Great apartment, great location, very comfortable after long days exploring the city! Right in the neighborhood of luxury shopping, and within 8 minutes you are at the duomo and the museums, within 15 you’re in Santa Croce or at the train station. Easy, straightforward, very pleasant walks. The apartment is beautiful and the couches and chairs are comfy. There is significant outside noise at night.

El alojamiento es tal cual las fotos y la descripción, muy lindo y limpio, además de estar muy cerca de todo, del transporte público y caminando 15-20 minutos llegas al centro sin problema. Lo recomiendo mucho.

For two families in need of four bedrooms, this was an outstanding choice for us. It was so convenient to a grocery store, restaurants, Pitti Palace, and the gardens. It was easy to acquire transportation right in front of the door. Erika was amazing, And we highly recommend a cooking class with her right there in that beautiful kitchen. I can’t say enough good things about our experience here.

Sergio's place is fantastic and Sergio is a great host! I almost don't want to say how wonderful our experience was, for fear it will be hard to get in the future. The location is walkable to anywhere you want to be in Florence. The apartment is spacious and having two bathrooms was convenient. Sergio was incredibly responsive and just gave you the sense he was there to make your trip great. This was our first time to Italy and it is going to be hard to find places in other locations that live up to the standard Sergio and his place set.

Sehr gute Lage (knapp ausserhalb der ZTL, verkehrsberuhigten Zone) Gerade mit dem Auto super praktisch, weiter in die Altstadt dürfte man nicht fahren und bei der Unterkunft ist der private Parkplatz in einem geschlossenen Innenhof inklusive. Zu Fuss ist die Altstadt aber auch Restaurants und Cafés schnell erreichbar. Das Wohnviertel wirkte sauber und sicher. Die Wohnung hat für zwei Personen eine gute Grösse und einen Balkon. Grundsätzlich sehr zufrieden, gegen die Seitenstrasse und im inneren vom Gebäude eher hellhörig. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin welche zeitnah antwortet. Gerne wieder.

Appartamento incantevole davvero! Tutto molto pulito e ben arredato, Lucia e’ stata molto disponibile per aiutarci con il check-in, ottimo rapporto qualita’ prezzo e la zona e’ molto tranquilla. Approvato!

Location is very good and room was clean. Easy to check in and get in. Most of all the host Alessandra was super nice. But be aware that in Firenze(actually most of Italy), there are many mosquittos. Prepare your mosquitto spray!

We had an amazing time at Karin's Villa. From the views to the amazing location; I will recommended to anyone. Will definitely love to comeback sometime. Photos of the place do not do justice to how beautiful and impecable it is. Also, Karin was very approachable and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Great location with a short walk to major sights, shopping and many restaurants and a grocery store around the corner. Breakfast places not to be missed is S.Forno for homemade bread and desserts and daily foods. If you want eggs, pancakes , bagel sandwiches etc and cappuccinos go to Lunetta cafe. Both are a 1-2 minute walk. If you want a break from Italian , look at Reburger. Burger, fries and vegetarian Beet burger was excellent. Great neighborhood bars and restaurants. Too many to mention. The apartment was roomy for our week stay. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Lorenzo will answer any question for you immediately. Highly recommend.
