Brought our family of 4 here for spring break adventure and wow! This house had everything and more. Gorgeous views from every window, comfy beds, awesome sound system, fully stocked kitchen and they even provided some snacks and beverages in the fridge. Great location to explore the area and keep you outta the cruise dock chaos. Def recommend renting a car to explore the area and I highly recommend you go to Jaws beach You won’t be disappointed, it is stunning and way less crowded than Cable beach. They have a lot of water toys and a washer/dryer too. We will miss drinking our morning coffee outside with the views.

We stayed here for my girlfriends 40th birthday. We absolutely loved the space and ocean views. We spent most of our time hanging by the pool and down by the private beach. Madison was incredibly communicative and dropped things off throughout our stay that we needed. We loved walking for coffee in the morning to Bon Vivants! We would definitely book again! The only thing to be cautious of is getting out onto the main road in your rental car, it can be scary during busy times (use the mirrors across the road and you will be fine!) Thanks for the amazing stay!

Fantastic place to stay! Had not a single complaint. The house was better than advertised. Extremely clean. Those that were responsible for responding with management issues were amazing plus, it’s in the Bahamas, so it’s tough to beat the location! I have rented from this group previously, and would expect to do so in the future.

We had a wonderful stay. The clear ocean right out front was the highlight, amazing for snorkeling and swimming. Bonus inclusions: box of espresso pods, jugs of drinking water, the 2 SUP boards and floats, and beach towels. 15 minute walk to Sandyport plaza, 20 minutes to grocery store and Marcos pizza was also doable for us. Poop Deck was great and New Year’s party at Blue Sail was so fun. Staff at the security gate were always friendly. Thank you Loreta and Barbara!

It was great! The house was beautiful, super clean and everything needed to make it a fantastic stay! The owners were super proactive also. One night there was a bad storm and they came right away and put the generator on so we would continue to be comfortable. Thank you, Dionne and Alphaeus!!! We hope to stay again soon!!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Incredible hosts, who were very responsive, gave wonderful recommendations and really went above and beyond. The house had everything we needed and then some. We appreciated all the little extras like the beach bag, pool toys, and snorkel gear available for use. Such a beautiful home with the most amazing view and private little beach. Great location close to everything you need. I highly recommend staying here! You will not be disappointed!

Fantastic place to stay on the island if you're looking to be away from the crowds around the major hotels. Beautiful location right on the seafront with its own pool, incredible views of the ocean. The house is spacious and well equipped, and is very secure. Garage and off-street parking helpful if you're hiring a car. Some decent options for places to eat both just over the road, and a few minute's walk in both directions. Fany the local host was fantastic, responsive, helpful and really flexible - very much made our stay even better.

Loved the place and the island. I will definitely return

As a couple we travel often and this has been the most comfortable and accommodating stay that we’ve encountered. From the hospitality to the sleeping space, EVERYTHING was perfect. Stacey and Don are the sweetest. Upon our arrival they also gave us a quick tour of the surrounding area ☺️ We have made friends/family in such a short time frame and will always stay at this residence when we return to the island. The house was beautiful and spacious. My group and I were very comfortable and satisfied, it's a pity we didn't have time to lounge in the pool. Will definitely recommend and visit again.

I felt right at home. We had an incredible stay at Tropicus Airbnb. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect within walking distance to beaches, local restaurants and it was convenient to catch a public transit or taxi, if you have a rental the home is within close proximity to downtown, historic and local attractions. The neighborhood is safe and welcoming, making it easy to explore the area. keiwana was an exceptional host, providing clear communication from the start and offering great local tips that enhanced our visit. The check-in process was seamless, and she even went above and beyond to accommodate our early arrival. The amenities were great including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, Wi-Fi. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottles of cold water and guidebooks. Thank you once again Keiwana.

If I could give this property and staff a 10 star, I would. This house accommodated 14 ladies. With that being said there was so much room for us not to be on top of each other. It was VERY spacious and absolutely stunning. Having direct access to the beach was a plus. The host was very responsive. She left a wedding to come and get us situated. There were plenty of towels, pots, pans, coffee cups, plates, bowls, cooking utensils and silverware. This was very important to us since 2 of our ladies are chefs and love cooking for us. If and when I am able to return, I will pick this beautiful home over and over. Thank you for having us.

We stayed during Spring break week, couldn't have asked for a better place to spend it with my husband and two teenage boys Doc's listing looks just like the pictures (No guests were staying at the other two townhouses, so we had the place for ourselves) It was an awesome experience, San Andros is a beautiful and peaceful place! White sand and turquoise water just a few steps from the house We went kayaking and snorkeling every day. There is fishing gear at the house, that my boys enjoyed Bedrooms were clean, comfortable beds, excellent quality of linens, towels, and comforters. Same goes for the bathrooms, everything was perfectly clean. They are very few restaurants, so we cooked/grilled at the house most of the time. We appreciate Ron's help (Doc's assistant). He made us feel right at home, drove us from the airport to the rental car and then guided us to the house. He was very attentive to all our needs and promptly solved any small issues we had. I'm sure we'll be back again ! ?

This property was an absolute dream! Joelise was very proactive in her messages to me and made sure to check in with us also. It was a cozy and quiet getaway. I will definitely book again for my next trip to the Bahamas!

Wow. Just WOW! There’s a reason this place has five stars, it’s perfect! If you’re looking for a remote getaway with a ton of space, beautiful private beach and amazing host staff - this is the place for you! (It’s on the north side of the island, not where it’s pinned on the map). While the house and beach were absolutely stunning, Rob and Evie were really what set this place apart from any rental I’ve ever stayed in. Rob was seriously fantastic! He picked us up from the airport, showed us around town to all of the local shops and restaurants, helped us get fresh fish for dinner, he even built me a fire on the beach! He’s FANTASTIC! Evie toured the house with us, VERY clean, and even helped us pick fresh coconuts - what an experience!! Thank you so much to you both, you’re truly special and we’ll definitely be back!!

This property was absolutely beautiful! The goodies provided was a great surprise! The house and pool were immaculate! my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay cation. We'll definitely be booking again!
