Alberto and the Punta Cana Team was great with our last minute late check-in. Provided a few details and within the hour we were in the beautiful unit. The rooftop patio was a great addition to start our vacation. Anything we needed the Punta Cana Team was responsive, and provided a quick solution. Check out was great and flexible. Would definitely keep an eye out for the Punta Cana Team's accommodations in the near future.

By far the best value for money place in Bavaro. 10 min walk to the beach and very close to some convenience stores and restaurants. The studio was just perfect for the two of us with the build in kitchen, dining table with chairs and the romantic balcony overlooking the main street. Borislav helped us organising the trip to Isla Saona and with the airport transfers. Altogether 1A experience. Highly recommended!

The location was amazing didnt have to leave the side street we were on besides for excursions. Reconcito Dominicano had great food at great prices highly recommend!! 3 min walk to the beach so that was great. The views were even more stunning in person and the rooftop picuzzi was amazing. The only thing I will say was the deposit was new for me because I’ve always booked through air bnb and never had a deposit but overall great place to stay. Will deff come back!

El lugar estaba bastante limpio y muy lindo. Me encantó la decoración y la ubicación súper bien. Estaría muy bien considerar los insumos como papel de baño y bolsas de basura La regadera de la habitación abajo a la izquierda, no salía bien, como a chorro. De igual manera me hubiera facilitado mi estadía con secadora y plancha para ropa, es un plus que podrían tener. Gracias sin duda volvería ahí💗

Really a super apartment in a beautiful area🤩we are a family with 5 peoples from Denmark, and we enjoyed Imilkas apartment so much😊 when you open the door, you just walk direkt to the big and lovely pool area. All the surroundings are so beautiful and very clean. You can buy good food and drinks at the poolbar, and that was very good! After 2 minutes you are right on a great beach, with calm water and free daybeds. We wasn’t disturbed by any salespeople on the beach in our area👍 There are plenty of everything in the apartment. Imilka was so sweet😊❤️she are just the perfect host❣️ If we ever come back to Punta Cana we will not hesitate to book her home again👏

We’ve just completed a wonderful 3 month stay. We have seen a number of condos in this complex and Lucinda’s is the most modernized and well equipped. Lucinda and Pappo are very and I will underline very responsive to any queries or minor issues we had. It was very reassuring not to have any stresses in relation to the hosts. The grounds are kept immaculately with full time live in maintenance and gardeners. There is a good mix of tenants and we made many friends. The condo is very well located approximately equidistant to the beaches of El Cortecito and Los Corales and very convenient to the Ciccolela supermarket which I highly recommend. We found products there not carried by even the large supermarkets like Sirena or Jumbo and the prices were competitive.

This was my 3rd visit in Jesús unit in Coral Village. For me and my daughter, it is perfect! Jesus is very attentive and responsive! A pleasure to work with! I highly recommend him and his condo! 👌 We really enjoy the convenience to walk to super mercado, beaches, restaurants. Bávaro is like a 2nd home for me. Muchas gracias por todo!!!!

Jesus is very friendly and his place matches the listing . The area Bávaro has alot of restaurants and tours you can do in DR. It’s 10 mins walk to the beach and a 3 min walk to the supermarket. His apartment is on the first floor and a pool in the complex is the cherry on top . I would recommend.

We cannot say enough good things about our stay with Lexie. Her place is the perfect home base for a beach trip - pristinely clean on arrival, supplied with everything you could want or need, and so thoughtfully laid out. (The provided breakfast foods were very appreciated but you'll want to make sure you're stocked up for meals before you arrive, as options in the area are limited for dinners.) The location near beautiful Playa Macao was exactly what we wanted for our trip - very local, not overly touristy or overdeveloped. If you're not a big walker, definitely consider renting a car for beach trips due to the terrain/dune buggy traffic. The house's terrace alone is worth a stay - on the one rainy day during our trip, we were perfectly happy sitting inside and reading. Lexie herself is one of the best hosts I've stayed with in many years of using Airbnb - so kind, helpful, responsive, and hilarious! We absolutely loved hanging out with her and Riley, the tiniest and cutest doggo.
