¡Excelente estancia! La pasamos muy bien y nos encantó. Ubicación muy conveniente: fácil de llegar, hay medios de transporte cerca, zona tranquila para caminar y cruzando la calle está un centro comercial dónde podes encontrar de todo. ¡Definitivamente buscaremos quedarnos de nuevo acá cuando volvamos a México!

Un lugar agradable, con fácil acceso a la zona de la marquesa (que era el lugar a donde iba todos los días). La cama es muy cómoda y el lugar está muy limpio. La anfitriona muy amable y siempre al pendiente.

The place is located in a great spot. We were communicated about some leaking from the upstairs unit on the day of the arrival. It didn’t interfere with anything. Aesthetically didn’t look as good as the pictures, plus there were fewer cabinets and I am assuming less kitchen paraphernalia. There were the basics available and we enjoyed staying there overall.

La casa de Israel está en excelentes condiciones y muy limpia, muy cercana a Avandaro y al centro de Valle de Bravo

Super recomendable, la casa de Makarena cumple Con todo lo que describe, es una casa muy bonita, muy cómoda y lo mejor muy muy limpia ademas es una zona muy segura. Makarena siempre estuvo al pendiente de nosotros, siempre atenta y amigable. Sin duda vamos a regresar.

El trato de Rogelio fue muy bueno y estuvo al pendiente desde que se hizo la reservación hasta el momento en que nos retiramos; nos compartió algunos lugares que estaban cerca del alojamiento; la casa es exactamente como se muestra en las fotos, el trato fue muy amable. Lleve a mis 2 perritos pequeños y tuvieron espacio para poder jugar tanto en en pasto como en la casa.

Es súper tranquilo para descansar. José Antonio, es súper amable.

Todo muy bien, servicio y comunicación por parte de la anfitriona y del personal de servicio excelente. Nos apoyaron mucho durante nuestra estancia.

This Air Bnb was amazing and the hosts were responsive at all times. They were amazing! The apartment is in a private complex. There are several towers within the complex and there is 24 hr security at the main gate. Once you arrive you will let them know which apartment and tower you are staying in and they let you in. Once in the actual tower the administrator will take your biometrics and a picture of your face so you are able to come and go with either your face or your fingerprint. Your face gets you in the main gate and your fingerprint gets you into the tower. We also found that if you don’t want to climb all the stairs into the complex you can come in through the underground parking with the Face ID and then head to the tower and use your fingerprint to get in. That ended up being a lot easier. The apartment was spacious and we all slept so well. My nephew worked out in the gym several times he loved it! There is a Walmart a block away as well if you forget anything.

My family enjoyed staying at Elizabeth’s place. My daughter loved having access to the pools on the first floor; the first floor lap pool was not as warm as the children’s pools but the temperature difference was not too much in my opinion. On Sundays, children can access the warmer infinity pool on the 16th floor—which we definitely enjoyed. The rooftop views were amazing. The apartment itself was big for four of us. The stay was mostly quiet; the exception being Saturday night but that came from a party in the neighborhood; the unexpected city buzz did not disrupt our sleep. The neighborhood is safe, a grocery store, coffee shop and several shopping centers are nearby. My favorite was walking the neighborhood to the food stands for breakfast. My husband enjoyed the $20 peso gorditas I purchased just as much as any other food we had. Elizabeth checked in on us several times and was accommodating to our needs.

Very nice apartment, great decoration, tv in every room. The wine and coffee were very much appreciated.

Alan’s place was fantastic, the view especially. Lots of amenities and friendly building staff. We had to wait a bit for the correct code to open the apartment door, but otherwise everything was spot on.

I really enjoyed my stay at Roberto's apartment. The apartment is cozy but large enough for a couple or small family. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, and the electric fireplace is a nice touch in the small living room. The bed was very comfortable, and stocked with extra pillows and blankets if needed. The bathroom is spacious enough, and there are a ton of shelves to place your belongings. The balcony is great to enjoy in the morning or at night. The listed amenities really take this apartment over the top (for reference, you must go to the bowling center to make a reservation for bowling or the jacuzzi). I love the proximity to the metro station (Division Del Norte), and it's surrounded by restaurants/shops to make your vacation a great one. I cannot recommend this apartment enough. Roberto is an awesome host on top of it.

Es segunda vez que me quedo con ellos. Un apartamento muy bonito cómodo perfecto para descansar. Siempre están atentos a cualquier duda y consulta. Le ayudan en todo a uno para que el alojamiento sea la mejor experiencia.
