Kimberly has a great place here, the parking was easy, but beware if you have anything over 6'4" tall you are not going to fit in the garage. The apartment itself was very nice and felt very private. Being right off King St has it's benefits, we were only a block or so away from a lot of great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The place was spacious with comfortable beds and enough kitchen supplies. The best part is location with a short walk to the metro and all building amenities(the pool was still closed for the season but we used game room, gym, and library).There is walking path through G1 level in the south tower that takes you to the street with many restaurants and ice cream shop. Overall we were happy with our stay because of the location close to the DCA airport, metro station and value for the money.

Our stay was awesome. Amy and Owen were friendly, super responsive, and very helpful. They also helped us out with kids things and other items we needed, even brought us down sleds when it snowed for the kids to use. It was also very comfortable there and it had all the amenities we needed for a month long stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Super cute place that’s in a nice neighborhood near downtown Del Ray. Metro is only a 15 minute walk, and there’s also a bus nearby to take if you don’t want to walk. Right next to a Walgreens and CVS. Clean place and Erin is super helpful! Had the best time :)

I highly recommend this location. Top quality (the apartment, the building, and the surrounding neighborhood). The location was in walking distance to numerous amenities, and the parking garage is a huge asset. If I weren't moving to Alexandria, I would stay in this location again.

Lena’s place was a perfect place for our long weekend visiting DC and Alexandria. All of the amenities made it feel like home and we looked forward to returning each day for rest and relaxation. The space offered privacy and comfort and worked well for our family of 3. Everything was pristine and decorated with a contemporary, happy vibe. The location offered easy access to all of the main highways and attractions.

I loved stayed him. I looked exactly like the photos, if not better! So beautiful & so spacious! Honestly probably one of the best AirBNBs in stayed in. Very attentive and kind host as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Wesley's Airbnb was excellent. I have family living in the same neighborhood, so this was the perfect and convenient location to visit from! Just a short walk from the metro, and the local diner is a tasty gem. Great home base for our visit. Wesley was communicative and made sure we were comfortable and had what we needed even being out of the area for work travel. His checkin and checkout instructions were clear and straightforward. Hope to stay here again in the future!

The house and the view is incredibly beautiful! I was amazed at how peaceful and how cozy it was. We spent time with family relaxing by the fire pit outside and also sitting by the fireplace inside playing games. I would highly recommend staying here and the host Hunter is very easy to communicate with. Next time we are in the area I would definitely rent this home again.

I think that it was great a place, the place was very cute and clean the mattresses were comfortable. The yard was great so my kids could throw a football. We had no internet the entire time which was frustrating, but that was out of her control

Great location. Very clean and host had clear instructions. Easy check in and check out. Very easy to get to and close to downtown Fredericksburg and perfect for our needs. I would highly recommend Eve's place and stay there again when in Fredericksburg.

We stayed for a graduation ceremony within the Quantico Marine Corps base. The location was perfect for getting on base. We did a day trip to DC which was a little over an hour on a Saturday. Well worth it! Nancy was very responsive & available to us. The cottage was perfect! Exactly as described! We had everything we needed in a quiet & safe setting!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed getting together for a few days here in Fredericksburg. The home is well thought out, provides ample space, and everything needed for cooking meals and even baking. The design is modern, yet cozy, and exactly as pictured. Plenty of linens and blankets are provided. Everyone loved the shower! The outdoor area is so sweet for eating and having a little fire. The home is situated in a beautiful private, wooded area, yet it’s within a few miles of fantastic restaurants, shopping, museums, and walking trails. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again!

The space prob fits about 6 /8 people comfortable if 3 are couples. However I believe the people live there. I didn’t see them at all they were super nice but in the photos there were 4 beds but there were 3 made it tough for a bunch of guys to find regular beds to fit in. One of the beds in the photo are the bed possibly upstairs they “potentially” could be occupying. So read the fine print and make a decision the place was totally fine otherwise I have no bad things to say about the place but found it weird on arrival not to be notified that they would actually be there. I believe this shouldn’t be hiding information.

Cute house in a nice neighborhood! Booked for an overnight stay and could not be more pleased with Tatyana’s polite, kind and personable attitude. The home was stocked with all the essentials and plenty of extras. :)

Good apartment. Comfortable, clean. "3 beds" includes a couch. We were 1 adult and 2 teenagers. Teens slept in bedrooms, adult on couch, all good although there were no sheets for "bed 3" (the couch), just a blanket we found in a closet. Neighbors are very active; someone seemed to be moving furniture all day upstairs until about 10pm but then quiet all night. Apartment is well equipped with towels, dishes, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher. Super clean. Location was perfect for my family's needs around S. Alexandria/Hybla Valley area. Lots of shops and restaurants in easy driving distance. Great AirBnB experience overall, would love to be able to return. :)

Really enjoyed my stay here as a solo traveler - the place was super clean, tidy, and comfortable. And the price is really great considering that you get a whole apartment. I would definitely stay here again!

William was very responsive and understanding to our baby’s needs (eg setting up the pack n play even prior to our arrival). There are also toys and books! The place is cozy and great for our needs. Just a note that the main bedroom is also the living area, which worked out fine for us given that the baby slept in the second bedroom.

Alana’s home is absolutely amazing! I feel at peace in her home and she is an amazing host to have! Her home is close to highway so it easy to get anywhere! I would recommend her home to anyone! Thank you again Alana for one of the greatest Airbnb experience.

Erin's condo was very comfortable and very well kept. The nearby subway access got us in and out of DC extremely easily. We would definitely stay there again.

This Airbnb was spacious with very comfortable beds! I think, in the off-season, it could be a tad cheaper, but it was close to shopping, the vineyard, and the state park.

Emanuela is super responsive and helpful. Great location and fantastic value for a place to stay. It’s perfect for a place to crash while you’re out and about most of the time like I was.

Sam’s place was beautiful! The bunk room was our little guys favorite and thought he was a big boy sleeping in the beds. The condo had everything we needed! Sam was so helpful in providing us with restaurant ideas and best places to boat/wakeboard on the lake! They had a boat slip we could use to dock our boat for the weekend with a short walk back to the condo. We enjoyed our time so much we didn’t want to leave. We hope to be back next summer!
