Lugar encantador, la pasamos increíble con mi familia, practicante al frente de la playa. La infraestructura está bien cuidada, confort en espacio, y con todo lo necesario incluso para parrilla. Agradecimiento especial para Virgilio que nos asistió estupendamente bien, atento y considerado en hacer una estadía placentera! , experiencia inolvidable , definitivamente volveríamos ! Gracias por todo !!

A few of my girlfriends and I stayed here for our spring break trip. We loved the open style house and all the accommodations were amazing! Dilicia who works at the home is so sweet and made us the best food. Highly recommended this listing, it also felt very safe in the private golf course.

Très bel appartement et tel que sur les photos. L’extérieur est toujours propre, entretenu au quotidien. De la terrasse, magnifique vue sur la mer et le jardin. Il est bon de relaxer sur la terrasse ainsi que d’y prendre ses repas; La table extérieure est très appréciée, les fauteuils et le SPA. Les lits sont super confortables et le nombre de chambres et de salles de bain nous ont permis d’apprécier la grandeur de cet appartement pour les 2 couples d’amis que nous sommes. Environnement très tranquille et sécurisé où il est bon de marcher jusqu’à la marina, de se prélasser à la piscine ou à la plage qui sont à quelques pas de l’appartement. Seul petit bémol pour la piscine: il manque de chaises longues. Merci a Marcos d’avoir répondu à nos besoins dans le meilleur de ses capacités. Entre autres, il a bien cherché des terrains de Pickleball mais hélas, aucun près de l’appartement à pied 🤷🏻‍♀️ Finalement, nous recommandons cet endroit pour sa tranquillité et la beauté des lieux.

Me and my boyfriend stayed at Pricillas apartment for 2 month during the winter 2016. The apartment is located in a very nice neigborhood and right by the beach. The apartment is wunderful, its very modern and has all the things you need for a long time stay. There is a big pool, gym and laudry room. Pricilla was an awesome host. She offerts to get us taxis, recomended restaurants and nightclubs. If we ever had any questions or such she helped us immidiatly. During our stay we mostly stayed in Punta cana so this was a perfect home away from home for us. We are looking forward to come back here one day in the future. We definately recomended it.

Great Apartment ! Very clean , quiet , spacious , well stocked kitchen , comfortable beds and nice showers (hot water)... Nice furniture and really relaxing . The covered balcony was my favorite area !! I spent my mornings and evenings on this balcony--WOW !! Truly relaxing and peaceful , so nice to have breakfast on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful palm tress ....The pool at the complex was wonderful and clean. Short walk (3 min) to many cafe's / bars / rest. The host was quick to respond and very helpful if needed. Check in / out was easy with no problems. Property has security and I always felt "safe" while being on the property.

First of all Nader is a very nice host. He speaks English French and Spanish. Very nice place, the appartement is huge, nicely decorated, ( you can see on the pictures ), wide screen TV, sound system, really good internet reception. The appartement is on the third floor and on the sunny side, so wen you are on the balcony you have the sunshine all day and you are on top of the palm trees, very nice. For the location, getting out of the complex, turning left you are really at 350 feet from the ocean, ( the beach is superb, endless, the water is clear and worm ), and turning right you find in a range of 350 feet, restaurants, bars, 2 little grocery stores, 1 pharmacy and the bus stop that brings you directly to the big shopping center. I was there 30 days, 30 days of sunshine, average 30 degrees and the beach, can't get better then that.

Beautiful views of the ocean and beaches. The terrace overlooking the beach is closer than any resort. We walked down the stairs and our toes were in the sand. Located within a gated community. Plenty of space for a family of four. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, etc. 3 restaurants literally right next door. Market within walking distance. Was able to book massages on the beach, right next door. The bedrooms stayed cold with the individual air conditioner. The air conditioner in the living room/dining room/kitchen does not keep it cool enough. Eventually left it off and just opened all the windows and doors, which would be cool enough sometimes and other times would be warm, just depending on the weather and breezes. The terrace was having issues draining after rain. Host tried to fix it, it needs to be fixed. Host was responsive. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

O apartamento é exatamente conforme o anúncio. Me hospedei por 3 dias com minha esposa e meu filho de 12 anos. O condomínio é muito bem localizado, limpo e seguro. Fica bem pertinho de uma praia privada paradisíaca que vale muito a pena. Patrick nos atendeu super bem e foi muito cordial. Como sou Brasileiro senti falta apenas de uma churrasqueira na varanda do apartamento. Com certeza vou voltar, pois o local é maravilhoso!

Esta propiedad esta literalmente en la playa, pensaba que era mas lejos, la vista es preciosa y el picuzzi con buena compania no tiene perdicion, recomendado 300%

Lina's place was great. Huge space for large families or reunions. Close to the beach. less than 1 min walk to pristine white sand beach. Weather was fantastic 83 and sunny everyday. We played golf at the Hard Rock Hotel. Ubers were plentiful and cheap. We usually rent across the street at LA Terraza apartment but this was worth the small amount more. Will be renting again. John

We loved the condo and Stanza Mare. Adriana was friendly and helpful. She responded quickly when we had a question. The pool and beach are fantastic! Restaurants are close by and very good.

The best place to stay if you’re in Marina Capa Cana, Punta Cana. It feels home completely. There is no amenity your mind can think of during your stay which is not there at Pablo’s place ( all in great working condition). Pablo was super responsive and was very flexible with the checkin checkout process. Checkin instructions were very clean clear and smooth. The view from balcony was great. Mostly if you’re looking for a Self time and private time this is the place. Beautiful Clean quiet place. There are convenience store around and you get everything there (except vegetables). There’s this Foodelise app from which you can order food. Recommendations: Dolce Italia is really good! Peach Martini is a must try. Pablo’s place is 15 min from airport. Safety: We didn’t went out much at night but however whatever we did, it was safe. The apartment is completely safe. There’s this camera at the entrance which makes you feel super safe. We even extended our stay! 5k Stars to Pablo (:

We had a wonderful stay. Two beautiful beaches both about a 15min walk (one at the Westin and the other at the golf club). You can use the chairs and towels which was awesome. Played golf and tennis at the resort and both were wonderful. The indoor/outdoor living was great. If you kept the doors open in evening you didn’t need AC in the main area. Overall would recommend.

To describe our vacation at The Sanctuary was AMAZING! To be up front we were initially taken aback by the additional costs that we were not aware of until full payment was received. Be prepared to pay for electricity and make sure you note the extra cost for the Airbnb surcharg tax. We also took the offer for transport to and from the airport with a stop to buy groceries for an additional $185 US. This would have been much less with Uber or even through prearranged transportation through trip advisor. With the additional charges it cost us an additional $650 US or $935 Canadian. The condo itself was perfect! Everything was supplied so no need to buy dish soap, paper towels or toilet paper. We also had a cleaning service every 3 days with towel changes and beach towels. We were there 3 weeks so there was also a bed linen change. Last but not least the property manager, Yasha was wonderful, and was always available when we contacted her. We will be back!

This place was everything we could have wished for on our little getaway. It was safe, comfortable, and Monica was amazing. Monica was willing to give many recommendations and made us feel at home the second we arrived. The place is walkable to both the beach and tourist areas. If resort living is not your style, this place still made it feel like you were in paradise. When we ran out of necessities, Monica was so kind to let us know where to get more. I would 100% recommend this place for anyone looking for a getaway. Thanks for hosting my friends and me!
