Thanks Fred for a great stay. The apartment was well stocked for a few days stay. Large living space, patio, and bathroom. The location had a nice view as well. We would be happy to stay again.

Really enjoyed our quick overnight stay at Fred's place. Peaceful and beautiful surroundings. We saw a family of deer the moment we pulled up. We would come back and stay longer to really enjoy the amenities.

We had a great time staying at the house! It was a beautiful space and we all slept well. The only thing that I wish we had known beforehand was that the indoor living room fireplace wasn’t working. Otherwise everything was wonderful!

This is a wonderful spot. Top floor end unit with really lovely views(might be the best there) and very quiet. There were deer outside, hummingbirds, dragonflies and lots of sweet birds. Pool and games are close. And the people that work there were helpful and kind. There are a few spices in the cabinet but anything else you need to cook with you'd have to get at the grocery store or bring with you. Definitely equipped with all of the necessary utensils and linens. Having a grill was really nice. We would definitely stay again if we go back. Made for a fun and comfortable first night in Cali. Beautiful home , GREAT host I would love to come back and highly recommend to anyone interested. Private entrance and parking , clean well stocked quite neighborhood .

Tassa's place was beautiful and our family had a great time. She was very responsive and helped us with additional directions on the phone to getting to the house in the dark. She made the stay very easy by also being very responsive to my questions. The house has great views of the water and the beautiful hills behind. Dog friendly and is an easy walk to the water.

a very comfortable, cozy location, and Thana was very communicative and accommodating throughout the process. the Airstream we stayed in had just been re-listed so the hot water wasn't operating, but fortunately the public restroom just 50m away had hot showers and a sink so there was no issue there; we were notified well ahead of time and went ahead anyway. great spot for anyone with kids and dogs, as the community is 55+ and quiet, with little to no auto traffic. i buried the best part: it's just minutes from Columbia and also a 25-30 minute drive to Murphys. plenty of food options and groceries nearby in Columbia and Sonora as well. would definitely stay again!

We stayed here for about 2.5 months. Todd is an extremely helpful and friendly host who was sincerely concerned with the well being of our family. He was always available to assist with any issues we had. The house itself has a world class view of Lake Tulloch from the deck that youll never forget. We certainly had a wonderful stay and I highly recommend this place.

The place is great, better than the photos actually! It has everything you’ll ever need, such as pots, cooking utensils, and cleaning supplies, and everything is very clean. However, one little con is that the internet is a bit unstable, no matter if we’re using cellular service or the purchased wifi.

This was my second stay in this property. I chose to come back because it was so great the first time. The hosts are very responsive and the property is perfect for my purposes of visiting family nearby. Highly recommend.

Great property, beautiful views, loved that each room had its own bathroom, spacious lounge and kitchen. We ate a meal at the golf course restaurant which was good. Also visited Murphy’s, Angels Camp, the Calaveras State Forest and the New Melonies Marina…. Lots to see and do. Would happily recommend this property.
