We stayed at Jasmina's place for a week with our 6/7-person team for an offsite, and it was great! There was plenty of space for everyone to have privacy while also being able to work together. The option to have breakfasts and BBQs prepared for an additional fee was a nice touch. One thing to note is that there’s no kitchen available for cooking, but this was clearly communicated upfront, so it wasn't a surprise. Overall, a fantastic place for a team retreat or group stay!

Здравейте! Аз съм доволен и от хазяина, и от стаята - Владета отговори на всякакви питания за настаняването, спалните бяха с удобни легла и всички помещения бяха чисти. Препоръчвам за големи приятелски групи от над 10 човека и дошли за туристически обиколки.

Très bon logement, calme paisible, lit très confortable et grand parfaitement bien placé au centre ville, je le recommande vivement avec son petit extérieur bien agréable

The photos don't do the place justice... you get the whole floor of the house (there is another one upstairs) so you won't get the complete solace and silence (which I don't think anyone but a mysophonically challenged person like myself would even notice) but! the privacy is absolute, you have the comfort of knowing Goran is close by and more than available for any questions or help needed! And let me tell you, the place is CLEAN. Like eat-off-the-floor-clean, I don't think I've been to a tidier cleaner and better equipped lodging ever! Full kitchen, utensils, frier, etc, and oh the BEDs are SO comfy (high-class memory foam matresses), the place is more than spacious, enough sunlight, calm, quiet street, an hour in total away walking to the Avala Tower (for all my mountain goats!) all tied in a bow with a morning coffee on my last day kindly prepared by Goran! This was me scouting the place and surroundings, I WILL go back once the pool is up an running! CANNOT recommend enough!!

Convenient place, clean and beautiful house.

I had everything I could need or want - highlights being: close to public transportation, very comfortable bed, good lighting (I read in my spare time), nice new fixtures (never used an induction anything, this hot plate was super fast!), all my questions answered quickly. My stay was only 3 days but I would definitely stay again.

Natasha is so friendly and responsible, has a good communication and she is very helpful. The bed is comfortable, besides the pillows are not so comfy, we did sleep very well. The only thing I would change are few things in the bathroom, like something to hold the shower, so it would be easier to wash the hair. Also the bathtub was clogged, but it was few points that didn't bother us. We had a nice stay and I strongly recommend Natasha Place. Thank you for hosting us.

Great place and location. I repeat - the location is incredibly convenient, there are exits to various transport systems from where you can easily get to any point you need. Everything was clean at home, there were all the necessary things, the owner kindly answered all our questions. It was a little chilly when we first moved in, but this was quickly resolved with the help of a thermostat, after that the apartment became warm. We are very glad that we chose this apartment

Milos był wspaniałym gospodarzem. Bardzo otwarty i sympatyczny. Świetna komunikacja, chętnie odpowiadał na wszystkie nasze pytania. Polecił nam mnóstwo fantastycznych restauracji z pysznym jedzeniem. Mieszkanie znajduje się w genialnej lokalizacji, w samym centrum Belgradu. Większość atrakcji można zwiedzić pieszo. Wszystko pomiędzy cerkwią Św. Sawy i Twierdzą Kalemegdan jest dostępne w zasięgu spaceru. Do tego restauracje i sklepy. Samo mieszkanie jest na piątym piętrze budynku przy dużej ulicy (jest winda:)) dzięki czemu, łatwo dojechać samochodem, a widok z okien na nowoczesną zabudowę miasta jest bardzo przyjemny. Do naszej dyspozycji był salon z częścią jadalną, aneks kuchenny, sypialnia i łazienka. Wszystko dobrze wyposażone, czyste i komfortowe. Mimo zimowego pobytu w mieszkaniu było ciepło. Milos osobiście przekazał nam klucze. Czuliśmy się komfortowo. Parkowanie możliwe jest w strefie parkowania na ulicy jak i w pobliskim garażu. To dość dogodne opcje jak na centrum, ceny ok.

This is a private, quiet apartment, furnished and organized perfectly for a short or a long term rental. Daniel lives in the building, so he is very responsive and flexible. Great communication, and the apartment is spotless!

This was a last-minute urgent stay in Belgrade and Aleksandra was so very kind to quickly respond to the booking and have everything arranged for my arrival. The apartment is as described. The area has a lot to offer and most restaurants, coffee shops, markets, etc are within walking distance, including a mall, across the street. The Internet connection was great so I could have some work done as well. I hope to come and visit again and stay at Aleksandra`s place longer.

Our vacation in Laura’s apartment was life-changing. First of all, they are literally the kindest people we have ever met in our lives, they treated us like we are their family. We felt like we were at home. They were so kind and helpful. Laura and her family are excellent hosts. The communication was amazing. The best family ever! And the apartment was MAGNIFICENT !. We fell in love with it. Location was perfect, in a romantic street with the balcony. Amazing building. Beautiful and clean home, amazing bathroom, there is no better place to stay in Belgrade. This is the best. The home was so sweet and warm. I will miss this place so much like I miss my home. And I will definitely come back. I would just come back just to stay in this home that’s all I’m saying! Please please please do not have any doubts. Just check in just come here and experience this amazing apartments and this amazing family. They help us early Check in and Check out. I love you Laura’s family thank you for all❤️

We had a wonderful 6-night stay! The apartment was very spacious and had everything we could possibly need—from towels to toilet paper and more, everything was thoughtfully provided. The location was also great—central, and we really enjoyed the neighborhood and its surroundings. Thank you so much, Joanna, for being such a kind and helpful host!

The apartment is located right in the city center, yet it’s very quiet due to its inner courtyard position. We slept like babies! :) It’s very clean and has everything you need.

Danilo was proactive and reached out to ensure we had everything we needed. He was flexible with our check-in as our flight landed in the early afternoon. My only feedback would be to alert about the switch for the water heater. We were used to this feature while living in Japan but did not think to look for it here. At night we turned off all the switches due to instinct and didn’t realize the water heater was one of them and it takes a while to heat up.

Milovan’s apartment is clean, elegant, and equipped with all that you will need during your stay. Nice quiet location that is well lit with natural light streaming in through the large windows and with a grocery/convenience store just around the block. Milovan is an excellent friendly host who will make you feel at home, and is super helpful with all the information you need and is very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Very happy with this choice. Great place if you need 2 separate bedrooms. Great location as well as all city transportation is easily accessible. Grocerie store and restaurants in close vicinity. Milica and Marko are very kind, proactive and all around great hosts. Definitely recommending their apartment. Thank you Milica & Marko :-)

Alex çok yardımcı oluyor. Her konuda çok hızlı şekilde karşılık alabiliyorsunuz. Evin konumu harika. 4. katta olması ve merdivenlerin fazla olması bizi biraz yordu. Evin içi gayet temiz kullanışlı ve yeterli.
