The apartment was in the perfect area for work, walking distance to and from. Simone, as usual was a super host and responded and communicated timely to queries. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Looking forward to our next trip so we can stay there.

You enter an immaculate home (smelled 'nice and clean') with high ceilings to envy. Great location and superb host(s) who were very responsive to all my inquiries. The rooftop pool and 360 views of Kingston and the mountains make this property stand out above others. Not having wifi on the roof was the only drawback. Follow the visitor protocols, and you'll be all right. I highly recommend this property and will surely rebook it the next time I visit.

The place was fairly easy to find! The host was VERY responsive GREAT attitude and helpful always. Always checking if I was good from start to finish. The place oh my God I can't even begin to describe, felt like I didn't want to leave so much that I extended my stay for another day, like I was right at home, the pool is not even 1 minutes away from the bedroom, the work desk was very nice, the kitchen and bathroom is spacious and breathable I felt really at home. The shower is the best part of the bathroom it is BIG and veryyy spacious I loved it and DEFINITELY will be back to spend a week next time! I found it so cute that the host and his wife decorated the places it's really is nice fact to know. I HIGHLY recommend..... 110%!

I am planning to be back in Jamaica as soon as possible JUST to enjoy more of this amazing apartment. The sunsets are absolutely breathtaking and it is a home away from home. Kim and Roshane were the best hosts you could ask for. Recommend 100 percent

Martin's place was very accommodating, felt very comfortable there, only fault the shower head needs to change, just spraying wild all ove. Apart from that very modern furniture and great area.

Good little place! The kitchen had everything you'd expect in a kitchen, not like many other Airbnbs we had over our 2 weeks vacation. Miss Lulu who takes care of the place is lovely!

Tanny was an excellent host. The place is clean and well maintained. We felt safe and it was easy to get in and out of the gated complex. Very spacious and comfortable. One of the days there was a major disruption to Internet service the morning of a very important meeting. Once I reported it to Tanny she immediately tried to diagnose the issue and sent her husband out to fix the problem. Since he could not make it the unit before my meeting they gave me access to another unit in the complex that had a working connection from a different provider and my meeting went on without a hitch. Amazing service, very proactive thinking to get a backup internet connection. Don’t hesitate to stay here if your trip includes a little bit of business.

John and Celia were amazing hosts! The apartment is slick, modern, and beautifully decorated. The apartment is in a lovely building away from the main road. It’s really peaceful and has a beautiful rooftop and swimming pool. It’s a great place to stay because it’s conveniently close to shops in the nearest plazas. I’d highly recommend staying at this apartment. I want to stay there again the next time I’m in Kingston!

I had an incredible stay at 48 Paddington in Kingston, Jamaica! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness, comfort, and overall ambiance of the space. The location is perfect—safe, quiet, and conveniently close to everything I needed. The home itself was beautifully maintained, with modern amenities that made my stay super comfortable. The bed was cozy, the WiFi was fast, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the Jamaican heat! The host was exceptionally welcoming and responsive, ensuring I had everything I needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. Upon stepping inside the home and taking a brief walk around, I immediately thought “this is by far the best Airbnb, I have stayed.” The inside decorations were amazing. As someone that appreciate interior design, I was in absolute awe of the choice pieces, layout and details of the space. It’s clear the home was thoughtfully designed as evident in the attention to detail and the consideration for guests comfort. I arrived late evening after a full day of traveling, however check-in was seamless and within a couple minutes I was through the security gates and inside the apartment. I made a cup of tea, ate snacks (several options) before taking a most relaxing shower then head off to a peaceful sleep. The next morning was spent enjoying the natural light as the sun shone through the floor to ceiling windows. I made use of the perfectly placed working area putting together my presentation. I had a fantastic experience and highly recommend staying here.

The accommodations were top-notch, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated with modern furnishings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of sightseeing. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, such as complimentary Wi-Fi, a well-stocked minibar, and a flat-screen TV with a wide range of channels. Overall, The host Nicolas exceeded all my expectations. The combination of excellent service, prime location, and luxurious accommodations made my stay unforgettable. I can’t wait to return.
