THIS PLACE WAS AWESOME! LOCATION, LOCATION! If you're looking for a resort vibe, without the inclusive pricing, you have found it! SO convenient to everything from grocery, to restaurants, live music AND a beautiful beach club with the ability to WALK everywhere within minutes (some even SECONDS)! You can walk endlessly on the beach in either direction along that turquoise water! It was quiet enough to relax on the front porch OR take a 5 second walk and listen to live music. The uber from the airport was a BREEZE, no car was needed for anything! Darleny was amazing and helped us with suggestions and regular communication! It was an added bonus to have some kitchen basics provided (coffee, cooking oil, salt, pepper) We travel frequently and this was one of our favorite AIRBNB's for it's overall convenience and checking the box of a resort feel without the crowd, price and a whole lot more space than only a hotel room! BOOK IT!

Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful house. My friends and I had a great time. The house was clean, it had your basic cooking needs, nice neighbors, and an awesome pool. You can tell the hosts really care about their home. The area Macao was easy to get around and the beach is beautiful. The only downside is transportation from the airport can be a little difficult to find someone that is willing to take you to Macao and also find the location. That was a challenge for those providing transportation from the airport. Thanks again!

We had a great stay with Larissa who was waiting for us with her husband at 1am! A very warm welcome! We really appreciated having the feeling of being welcomed by friends. The house is very comfortable and was very very clean. The house is located 3 minutes walk from the beach and close to shops of nd restaurant. No noise in the evening from the street despite the proximity of the shops! I highly recommend this place! We left at 2:30 in the morning and Larissa and her husband came to say goodbye to us. Very, very professional. Thank you Larissa ❤️❤️❤️

great place 👌 but will recommend owner to installed mosquito nets lot of flies need to trim or spray the flowers for mosquito

As always, we loved our stay at Nancy's place. It's so convenient, it's clean, it's quiet, and there's plenty of space. This is our first choice every time we go back to visit Cocotal. And, Nancy is very good at communicating with us each time. Once we arrive, Johnny and Rita are waiting for us and if we need anything at all during our stay, or have a question, they are always available. We highly recommend this property!

Alex’s place is bright, airy and well maintained. Very spacious chilling/cooking area and a nice outside space. The place is on a massive complex that’s still being developed. We were able to meet and interact with a few people that were staying on the complex which was nice. The artificial beach is about a 5-7mins walk from the apartment where you can do paddle boarding or just swim. There’s also a bar and restaurant at the beach and you can hire electric scooters or golf carts to get around the complex which was quite helpful. Downtown is about a 5-10 min drive away depending on traffic where there’s 2 supermarkets (Jumbo’s and Sirena) and lots of other shops and restaurants. My 4 year old had a great time and so did I. Thanks Alex! Would definitely stay again.

This was the first time we stayed in an Airbnb in Punta Cana instead of an all-inclusive resort and we loved it. We had the opportunity to experience the culture and local sights (beach, restaurants, casino, shops and markets), all within walking distance or short Poppi ride. George’s home was safe and clean, with all the modern amenities. We’ll definitely be back :)

Our best Air B'n'B stay yet! We loved everything about the place. 1. The location: the property overlooks the golf course and a pond with turtles and fancy ducks and other waterfowl. Morning jogs are a delight. 2. The apartment itself is very clean and well-furnished. Everything is new and in good working condition. 3. The host is amazing. Nabil replied to queries instantly and is a very friendly and accommodating host. We actually loved the place and the country so much that we decided to stay here for a year or longer and enjoy it fully.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Punta Cana! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I especially loved the relaxing vibe of the place—it was the perfect escape. Whether I was lounging by the pool, enjoying the nearby beach, or exploring local spots, everything was super convenient. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

Marnic was the best Air Bnb host that I've ever had. He was super responsive, he held great conversation, and his recommendations were invaluable during the time that I was in Punta Cana. The Air Bnb is centrally located within a residential neighborhood which is an easy walk from several restaurants and businesses. As a helpful tip, when I booked my tours and excursions, I had them pick me up at "Hotel Marimba Punta Cana" which was a nine minute walk up the hill. It was super accessible from the Air Bnb. When I first arrived, my taxi driver unfortunately dropped me off at the wrong location. Marnic was so caring and proactive that he picked me up right away! The Air Bnb was super clean, centrally located, and the host Marnic goes above and beyond to make the stay great. Don't hesitate, just book!

Beach Front apartment. You can't beat the location if you spend most of your time on the beach. There are 3 AC units, pretty cold and quiet. Hot/cold drinking water are provided! Kitchen, Stencil, glasses and cookware are ready for use. We were able to cook hot meals and enjoy local products! We found an espresso coffee maker for our favorite Starbucks coffee! Allowed us to check in 2 hours early. Very attentive host: answered all of our questions. Beds are comfortable with plenty pillows. Beach towels are included. Washer/Dryer are plus. We used them every day. Living room is spacious with pretty comfortable sofa. Smart TV /w Netflix, Amazon Prime, ready for you to watch in rainy days. Place is safe /w security front, back. Some minor, not a big deal: quite a walk from entrance to the apart. There was some muddy water path you can't go around. Some doors are difficult open/close. You have to lift them up or push in hard. We definitely will rent again.

This place was immaculately clean and fully equipped with appliances, kitchen utensils, and electronic keys, making me feel right at home. The property is in a community called Vistacana, is a gated complex offering resort and country club amenities. It boasts a private beach, pools, a golf course, sports area, and gym. With restaurants conveniently located by the beach, I didn't even need to leave the complex. This is definitely an A+ Airbnb listing. I recommend it!

El apartamento está bien ubicado, además muy preocupados por que tu estadía sea la más cómoda. El departamento súper limpio y muy bien decorado. Lo recomiendo

El departamento da una excelente relación valor por el precio, el condominio es muy lindo y tranquilo, el acceso a la playa y la alberca son excelentes, ubicado en Bavaro adentro es muy tranquilo pero está en una zona con muchos restaurantes y servicios

We had a wonderful time. Place was as described. Loved the walk out patio to the pool with beautiful golf course view. The grounds felt very safe Ana was very responsive and kind. We absolutely return.

Todo estuvo muy bien sólo que unas recomendaciones #1 tener lo dos controles de los aires de la habitación #2 Luna de la habitación no tenía corcha sólo la dañada Y #3 más toallas de baño Pero si lo recomiendo un lugar es lúdico no tan lejos de una playa hermosa

Great vacation spot! Right on a beautiful well managed beach. Great restaurants around the condo or just a short walk away. We got every details about our arrival, transportation and stay from Stu right after we booked. Liz is wonderful, she welcomed us at arrival and gave us plenty of recommendations. Her guide book is a must read. You'll find really valuable information about the surroundings. We met a lot of friendly and welcoming people whenever we went. We had a great time! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Leah’s place. The condo was beautiful - very clean and well kept. Having the housekeeper every other day was such a nice perk! The location in the complex as well as the view was incredible. Leah was quick and responsive and helped us immediately with any issues that came up. We would definitely return if the opportunity presented and 100% recommend staying in her place. Thank you Leah!

The place is great for people who are looking for peaceful, clean, safe spot with all amenities to their disposal. It is a good place for all age groups. The team who I was in touch with have responded fairly quickly for my questions. However, some were not answered for but it did not have an effect on our stay. Since there is an additional fee for the usage of electricity in the unit, you need to calculate that into your fee per day. The electricity charges in advance are understandable, however we were not presented with meter readouts on a way in and out. And I think it should be a must. The agreement was stating that if our usage is below the amount we have paid we should be refunded some money.
