One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in. Beautiful kitchen and has all the amenities you would ever need provided for you. Its also surprisingly private despite being a guest house in the hosts backyard! Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Great stay and close to our place of work.

We felt right at home the house was clean and the host was very attentive and responded so quickly.

My family and I came from Georgia to stay for a week and visit family we have not seen in a long time. We enjoy the Airbnb because it was spacious for all of us. I will recommend that there be pots and pans for cooking. There was only one big pot. I had to run to the store and buy a pot and pan for cooking. There were also no coffee filters for the coffee machine. An iron is also recommended because we needed one and we looked all over the house for one and eventually went and bought one too. We typically stay at Airbnbs often and all these things I mention normally come included, even a blender which one was not available. Other than that everything else was great and comfortable. Hilary did an amazing job getting back to me quickly. I know maybe if I would have reached out to her about these issues she would have accommodated but since it was the holidays I didn’t not want to bother her too much so it was not much of a problem going down the street to the dollar general.

This was the perfect location for our stay! 15 minutes away from the volleyball tournament and center to food, gas stations and grocery stores! Highly recommend! Betty was very responsive and polite.

We had a great stay at Richards place. My family and I were able to fit both of our vehicles in the clean and uncluttered garage. Once inside the home we felt relaxed and comfortable and rested very well overnight. the "ONLY" issue for us was the water pressure in the guest bathroom sink was low, the shower was not an issue. Great place, very quiet at night, and located near plenty of food establishments. If we are ever back in the Midland area I would book again. Thank you, Richard, for great place to rest.
