A few friends and I visit this place twice a year to hangout and play some games on the enormous dining table. We've done this for a few years now and wouldn't look anywhere else. Everything is always really clean and tidy, the area is absolutely stunning and quiet and Paul is always great. Can't fault it.

We stayed here for one night and it was amazing, Emma is so lovely and accommodating. The area is very private and quiet, it’s so relaxing and peaceful. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. The hot tub was prepared for us, logs were ready for use in the log burner and fire outside and she even left us marshmallows to toast! We loved how sustainable and good for the surrounding animals the area is, especially the pond full of frogs! It was so cute and special, thank you very much Emma!

A lovely quiet location as a base to explore the Derbyshire Dales. The cottage is very cosy with everything you could want for your stay. Lots of walks right from the front door, including the Tissington Trail that takes you into Ashbourne, and a pub just minutes away on foot. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic place to stay, lovely and cosy with the log burner and nice Christmas decorations. Fantastically equipped kitchen and with bathroom/shower and a bathtub too! Location is great for walks. Pam was very communicative and made everything hassle-free. Highly recommended!

We loved our relaxing two night stay at Oslow Cottage! It’s well equipped, cosy and Natalie was a great host, always so friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. We’d love to come back!

Had a beautiful few days staying in The Hayloft. Lovely place matched the photos, was nice, quiet, clean and had some complimentary croissants and other bits of food upon our arrival. Tania was great at responding and instructions for getting in etc., were clear. She also gave us some great recommendations. Will definitely be back if visiting the Peak District again! Thanks :)

Surprisingly easy to find, Emily's cottage is a lovely place with beautiful views. It was fully prepared for our arrival. We arrived very late due to delays but the contactless check in was smooth and the lovely hosts stayed in touch all the while. The property sleeps five but it felt cosy for our party of four (2 adults and 2 teenagers), but should be fine for a single family with little ones or couples. The location of the property is really good for walks and close to Thor's cave, but given the terrain the roads are narrow and you wouldn't want to be driving to and fro many times a day. This is true for most areas in the peak district. The was plenty of information available at be the property and the hosts were extremely responsive so guests won't be stuck for anything. All in all, it was a really nice stay!

The property is in a quiet location on a working organic farm surrounded by beautiful countryside. Locally there are a number of picturesque villages, places to visit and country pubs. The property is clean and comfortable. Karen and Jonathan couldn't have been more helpful and made us feel at home. Many thanks to Karen and Jonathan and hopefully we will be able to stay again. The perfect stay. We came to Jayne’s for a special night away for our anniversary. Had a great meal at the hand & trumpet. Came back & stargazed with the fire going for hours. Next to a lovely farm with beautiful views, very private space around the shepherds hut. Cosy space, warm and very well decorated inside. Everything you need is there. We will have 100% be coming back over the summer and following years.

Nicola was very responsive with messages, great clear directions and instructions. We kept in touch with arrival times. She can out to meet us and explained everything we needed to know, the log burner was all set ready to light if we wanted. Beds made and milk and eggs waiting for the morning. Lots of tips of places to eat and lots of local knowledge. We met ‘Irish Mick’ aka ‘Brummie Mick’ and had a lovely chat and more info the following day. Lovely hosts and a fantastic peaceful location. Thank you both 🙏🏻

Booked to stay with Jo as a quiet getaway. From start to finish, Jo has been wonderful. Her descriptions and directions were spot on, the cabin was well furnished, wonderfully clean and outfitted with everything you could hope for - even freshly ground coffee!!! The hot tub was amazing, and my wife had to go hunting for a crow-bar to pry me out of it. Fantastic host, fantastic accomodation, fantastically peaceful area, all in all, it was just FANTASTIC. Just what we needed! Thank you Jo, and I am sure that we will be back!

We had a wonderful time at The Shepherd’s hut! The hosts gave detailed information and checking in was easy. The views from the hut were stunning and it was lovely and warm and cosy inside. A lovely place to stay with plenty of walking spots around! Thank you 😁

We really enjoyed our stay. Clearly somewhere that a lot of care, love and attention has gone into. Beautiful, calm surroundings, and a nice pub with great food just around the corner (The Bell Inn). We visited a few nearby places too - Barton Marina, The Deer Park and the National Memorial Arboretum.

Wonderful venue, semi rural but conveniently close to shops and restaurants. The home was clean and comfortable with gorgeous surroundings and had everything we needed for an intimate family 60th birthday including pool table, darts and hot tub which was maintained well by the hostess. Our young children had a blast playing hide and seek around the house, feeding the goats and running around the private dog exercise field with our dogs! Rebecca was incredibly accommodating for our various requests and was patient and understanding with our Wi-Fi confusion. Would probably not recommend relying on the Wi-Fi for any business matters but ideal if you’re wanting your family to disconnect from phones. We may have stumbled across a new staycation birthday tradition for our family and would love to return!

Lisa & Paul are perfect hosts. Their apartment was immaculately presented and I received a very warm welcome. Nothing was too much trouble! The scenic location is very peaceful although all amenities are close by. The apartment was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and every amenity a guest could need was provided. Lisa kept in touch throughout to ensure I was had everything I needed and that I was comfortable and enjoying my stay.

everything about the place was as described incredibly happy with my stay. the host was responsive and friendly told us everything we needed to know offered help when we asked, even baked us a cake. The place was spotless, the location was very private so we were able to just relax and enjoy ourselves 100% would stay again

Absolutely brilliant place. Chris and Pru are amazing hosts, such lovely people and so easy to talk too! The cottage was perfect, the location was also great. Had such a great time, would so love to come back!

We had a great stay with three families. The accommodation was perfect for our needs and we were lucky enough with the weather to be outside for the whole weekend. We made use of the garden and the great walks literally from the door . Close to Buxton too. Highly recommend.

Latham Hall Farm was amazing for our family gathering. The perfect location for visiting near by attractions and exploring the beautiful countryside. This is the most well equipped Airbnb we have stayed in, everything you could possibly need and more. Ann's personal touches made for such a warm welcome and felt a true home from home.

The property was absolutely fantastic and Kirsty was great. The house was modern, clean and perfect for a young family. There were a great collection of toys which our toddler absolutely loved. The house was also really well equipped with all of the equipment to accommodate a young family. Kirsty was also really friendly and happy to answer any questions we might have had. We will certainly be back.
