Ranch. It was beautiful and so peaceful. Michael and Corrie were very helpful and made our stay so easy. We will definitely try to say here next time we’re in Covington. Thank you for a great time. Cheryl R.

This is truly an incredible home.The house is so nice with so much space for a family/friends’ gathering while still feeling warm and intimate. Having several en suite bed/ bathrooms allowed for privacy which was also nice. The patio /outdoor kitchen /cabana area is amazing with fees if one of the most beautiful properties we’ve seen. Corrie, the property manager was on site and very helpful with anything we needed throughout our entire stay. (They even made sure we had an extra pack and play and high chair which was so helpful!!) the pictures are great but this home and grounds are even more wonderful in person!!

Very nice place to stay! We loved the layout of the house and having the private dock. The house was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Was nice to be out a little way from the city, but yet an easy drive in to do our touring. Also, Slidell was only about 10 minutes away to get groceries, eat out, etc. We had an awesome family vacation!

Love Stephanie’s house. Decorated beautifully, very comfortable, tons of extras and much more spacious than expected! The private patio area is super cute. Stephanie was very quick to respond to a few questions that I had. I can’t wait to return here!

I sadly did not get the opportunity to meet Chef, but the location was absolutely amazing. She was very understanding as I had to come a day earlier than expected and was very kind and helpful. If you’re looking for a place away from the busy streets of Covington but extremely near places such as Walmart and amazing restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive, then Chef’s home is for you. It is also extremely clean and organized and well taken care of. Next time I come work in Covington again Chef’s home is a 100% must stay! I highly recommend her home as it will feel like a second home especially with the calm, tranquil, and gorgeous location.

We ( myself and 2 of my friends) stayed here for a dog sports event nearby and David was very generous to let us stay, and include our 9 total dogs. Cozy little cabin with all of the amenities and we had a great stay.

This place is absolutely beautiful, if you love nature. Being able to walk out the front door and hear nature is the most peaceful vacation we could have asked for. The place was very clean, and we loved the small touches inside of the cabin.

Staying at David's property is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to relax and enjoy time with family. Traveling from Brandon, Florida, to Bogalusa, Louisiana, is a big change, but it’s definitely worth it. The property is very family-friendly, with something for everyone—from toddlers to young adults—and plenty of room for adults to unwind, socialize, or even get some work done. I highly recommend David's place; both the staff and other guests are friendly, respectful, and helpful.

The cabin is located in a tranquil rural setting, and the hosts are friendly and easy to get in touch with. Both the Bogue Chitto State Park and supermarkets and restaurants are a relatively short 30-minute drive away. We enjoyed our stay here!
