Beautiful cabin in a beautiful area. Would definitely return to this area as well as this property. Palisades Reservoir is very large, and (at least during our stay in September) not at all busy. Usually on a lake that size, it's awfully busy with ski boat and not always SUP friendly. However, we paddled every day, rarely saw other boats at all, and always had plenty of open water to ourselves. What a treat. There are small towns ~15-20 to the north and the south. We did visit each. But we ended up cooking most meals at the cabin and enjoying that time much more than going into town. The cabin is easy to find and right off the main highway. The proximity to the lake is nice, but certainly comes with the tradeoff of hearing more road noise during the day. There were a few maintenance items not quite up to date at the cabin. But nothing that soured our stay at all. And all simple fixes that I'm sure the owner and/or manager will quickly fix.

Even in the winter this is a beautiful area and the cabin was perfect for our little group. Bedrooms were nicely private and brightly lit. Kitchen & living area was a great size and very cozy. We had a great time!

Truly the MOST gorgeous airbnb I have had the pleasure of staying at! I hosted a super small girls retreat and we felt right at home. Chad and Bethany were the most wonderful humans and felt like family! The view is amazing, however you are pretty isolated if you are looking for somewhere close to town - but it worked perfect for us! Cannot wait to come back in the Summer at some point 10/10!

This was a very nice home, and we enjoyed our stay! The view from the deck was gorgeous, and it was so peaceful sitting outside! Bring your sunscreen if you plan to sit outside because you will burn! We had three couples stay, and we each had our own spaces (level) with a bathroom on each floor, which was very nice! Easy to check in, host responded right away with questions. You will be driving up the hill/mountain so plan ahead and be prepared. You will definitely need a 4x4 vehicle. I could see it be very challenging to drive when they get a lot of snow. We stayed the last week in March and they did receive some snow before we arrived but the temps were great so it was all melting too. The road is gravel and there were potholes just make sure you follow the speed limit signs, as you get up to the driveway area the snow/mud can make it a bit challenging, again 4x4 is a must. We were able to park a vehicle in the garage, a truck outside and a truck/trailer in the driveway.

Awesome place to spend a weekend in the mountains. We used all the amenities… the grill, the hot tub, the games etc.

We had a great, peaceful overnight stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool. We also loved the little store right next door so we didn’t need to do more driving. We had a great stay!

This place was wonderful for our snowmobile trip, we always do a Wyoming trip and we will book this again and again! Now if only Kyle can make sure there is always fresh powder that would be great 👍 haha 😂 very awesome stay would recommend it to anybody who loves the outdoors!!

It was a pity we were not able to stay as long as we had hoped. I loved watching my kids run around and enjoy the farm life, even if only for one night.

This place is absolutely perfect. Its extremely private, tucked in the mountains. The house is exactly as advertised. Sitting in the tub in the master bedroom with the snow coming down was absolutely magical. The house is immaculate, spacious and has lots of rooms for all the guests. Its beautifully remodeled and tastefully decorated. We will absolutely be booking this again!

This location suited us as we needed to travel to Thayne each day for work. Cary was a great host, checked in on us, and made sure everything was going well. We rented this spot also bc we were allowed to bring our yorkie, and as it turned out, there was another yorkie on site! Overall, we had a fantastic trip. Thank you!

We came for our annual after Christmas vacation and this year we chose this cute cabin in the woods. We hoped for snow and boy did we get it!!! Our kids loved it. We saw deer walking the mountain in the snow from the windows, the lake view is gorgeous, and it had plenty of beds and bedrooms! As mentioned and the hosts were as helpful as can be, plus some, the driveway in the winter isn’t always accessible. The hosts did everything they could to get us and our luggage up to the cabin. We did also venture out a couple times to the Grand Tetons, Jackson, and down to Alpine for groceries. We loved that there was a Christmas tree and it was a great holiday getaway for our families. The cabin was stocked with spices and dry goods as well as cookware.

We had a wonderful stay here with Kristy. The cabin was perfect for a family but it was the location and views that won us over. Gorgeous area on the golf course, near hiking trails and the river. Would love to come back again.

Just what the doctor ordered. I was coming from a long road trip and needed some serenity. This place offered it, and it was indeed the best option for what I needed

The view from the cabin was absolutely beautiful and the rooms were very cozy. We all had an amazing time snowmobiling and snowboarding at alpine adventure rentals and Jackson hole respectively. I can’t believe how great the price was for this cabin! The kitchen was fully stocked and there were plenty of towels for all of us. My dog joined us as well and had a fun time running up the hill fetching sticks. Highly recommend!

Everything was wonderful! Easy check in, Rick checked on us to see if we had any needs, everything worked , plenty of kitchenware, washer and dryer worked great! bathrooms and bedrooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The area was beautiful and relaxing! Would recommend definitely!!

This place is nothing like the photos….its 1000% better!!! I couldn’t have picked a better home to stay in. Very roomy, perfect for big families or a big friend’s trip. It was only a 45 min to Jackson & about an hour to Jackson airport but the drive was honestly one of my favorite things about the trip—the views were immaculate!! The home itself felt very cozy & had everything we needed. The host was very friendly & responsive. I can’t wait to come back & stay here again.

We had such a wonderful stay at the cabin. Jill and Wayne were the absolute best hosts. They went above & beyond to respond and take care of us both before & during our time there, especially since we came during a snowstorm. The location and scenery are just breathtakingly beautiful, and the cabin had everything we needed. It was super clean, organized & spacious. Even with the snow, we were able to make day trips out to the elk refuge, Jackson Hole & Teton Village (all of which we highly recommend.) This was truly a memorable & special experience for our family, and Jill & Wayne helped make it all happen.

One of the best places I've ever stayed. The house itself was amazing, well designed, well provisioned and a great location. I can't say enough good about this place. A lot of really great things to do nearby. Two things I did that weren't well publicized, but I think are well worth your time: 1. Aviant tour (where they make bush planes, the oldest manufacturing facility in the US that has stayed in one place), and 2. Intermittent Spring. Loved this house, highly, highly recommend.

Spent a few days snowmobiling with our Norwegian friends they had a experience of a lifetime! The home was comfortable and stayed warm with the below 0 temperatures. Thanks!
