The house and the view is incredibly beautiful! I was amazed at how peaceful and how cozy it was. We spent time with family relaxing by the fire pit outside and also sitting by the fireplace inside playing games. I would highly recommend staying here and the host Hunter is very easy to communicate with. Next time we are in the area I would definitely rent this home again.

My Family and I felt right at home. Susan was an amazing host. She was easily accessible during our stay. She was also very accommodating and responsive when needed. I must say that the pictures don't do justice. Her home has very beautiful decor, vibrant, and bold colors. The backyard is tranquil and beautifully decorated. The amount of amenities that she offers is unmatched. We were able to find everything that we needed. We would definitely stay at her place again. We are already making plans for our next visit.

I recently rented this beautiful place over the weekend to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday with our family, and it was an unforgettable experience. The house itself was nothing short of amazing – beautifully designed, stylish, and extraordinary in every way. The surroundings and the garden were surreally beautiful, creating a serene and picturesque environment. The pool was incredible and provided the perfect spot for relaxation and fun. As the night came to a close, I was taken by surprise when my boyfriend asked me to marry him and put a ring on my finger. This house will forever hold a special place in my heart as the backdrop of one of the most important moments of my life. I am immensely grateful to the hosts Sharon and Nicolas for their hospitality, truly made us feel welcome and added to the wonderful experience. The house has such a kind energy, you can feel how much love and effort is put into it from the hosts, once again THANK YOU!

We spent a month here and it couldn't have gone any better. The kitchen was fully stocked with quality appliances and utensils...everything you could possibly need and then some. We had plenty of room to spread out. Our grandchildren did a few sleepovers and especially enjoyed the smores we made in the fire pit outside on the lovely patio. My husband works remotely and was very pleased with the basement as a work place. Well lit, roomy, comfortable and a nice desk and printer to work with. Communication with Michelle was excellent. The AC and heat worked perfectly. The photos and online description are spot on. I would not hesitate to book here again.

We stayed for a graduation ceremony within the Quantico Marine Corps base. The location was perfect for getting on base. We did a day trip to DC which was a little over an hour on a Saturday. Well worth it! Nancy was very responsive & available to us. The cottage was perfect! Exactly as described! We had everything we needed in a quiet & safe setting!

This charming historical home offers such a special stay for visitors to Fredericksburg. It is in the perfect location for walking to all the great shops and restaurants, as well as being just a few steps from the paved pathway along the Rappahannock River. The children’s play area just across the street was awesome for our toddler grandson! The house has been beautifully updated. Super clean, with lovely furnishings, it has a very warm and hospitable “guest house” feel. We had everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked, and there’s plenty of hot water and great water pressure! The layout was perfect for our family. Grandparents stayed in the downstairs bedroom, and a family with a toddler and baby stayed upstairs. We enjoyed the sunny high-fenced backyard, and even though it is in the downtown area, it has a private, safe feel. We used the parking permit provided by the host, and never had a problem parking right in front of the house. We definitely hope to stay there again!

I loved staying at Colby’s place in Fredericksburg. It was convenient to RT1 and getting around the area. Check in was smooth. The home was clean and welcoming. My pups loved exploring in the fenced in yard.

I highly recommend this location. Top quality (the apartment, the building, and the surrounding neighborhood). The location was in walking distance to numerous amenities, and the parking garage is a huge asset. If I weren't moving to Alexandria, I would stay in this location again.

As always an absolutely beautiful place with an outstanding host. We come back every year for the quaint shops and fantastic restaurants all within walking distance. The home is immaculate and a great place to stay we highly recommend it!!!!

Lisa et Brian sont des hôtes vraiment adorables, ils ont proposé des services qu’ils n’étaient pas supposé nous proposer et se sont vraiment investis pour faire de notre séjour un moment paisible et d’exception. Nous avons adoré le calme de l’emplacement. Le jardin à l’arrière et les petites promenades de quartier avec bébé étaient très agréables. Nous sommes restés 10 semaines dans ce logement et n’avons pas regretté notre choix. Brian nous a dit qu’il allait veiller à rafraîchir un peu l’appartement avec de petits travaux, et la décoration ainsi que l’équipement sont vraiment super. We had a wonderful stay at Rebecca's place. The space was very clean, cozy, warm, and inviting. We felt right at home. We appreciated all the treats and amenities. The neighborhood beautiful and the location fit our needs just right.

Greg’s place is comfortable and cozy and was perfect for 1-2 travelers. I especially appreciated the comfy couch setup. Was a great place to relax and unwind after a long day. Greg was also flexible with his check in time. I was able to get in early and it was very appreciated. Don’t hesitate to book Greg’s place. 😊

Ha & Todd’s place was clean, clutter-free & comfortably furnished! It was the perfect space for accommodating myself, my parents & my 2 daughters (3 adults & 2 children)! Very comfortable pillows & beds. Location is close (ie. Few min drive) to a grocery store & some restaurants. It was also nice to have a park & playground in walking distance to entertain the kids! The only thing that I would point out is that there is a flight of stairs leading from the entry door to the door leading into the kitchen so if you have heavy luggage or difficulty climbing stairs, this could be cumbersome. Overall, our stay & Ha & Todd’s place was excellent & I would recommend!

This is a great place to stay! The place was quite, lot of parking, decent size kitchen and utensils and has washer and dryer. Brie’s instructions were spot on and we had no difficulty in locating this place . The bed and sofas were comfortable and internet speed was good. The shops are less than 4 miles ( 15 mins commute at the max) . Will Certainly come back again

We just finished a month long stay at Boyd and Tessa’s old Victorian in Old Town Alexandria. This home is a gem! Perfect combination of Victorian charm and modern amenities The location is ideal- steps away from all King street has to offer, and walkable to the metro station to visit DC. The property itself is spacious. The living space is suitable for a larger group, the kitchen is well stocked, and the patio area is fantastic. The beds are very comfortable, and we found linens and toiletries to be high end. We made good use of the outdoor space, and used the grill almost every night we ate in. Boyd and Tessa are amazing hosts-literally a call away, and response time was excellent. They were happy to share any information about the area, and actually brought us some local history books, which my husband really enjoyed. We would highly recommend this property, and hope to stay here again!

This place could not be more perfect for our trip to DC. It was the perfect distance to the metro. Our group of 8 had so much space of our own, yet plenty of room to be together in the common spaces and not be on top of each other! We went in the coldest month of the year, so unfortunately we didn’t get to experience the best of what the outdoor areas had to offer but the views were breathtaking regardless. Melanie’s place was extremely clean and everything was provided and then some! Everyone in our group would like to go back in warmer months to spend more time outside. Before we got there, Melanie explained that there was an issue with one of the sinks in the cabins and said she would credit us accordingly. I thought that was great! It did not hinder or create a problem whatsoever! I hope we get to make it back sometime!

John's place was fantastic and just as described! It's perfect for a quiet getaway and has everything you need. Will definitely be staying there again soon!

Idalma was fantastic. She was quick to respond and answer my many questions. Everything was exactly as described and she even invited my family to watch a movie with hers. Great place to stay if you're visiting DC!

We had a cabin with a beautiful view of the water. The hot tub was a lot bigger then I expected. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back but this time with our boys as they would of loved it.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and comfortable cabin, easy to access, beautiful neighborhood. Wifi was also very fast for teleworking and we appreciated it being dog-friendly. Would stay again!!

We absolutely LOVED the cabin and didn't want to leave. It was beautiful, a great mix of rustic and modern. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the bathrooms. We enjoyed having the hot tub and the fire pit. The beds were comfy. It was a peaceful and a fantastic trip. We plan to stay again in the future.

This was our family's second time here. It's hard to find a place that can accommodate a large group, including a couple seniors with special needs and two young kids. We were lucky to have snow, so had a great time playing in the very large backyard. The kitchen is well stocked, so did all our own cooking and we barely had to leave the house. We hope to be back again soon!

This is such a lovely get away! I loved that it was so close to DC, but once you get out there, it was heavenly to just be in nature, where it was quiet and no one around to bother you. There were such thoughtful personal touches that just delighted us. I would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a nice relaxing get away!
