Incredible location (especially if you’re attending anything at BOA, or sporting event in the area). Such a nice place, we spent 4 days here and highly recommend. Bed was so comfy, too! And the washer and dryer were a huge plus.

It is rare for apartments to truly match the description given on site. The features are often overstated and reality falls short. John's place is the first that was everything he described, even exceeding expectations. The neighborhood is beautiful and serene. I did not want to be in the midst of all the action and so it was perfect. I got turned around a bit in locating the apartment, but John was immediately responsive and check in was a breeze. The apartment was spotless and quite cozy. I spent a lot of time exploring Charlotte. Travel uptown was quite simple and inexpensive by Rideshare or public transportation, often going out more than once in the day. I had just about everything I needed amenity wise. That made the times I stayed in quite homey. Johs was always available when needed. His accommodations would certainly be my first choice when I return.

perfect place to stay! felt safe staying here, as a key fob is needed to access both the parking area & building. check-in & -out instructions were easy to follow. place was immaculately clean! spacious rooms & balcony, overlooking a beautiful, historic cemetery full of paths to walk/exercise. also with the city skyline, esp beautiful at night with the buildings lit up! access to exercise room & pool. neighbors were very friendly. place was very quiet too! host was always responsive when needed. they also left us a bottle of wine which was such a nice welcome! we enjoyed that. Water pressure in showers was perfect, with plenty of large, cozy towels. Even had toiletries available (including the cutest tiny deodorant! lol) Will definitely be staying here again any time I'm in town! We attended events at Spectrum Center & Truist Field, & both were walking distance, which was so nice not to have to worry about parking! oh, & also it was about 5 minutes or less from I-77. fabulous place!

This host was truly accommodating. The property’s security measures were exceptional. The apartment was spotless; the fresh scent upon entering indicated meticulous cleaning. Everything matched the online photos perfectly. I had an excellent stay and will undoubtedly book again!

Cathy's home is so lovely, inviting and comfortable. It is decorated impeccably and very well stocked (kitchen, bathroom). Nice touches like extra blankets in the bedrooms and living room. My husband said this was one of his favorite Airbnbs (and we stay in them often); so much so that he wondered if we could rent longer term if we are back in the area for an extended time. Cathy went above and beyond as a host and we would most certainly stay again.

We were in town to visit a friend and just needed a place to sleep. The home was clean, comfortable and all we could ask for with a very moderate price. I would not recommend for a vacation destination but for business, visiting family etc. it was quite nice.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Fort Mill. Antoinette was super responsive and communicative. Bedrooms are spacious with extra comfy bedding ( I just ordered the same comforter because I liked it so much!). Great kitchen, spacious downstairs. Had everything we needed. We have family in town so we would definately stay here again.

This is a great property in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a family needing multiple rooms and separate bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

My stay at Darryl’s place was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless, stylish, and equipped with all the amenities I could possibly need. Darryl was incredibly friendly and responsive, making the check-in process seamless and ensuring I felt welcome throughout my stay.

Beth was overall a great host. It was my first time in SC and she provided a list of some local spots to visit and go eat at which was very nice. She was also funny and responsive which made communication easier. Spotless home, super cute and the enclosed backyard makes it a great selection for pets. Thank you for hosting us!

Great place to stay in downtown charlotte. Walking distance to many restaurants and lots of things to do. Apartment was very clean and nice inside. Looks exactly like the photos. Would def stay again and would recommend to anyone.

Linda Beth was an excellent host! The place was well decorated, clean and close to restaurants and the lake. She was extremely friendly and was super responsive to all our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is spacious and comfortable - plus a great value for the money. Easy drive access most anywhere in Charlotte, and walking distance for uptown. Eugenie was also accommodating with check-in and date adjustment which was greatly appreciated. As others noted, it is bright in the morning (worth the trade off for the bright space during the day), there is some mild neighbor noise (not super loud) and smells in the hallway, but not at all in the apartment. All as described and even better space/comfort than expected. Definitely recommend.
