I loved my stay at My Place. 😊 The mini apartment had a very comfortable bed, black out window shades, warm water, a private balcony, A.C. for the hot afternoons, and the basics like a water boiler for tea, a fridge and eating utensils. It's in a safe area, easy to find. Next door is a gluten free bakery and laundromat and nearby in easy walking distance is Walmart and other little stores for fresh produce etc. There's a common kitchen downstairs with cooking utensils plus coffee, tea etc., which is very handy. It is quiet and I slept well. The internet connection went in and out a few times, but mostly it's good. The staff are friendly and helpful. I'm always happy to stay here. When my staying dates changed unexpectedly they kindly refunded the unused days prior to my check in. Thank you! See you next time!

Very nice stay - location is amazing. Our only thought is we were in town for only one day and unfortunately we could not get an early check in or late check out. That would have been helpful. Also the bed was very firm but the whole experience was very good. For a quick stay this p la a e is great and again, you can’t beat the location - safe and right in the best part of Polanco.

This spot was perfect for what we needed - the rooftop area was stunning and offered a peaceful reprieve, and the unit itself was clean and very comfortable. Lots of little cafes & restaurants nearby. I have to give a huge shout out to the pillows, our bed had the most squishy and comfortable pillows I've ever slept on! The showers had amazing water pressure and very hot water, everything was well equipped and clean. The only items we had any issue with was the wifi (I had to take a few work calls while we were there and the calls frequently cut out or dropped off completely) & the advertised Nespresso machine. We were excited to put it to use, but were only provided with 2 coffee pods. As we were 3 people staying for 4 nights, this wasn't quite enough. When we asked if we were to be provided a few more, we were instructed to go buy them ourselves.

El Airbnb de Enrique es por mucho uno de los airbnbs mas bonitos en los que hemos estado, se puede notar que ya han vivido ahi por todo lo que tiene y como lo han decorado. Centrico, limpio, zona tranquila. El lugar inspira tu lado creativo al estar lleno de cuadros y libros, una joya que por cierto es bastante accesible considerando el precio de otros airbnb similares. Los cuartos son espaciosos y separados, un bano amplio y una sala y cocina con todo lo que puedas necesitar. La zona es muy facil de llegar y los alrededores muy seguros, nosotros saliamos ya noche a hacer compras y nunca tuvimos ningun problema o sospecha. Enrique siempre muy atento y rapido en contestar cualquier duda que teniamos Muchas gracias Enrique por haber creado un lugar tan especial para la gente que viaja y pueda experimentar ese lado tan bonito de la CDMX. Ana’s place is wonderful! A great location & neighborhood, a very secure & quiet building, a spacious apartment that matches the photos & description. It was well stocked & very clean. We couldn’t have asked for anything more! Thank you Ana for your responsiveness & attention to detail. Highly recommended!

I stayed for a month and the place was exactly as described. The check in process was very easy and like all the other reviews, the doormen were amazing and always super helpful. The apartment is located on a very busy street and the noise could be loud but that is clearly stated in the other reviews. Would definitely stay here again!

Tuvimos una reunión familiar con cuatro generaciones en la casa. Hubo niños de 1, 3 y 6 años, sus papás y abuelos. La casa es hermosa y cómoda. Preparamos nuestros desayunos en la casa y pedimos comida de restaurantes para comer en la casa. Caminamos a Granja las Americas con los niños. Y fuimos a Chapultepec en Ubers. Disfrutamos mucho la casa. María Roxana siempre respondió pronto a preguntas. Agradecemos su hospitalidad.

Es increíble si buscas desconexión, la casa está increíble rodeada de naturaleza y hay senderos para caminatas, en el huerto respondieron todas nuestra dudas y nos dejaron cosechar e igual tiene la opción de ellos cosecharlo, Miguel Ángel muy atento a cualquier petición y siempre al pendiente muy buen opción para ir con tu familia o solo !

We had a lovely stay at Lucia's beautiful home. One thing to note for families with small kids - The bedrooms are accessed exclusively via the terrace, meaning that the kids room opens out onto the terrace and the swimming pool. This was not a problem for us - We loved the indoor/outdoor flow of the home - but worth noting for anyone considering a stay with young kids. Overall, Lucia's home felt like a little piece of paradise!

Nuestra estancia en esta casa fue buena, Aunque éramos una familia numerosa de aproximadamente 40 personas y la capacidad recomendada era de 20, Yaxx vio la manera de cómo acomodarnos y que nos sintiéramos lo más cómodos. La casa es amplia, bien equipada y perfecta para disfrutar en grupo. Además, el personal que nos recibió durante nuestra estadía fue siempre amable y atento. En términos generales, pasamos una experiencia agradable y sin duda la recomendaríamos.

Excelente atención y comodidad

Todo excelente con el alojamiento de Alfredo. Fuimos a un evento a las pirámides y queda muy bien el uber desde su ubicación. Lo recomiendo.

El departamento está súper limpio y bien cuidado. Todo está organizado y tiene un ambiente muy acogedor. La atención al detalle en la limpieza es excelente, lo que hizo que la estancia fuera muy agradable. Sin duda, un lugar cómodo y agradable para hospedarse. ¡Recomiendo totalmente!

We had a wonderful stay at Marcela’s apartment. The space was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and well-located—perfect for exploring the city while enjoying the charm of a local neighborhood. Communication was smooth, and the building staff was kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Definitely a great place to stay in Mexico, has everything you need in walking distance and you feel right at home. The host is amazing, always responsive and supports in any ask that might be made. A place you should have as priority to stay if you are visiting Mexico City.

Great apartment in great neighbourhood. Highly recommended. Have stayed at a bunch of airbnb's and Andres was at very top of list for communication. Even left extra coffee for us - no drama just very responsive to our needs.

Excelente hospedaje cerca del Estadio GNP Seguros, ideal si asistes a un evento o concierto. La ubicación es muy conveniente y de fácil acceso. Además, la anfitriona siempre está atenta y dispuesta a ayudar. ¡Recomendado!

Mi estancia en Polanco con Capitalia fue excelente. Todo en la habitación estaba muy limpio, el ambiente tenía un aroma delicioso, decoración muy linda, la cama muy cómoda y las amenidades hicieron mi estancia muy placentera. Con una ubicación inmejorable. Necesité dejar mi equipaje por unas hrs y capitalia me facilitó la posibilidad de resguardarlo. Fue de gran ayuda. Deseo regresar muy pronto y quedarme nuevamente aqui. •GRACIAS•
