Very modern apartment on third floor, with large, well furnished terrace that has wonderful views of the lake. Everything felt modern, clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. Access to the lake and an area where you can use a small pool, sunbathe and have drinks and some food is just next door. Braulio, the host, was very friendly and helpful. There were builders carrying out work, using noisy machinery, in the grounds of the building from quite early on the Saturday morning we were there, which was somewhat disappointing - it might be worth checking whether there's an such work going on if you plan to stay there. But overall, we loved the apartment and had a great time.

Todo muy bien, cómodo, bonito, tiene todo los que describen, nos encantó el lugar, agua caliente, toallas, TV, fue sin duda una buena experiencia

I have stayed here before; location is excellent for all of the amenities that La Concesa offers. I will stay here again if/when the ocasión arises.

Un lugar muy tranquilo y seguro , te hace sentir como si estuvieras en casa , me encantó pasar unos días aquí , definitivamente volvería a repetir en cuanto tenga oportunidad .

Mi segunda visita al departamento de Jorge y sigue estando hermoso, limpio y ordenado, impecable!!! 😍 Nos dejó lo necesario para un rico café!!! Lo cual se agradece. La atención de Jorge excelente!! Ampliamente recomendable!!!

El departamento está muy lindo, igual a las fotos y bastante cómodo para accesar ya que tiene elevador desde el estacionamiento. La ubicación fue excelente ya que buscamos algo cerca de jardines de México para regresar pronto por la noche. Juan Carlos siempre se mostró atento a las dudas, nos hizo sugerencias de lugares para comer y tuvimos excelente comunicación. Estuve poco tiempo para disfrutar la alberca o jacuzzi pero se veían agradables desde el balcón. El único inconveniente fueron unos vecinos con música muy fuerte pero se notificó a seguridad y les pidieron bajan el volumen por lo que pudimos dormir sin problema.

Excelente atención por parte de Ana quien siempre estuvo pendiente de las necesidades o dudas que tuve con respecto al departamento y el check in o check out

Un lugar muy bonito. Volveríamos sin dudarlo. Nos hospedamos con un bebé de 11 meses y el apartamento estuvo perfecto, en espacio, limpieza y en el edificio hay muchos ambientes para estar con bebés. Súper recomendado

El departamento de Francisco fue muy cómodo y bonito. La atención brindada por el anfitrión fue la ideal, siempre fue amable y nos compartió todas las instrucciones de manera clara.

The apt is comfortable, clean, safe, quiet & decorated w/ a vibe to match the city. The location is great, a short walk to parks, restaurants & galleries. The kitchen is clean w/amenities to meet a variety of needs. The fridge, washer & dryer are new. The WiFi is strong. The balcony is large and so relaxing it makes it difficult to leave the apt. The bed is comfortable. The shower has good water pressure and I had plenty of hot water for during my stay. There is 24 hr building security, he is friendly and happy to help. Andres is a great host w/ warm and welcoming energy. He left several welcome gifts, along with a book of recommendations and made himself available for anything I may need. He was able to provide a flexible check in & was swift to respond to any inquiries. It was a pleasure. It’s a great apartment in a lovely part of the city. I would recommend this apt as well as return myself.

Lugar bonito y cómodo, central, cerca a todo lo necesario; la anfitriona nos ayudó con el check in a altas horas de la noche porque era un vuelo internacional lo cual le agradezco porque era la primera vez que usábamos ARBNB, el portero del edificio fue muy amable y al salir del espacio solo le entregamos las llaves.

Our experience here was truly delightful. The renovated and unique design is beautiful which immediately made us feel comfortable. Julia and Omar are very communicative and try to fix any issues that may come up. The location is great, Condesa is a beautiful and walkable side of the city with many things around. We'd happily return and recommend this spot to friends.

Todo estuvo muy bien, el edificio es seguro y la zona es tranquila, el departamento es justo como se muestra en las fotos y Gerardo y Mónica siempre responden muy atentos (:

La llegada estuvo súper fácil y muy accesible el horario de entrada. Héctor estuvo muy pendiente en todo momento para aclarar algunas dudas que nos surgieron. Contestaba todo súper rápido. El departamento está más que completo, tiene tooooooodo!! no ocupamos nada extra para poder disfrutar la estadía. El departamento está muy amplio y todo está muy limpio: listo para usar!! Baños impecables y cocina muy limpia! Fuimos 5 adultos y 1 bebé. Y estuvimos muy agusto. La alberca está increíble e incluso en el depa hay unos inflables para poderlos usar en la alberca. Sin duda, es un lugar al que nos gustaría volver. ¡Gracias Héctor!

Un lugar increíble, de calidad, confortable y limpio para descansar y pasar un buen rato, muy buena seguridad, fiel a la publicación, altamente recomendado, recamaras muy cómodas, dormimos de maravilla, bonita vista, hay muchos lugares para comer por el area, vale mucho la pena y me volvería a hospedar aquí

The host Angus, was the bomb! Truly the host with the most - immediately addressed all concerns. Place was perfectly located between two awesome barrios and surrounded by parks and world class food. Are plan now is to move to CDMX - yeah, one trip and we’re hooked!

Irene ist eine super Gastgeberin, die immer für uns erreichbar war und es sogar kurzfristig ermöglicht hat, dass wir früher in die Wohnung konnten. Sie war sehr hilfsbereit und hat für einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt gesorgt. Immer wieder gerne!:)

El apartamento de Ivan es realmente excelente para pasar una temporada larga en CDMX. Es cerca de varios puntos turísticos y es una zona con mucha actividad pero a la vez silenciosa y tranquila cuando uno está dentro del apartamento. Esperamos volver a habitar este lugar tan bonito y cómodo muy pronto en un futuro cercano.
