Stains : locations de vacances adaptées aux enfants

We hebben een prachtig verblijf gehad. De accommodatie ligt op een half uurtje rijden van het vliegveld en een klein uurtje van Parijs. Parijs is goed te bereiken met eigen vervoer, openbaar vervoer of Uber. Qua accommodatie is vooral het zwembad + terras prachtig, goed onderhouden en erg privé. Je hebt 0,0 last van buren of voorbijgangers. De ontvangst en hulp voor en tijdens de vakantie door Maryse en Serge was er goed. Ze zijn erg vriendelijk en hulpvaardig, ook schromen ze niet om Engels proberen te praten. Ze reageren erg snel. Het huis is verder erg groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. De omgeving is rustig. Het ligt in een klein dorpje. Voor wie er van houdt; een aanrader!

Un logement exceptionnel ! Nous étions 6 adultes et 3 enfants et nous avons adoré le logement d'Aicha qui est absolument magnifique, encore mieux que sur les photos. Il est très calme, spacieux, et la terrasse est parfaite pour profiter de l'extérieur. Le logement est très bien équipé, il y a absolument tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin pour cuisiner, des jeux pour les enfants, et même une salle de home cinéma, parfaite pour se détendre a la fin de la journée. Le logement est vraiment à 3 min de la ligne 11 qui dessert rapidement de nombreux sites Parisiens. Enfin, Aicha et Medhi ont été très attentionnés, et nous ont permis de se sentir comme chez nous dès notre arrivée. Nous recommandons vraiment leur logement car on ne pouvait rêver mieux pour notre séjour Parisien. Merci !

Logement semblable aux photos et à la description. À notre arrivée, le logement était parfaitement propre. Il nous a été très agréable d’y séjourner. Nous avons pu garer notre voiture à l’intérieure Les hôtes ont été très agréables et très réactifs, c’était super Merci !

We had an amazing experience staying at Oliver’s place! Oliver was an exceptional host who made sure to respond to any concerns or questions right away, ensuring that we felt taken care of throughout our stay. The space itself was perfect for our large family group of 15 people. It was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. ¡Nuestra estancia en esta encantadora casa en París fue muy agradable! Ubicada en una zona estratégica, la casa tiene acceso inmediato a los servicios de Châtillon, donde encontramos todo lo necesario: desde supermercados y panaderías artesanales hasta cafeterías con ese toque parisino que enamora. La proximidad a estaciones de metro y paradas de autobús hizo que movernos por la ciudad fuera un juego de niños; en pocos minutos estábamos en el corazón de París, explorando sus icónicos monumentos. La casa en sí es un sueño: cómoda, elegantemente decorada y con una atmósfera que combina el encanto clásico parisino con comodidades modernas. Cada rincón está cuidado con detalle, desde los muebles acogedores hasta la luz natural que inunda el espacio, haciéndolo aún más bello. Un punto destacado, especialmente para quienes viajamos por Europa, fue la lavadora en la casa. ¡Qué ventaja poder lavar nuestra ropa durante el viaje!

De passage entre une journée à la mer de sable et une journée au parc Asterix, le logement nous a offert l’espace et le confort nécessaire pour une nuit pour une famille de 5 personnes. La literie était bonne, et le quartier est calme. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le joli jardin. Nous avons très bien été accueillis

Pierre was a thoughtful, responsive, and all in all amazing host! The house was perfect for our family of 4 plus an aunt and a dog :) Super comfortable and complete. The location is great for parking the car and having a good resting point in a cozy suburb (groceries, bakery in walking distance) The only thing to keep in mind is that the new public transport system in Paris segregates tickets for bus VS metro/rail - which makes the home location a bit far to walk to the nearest train station (~1.5km). We still thought it was worth it! Would stay there again if/when we come back to Paris :)

Spacious 4th floor flat very convenient for Gare du Nord. Comfortable with all you need for a base to explore Paris. Local restaurants in walkable distance, as well as shops and Boulangerie. Our children loved the toys in the flat.

This apartment feels like an oasis on a quiet street. It's in a great location with easy metro access and walkability. Thibaut was gracious and accommodating. We loved our stay!

We stayed at Mathilde's place on two separate occasions in Dec 24 and Jan 25. Communication before arrival was prompt and clear. When we arrived we were met by Mathilde's assistant, Kathleen, who gave us the key and made sure we had everything we needed. She even brought us new coffee capsules later that day. The apartment was quite large (for Paris). We found it clean and well furnished (we were specifically looking for an apartment with a crib and a high chair for our son). There is a large living area that gets tons of sunlight from the many windows. Not too much happening in the immediate surrounding area, but Montmarte is just a short walk up the hill. Getting to more central parts of Paris usually took us about 20-30 minutes by metro or taxi. Overall, we had a great experience and would certainly recommend this rental!

This apartment is absolutely perfect. This is my second time staying in it. The location is perfect, a metro stop down the block, plenty of restaurants close by, everything one could need. Dealing with Patricia was easy and pleasant. She is available to answer any questions. I would definitely go back on my next visit to Paris. I highly recommend it.

Just wow! My wife, 3 kids and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfect and close to restaurants, transport (train & bus) and neighboring attractions - yet secluded enough, away from any noise. Most importantly, it was safe! Halimeina is friendly in her communication and very responsive. We would definitely return to her property in the future! All-in-all, the stay allowed us to enjoy a magnificent experience across Paris!

Le logement est très bien situé, il est certes pas très grand mais bien agencé et il conviendra parfaitement à un couple et également à leurs convives occasionnellement. We loved staying at the apartment. Aurelie is a great host and was always helpful when we had questions. The place is charming and cozy, and the shower is perfect, especially after a day of walking around Paris. There is a balcony overlooking a beautiful garden at the back of the building, which is quiet and safe. The location is excellent, with metro and bus lines nearby and services such as restaurants and markets. Aurelie also provides a list of good places to eat and drink. We highly recommend this apartment.

Très agréable séjour. L'appartement est très bien décoré. Il est idéalement placé à côté du RER A. Pour 2 personnes c'est très bien. Pour 3 ou 4 personnes c'est un peu juste puisqu'il faut déplier le canapé dans le salon et qu'il y a une fenêtre sans volet donc le jour rentre dans la pièce.

Fantastic place that was very well centralized. The host was fantastic. He gave us incredibly clear instructions and was readily available. The apartment itself gave very cute Amelie vibes. I would just caution anyone with a physical disability in that the apartment is on the third floor with these narrow stairs that is easy to navigate if you are able-bodied. Additionally to get into the tub you need to climb in and out, which may be tricky for someone with a disability. That being said my 85-year-old mother did not have any issues. The apartment was wonderful.

날마다 에펠탑을 볼 수 있는 기쁨! 무엇보다 위치가 최고였어요! 집앞에는 맛있는 빵집도 있었고 시장에 가서 치즈랑 과일도 살 수 있었답니다. 파리의 모든 명소를 방문하기엔 더할 나위없이 좋은 숙소였습니다~^^

El alojamiento es muy lindo, estaba perfectamente limpio. Cuenta con juegos para los niños. La ubicación está muy bien, cerca del metro y el anfitrión es muy atento. Gracias Anthony todo estuvo perfecto 🫶🏻

We had the most amazing experience at Marianne’s place! First of all, she received us in person, what made the checkin feel very personal and warm. Secondly, the listing was so clean and comfortable. The pillows and bed are like hotel ones and the bed sheets are super comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfast in the apartment, the shower is the beat I had on an Airbnb so far. As it all wasn’t enough, Marianne is a very responsive and nice host. Literally a 5 stars experience ✨ will definitely book again next time we visit Paris.
